Broke off the arm of my glasses by severing the hinge on the first day of a month long trip - so stressful! Luckily this place was just half an hour from where I was staying. The guy was so friendly, and he fixed them up within 2 hours. They looked brand new! Saved my trip and so much anxiety, and for a reasonable price too! So grateful 🙏

This place is awesome. The guy greets you, quickly tells you if he can fix your glasses, then explains how he will fix them and explain the risks clearly, with the confidence of someone who has done this a million times before. Oh and in most cases they will be done same day in like an hour. Wonderful service.

This place is amazing. I took my glasses to get them fixed after I rolled over during sleep and they were damaged. I truly did not think that there is anything chance of getting them fixed. But I thought I try .The Gentleman that works there who might be the owner is a great guy. He is truly so knowledgeable and very skilled. He fixed my glasses in 45 minutes and they look and fit better than new. The price was very reasonable too. If you ever needs your glasses fixed don’t even try any other place. This is the place.

Took my glasses in when the temple hinge broke. Unfortunately, due to the way its designed it could not be screwed back in. The owner (forgot his name) is very creative and talented and was able to laser my temple hinge back together in just 45 minutes. Hes truly talented at what he does and a very pleasant person to deal with. He stands behind his work too. I highly recommend All American Eyeglass Repair for any eyeglass repair you might need.

I found them on Google and decided to take in my Tory Burch sunglasses in because of the great reviews. The guy working there was very helpful- he explained what needed to be done and informed me of the risk and how much it would cost to make the repair. Love this place. I have used this service as a walk-in a couple times to fix my broken prescription glasses frames; once when they were in Bellevue and again recently at their Kirkland location. It is a little hidden in the Houghton Place strip mall in Kirkland but just go in the door between Sherman Williams and the dry cleaners, up the stairs to the end of the hall. The guy is friendly, knowledgeable and will take a look before giving you a price for the fix. Once agreed, he will fix within a couple hours. You can call first and see what they recommend. He welded my frame back together and it would be difficult for someone to even notice that anything had ever been wrong! Highly skilled and recommended.

Had an old pair of thin metal frames that snapped just before the hinge. Heard about this place and the quality of work they do so I popped by. In less than an hour, Im walking out with repaired glasses that show essentially no signs of repair! Love the work, price is reasonable, and the warranty is very much appreciated. Amazing! Saved me from a $200 prescription sunglasses replacement at Costco. My sunglasses slid off my cars center console and I sat on them when I got back in my car. The frame looked completely destroyed, and I didnt expect much when I got to All American, but they said no problem, that will be $50 and a day for the repair. When I got the glasses back, I could hardly tell they had been broken and repaired. Very impressed!

This shop has done a good job for me polishing some old plastic frames I have that I want to keep. They go in whitish and dull and come out shiny and new! They’ve also fixed some loose pins on an arm that was wiggly. They do good work here.

The frame on my nice sunglasses broke. Took it in and they fixed it in 2hrs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cost was very high (1/2 the cost of the sunglasses).

Highly recommend. The young man was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I broke three of my pairs of glasses this year (2 bridges, one spring-temple), was on my last old pair. Really didnt want to have to buy a new set, since the lenses were all still good enough, and Im not liking the current fashion in lens sizing. Got referred to All American by Lens Crafters Lynnwood (thanks!) and got two frames repaired for less than one frame probably costs nowadays (Ill be bringing in the third one soon, now that I found it).

I definitely recommend this place! I was referred to All American Eyeglass Repair in Kirkland by Oculus Eyecare, Inc. and they didnt disappoint at all! I didnt catch the name of the guy who repaired my glasses, but he kept the store open late to repair my glasses, and I really appreciated that. It came out to about $80, which is totally fair for a custom repair of $500 glasses, in my opinion.

I went in with my frame loose, and my glasses falling off my face every time I looked down. John was extremely polite and accommodating. Fixed my glasses in an hour, and was out the door no questions asked and no hassle. Highly recommended to all who need their glasses fixed!

I visited All American after a lab cracked the rim of my vintage Oliver Peoples glasses. John gave me great information over the phone and told me to come in. In about an hour, he switched my out my old lenses for new ones that I brought in myself and repaired the crack all for about $30. The repair is not noticeable unless youre looking for it. I will go back next time my frames break.

Above and beyond customer service. Didnt get his name but he worked on my glasses from 4pm until after closing and even waited for me to pick up after business hours. He was able to do last minute requested adjustments. My glasses were hurting my ears and kept slipping down my nose but he was able to fix it all in under 2 hours. I had to go to Lenscrafters a few times to get my glasses adjusted, but it was always off. AAER was able to fix it perfectly in one try. Very thankful! They install nosepads if anyone is looking for that. I needed it for my plastic frames that didnt come with them.

