Got a Keratin treatment. My hair after I washed 1st time it was brillo. Called and was told maybe sweat can cause or a shampoo. We can sell you a shampoo for 50. Crazy. Beware. Lucky I am educated and rather find a better place than to deal with unprofessional people. Wish I could rate -0.00

Personally the worst salon experience to date. Very unprofessional, and they didnt really treat us with hospitality because we didnt speak Spanish. I made an appointment for my sister. In the past I had my hair color and highlighted by Amy. They had talented stylist. Even in the past I struggled because I didnt speak Spanish. This is a prominently Spanish Salon. I made the appointment for 1:30pm for a wash and haircut for my sister. We had to bring my two nephews so for time restraint we were not going to blow dry. We waited over an hour for the appointment which wasnt the upsetting part, My sister got a stylist to finally service her. She never offered to wash her hair. My sister had a braid , so undoing the hair left it wavy and poofy. the stylist began cutting with a wide tooth comb with out even properly parting the hair. All in all my sisters hair was butchered. Layers not even blended. My sister was nervous asked why her hair wasnt washed or wet because she cant see the layers. Then the stylist acted like my sister was crazy and said she never cuts wet hair. Me and my sister were surprised. Even when it was done the reception said if you dont like it come back tomorrow when we are less busy to fix it. Charged my sister $16.00 flat, not even offering options for tip or anything, be cause we were visibly dissatisfied. They didnt seem focused as a well because another customer left without paying. I called the next day requesting the owner. My sister hair was horrible and she has beautiful healthy straight hair. The receptionist from the same day answered and insinuated it was our fault because we didnt want blow dry and just a haircut, but a blow dry would of never made a difference they never did or wanted to do a proper job the first time. Blow dry doesnt not change a hair cut. She also said you can come and in have her hair redone but pay for blow dry if she didnt blow dry they wouldnt touch it and we have to pay at least $30.00 . This is unacceptable its truly not a matter of money but service.I was even referred by a customer Jackie and gave the salon a free trip to Miami. But they were not hospitable or accommodating and made us feel like we a nuisance and we didnt even make a scene, they were in the wrong completely. And its worst to know they didnt want to give good service, because you know they have the talent to do a good job, but they simply didnt want to.

I’m very careful with whom I trust my hair to, that’s why every month I drive 1 hr to Kissimmee and it’s worth it!... If you really want flawless hair like mine, you shouldn’t think about it twice and visit Rayoka Salon!

Raiza is an amazing stylist!

I would never know the experience cause the hairdresser/colorist was over an hour late coming in for my 9am appointment. It took me almost an hour to get to the salon cause of traffic then I had to sit there wait and wait while other employees couldve at least started on my hair until my hairdresser got there but they all sat there just talking. I just got up and told them her being late is unprofessional especially if Im paying a lot of money for the session. As soon as I drive off is when I get a call that she arrived but I declined to come back. You dont do that to clients especially new ones. Someone in the salon couldve helped but nothing was done. My time was wasted today. Ill look for another salon that values customers time.

I made an appointment to get a highlight and after waiting 40 minutes after my appointment they told me that I had to wait another 20 minutes. I know that in salons, stylists can get complicated and delay due to things unrelated to them, but then why didnt they call me and tell me to come later or because they made me wait so long to give me a reason?But very quickly they ask for a $ 50 deposit.As if customers had nothing else to do.Thanks for making me wait for nothing

Since 2015 I had my hair done with Aimee and it was a 5 Star service. I had the bad experience that I return on Oct. 2, 2020 for trimming and drying. And the administrator Raysa tells me that Aimee is no longer here, but that they can help us. The administrator called her mother to do the job, burning her hair and skin. He is complained about what happened and the administrator his answer was, that the burn is our fault because he had no position. I asked him, I would like to see the certifications of the professional who did the burn, which never appeared because she is not a beauty professional, it was his mother. But the price for the $$$ service was like a professional. This place was a place with good service before and bad management. But now its bad service and bad management. I never recommend it. Take care of your hair and skin away from this place and dont let them steal your money. The word of God is not used to make money or for marketing.

If you are looking for someone who does your hair and you want to make an appointment in this room then prepare for the day of your appointment ... this is what will probably happen ... 10, 20, 40 minutes to an hour waiting and that the irresponsible of the stylist (in charge of this place) NEVER arrives ... well then take a chance. Neither the prayers, nor the Christian music that they put in this place makes them respect their neighbor or make them professional.

My only suggestion is at the reception every time I have had the opportunity I have noticed little communication and this causes conflicts, one of the girls at the reception has an unprofessional attitude but otherwise they do an extraordinary job. Bad experienceI called a few days ago for an appointment, I asked for it today at 11:30 and they sent me a message that the appointment was at 12:00, because I left it that way. When I got to the living room, there was no one at the reception, they saw me arrive, and courtesy no one greeted me. At the moment the one who had to remember me and comb my hair sat down at the reception and tells me the receptionist is coming. I said to me its up to you. He tells me, ah I have a job that takes a long time, you are going to have to wait a long time. I had called earlier to see if I could go earlier and they told me the same thing, that they had another person who could attend to me early. the situation when you get there. If they couldnt see me at the time they gave me the appointment because they didnt tell me the day I made the appointment or when I called early. I think they give priority to old clients or friends. I visited the place on 2 occasions without an appointment without major inconveniences, with a prudent wait of approximately 30 minutes. When I booked an appointment with considerable time the wait was 1 hour, Worse experience than waiting was the way so irrational that they justified irresponsibility and punctuality ... with totally unprofessional arguments ...