This place is amazing. I brought a pair of ray bans in that had the hinge busted pretty bad on one side and loose on another. The sunglasses would either slide down my face when I wore them or look completely crooked. I said enough is enough and took them in to see if they could get fixed. 2 days and $42 later and I feel like I have a brand new pair of sunglasses. Well worth it for a pair of $150 shades. They no longer look crooked and stay perfectly on my nose. Will definitely go back to these guys if I come across the same problem.

Great service consistently through the years for both me and my son. Just today, they fixed my sons glasses after a gym incident at school. He hardly missed any class time. There are few things more frustrating and disabling than losing your ability to see clearly.I couldnt drive (I drive a delivery truck for a living so its a big deal) or keep a conversation because I couldnt read facial expression... So when your glasses break, its a big deal.Fortunately for me, these guys were Amazing!All the reviews are true. The customer service is refreshing and makes leaving your glasses there an easy decision.They do difficult welds in no time at all. I broke my (black thin metal frame) glasses on the left side of the bridge so I had no prayer of fixing it myself... But that didnt stop me from trying... I put super glue all over and made a mess of it... They cleaned that all off and made it look like it had never broke at all.They are really easy to get to from I-405 and they have parking. I dropped my glasses off and got them back within an hour. I cant say enough good about this place, they really saved the day.

Their level of expertise is a lost art in our disposable product economy. There is a good reason why this place has virtually all 5* ratings, the staff are really friendly and the service quick and will save you loads of money.I went in today with my glasses which I had stepped on.The instructions I gave were just to patch them up so that they could last a week or so , until I could purchase a new pair.I went back an hour or so later and they were virtually good as new and the repair job was not easy as my glasses are quite specialized and have rubberized arms with little room to do corrective work.Great little find and Ill definitely be using them for any future repairs that I need doing.

The most telling thing they said after all the problems was, if someone notices, they are looking too close at you!This was a designer frame that I cared enough about to want to repair, rather than buy something else. The designer doesnt make these anymore or I would have bought a new one in a heartbeat!I went there because the rim had broken and needed laser welding. But somehow they decided to also replace the original temple tip covers with something that was completely different in style (and cheaper looking).They had trouble admitting the screwup, and said they wouldnt charge me for the new temple covers! Well thanks, I never wanted the originals replaced! Why would I have wanted to replace them with something cheaper and in a different style from the rest of the frame? The originals were in great condition, but this repair store broke them off to replace them.They said it would be another hour before they could even check to see if they had something in a similar style. Later they showed me something that looked closer but was not anywhere near the same. When I came back again to pick up the frame, they had used something else that was again different. And there were places on the frame where the finish had broken off. And they do not repair finishes.And the worst thing is that they never told me what they did or asked me whether that was OK. I had to tell them what I saw. It was like they were hoping I wouldnt notice the switches and the screwups.

I had a broken hinge on my frame and Kaiser was unable to fix it. Since they no longer carry the frame and it was no longer available anywhere , I was looking at over $500 for new glasses. All American fixed it in less than hour for about 50 bucks. Totally awesome!

Wow! Found this place online at 1pm. Drove over from Seattle, glasses were repaired, and I was home by 3! Super easy and fast! (Driving times may vary).

Fantastic service. My glasses were bent, smashed, and broken from being trampled. I was originally quoted $90, but was charged $75. I am extremely happy with the work done. You cant even tell they were broken.

I have taken MANY pairs of broken eye glasses here over the years. When the eyeglass stores say they cant fix your glasses OR cant strip off the coating, you can take them here and he will do it!! Im always referring people here. The hours are a little difficult for working folks but overall, this is my GO TO place to get ANY eyeglasses fixed! He is QUICK too! Sometimes fixes them right on the spot!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in to have a pair of lenses switched out into a new pair of frames. When I went back to pick them up 30 mins later, a store rep by the name of John walks out with them with a smirk on his face & laughing and said something to the effect here they are but they may be put in wrong, I looked at him and said What? He then precedes to tell me that he may have switched up and placed the lenses on the wrong side. He asked me to try them on to see but I had my contact lenses in so I couldnt. I had a very busy day that day and did NOT have time for someone to do a half a%$ job on an order. After stopping home to remove my lenses and put the glasses on they were in fact placed in incorrectly! I then had to take additional time out of my hectic schedule to go BACK and wait in line while he flirts, laughs and lolly gags with another customer in front of me about avacodo trees in California (the place is tiny you could hear everything). When it was finally my turn to get help, I expressed my discontent of having to take additional time out of my day to fix his mistake and I then asked for some sort of discount whether it was 5% or 10% I did not care, just something, I was told with a smile mind you, im sorry you had to go through this but hey things happen! & I cant give you a discount but I can fix the glasses really quickly for ya! What a piece of work! I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again! They make a mistake and its MY TIME & ENERGY that gets wasted! Thanks alot All American Eyeglass Repair you lost a paying customer and I will also tell everyone I know how ridiculously priced you are with poor service to boot!

Very disappointed. I brought in my glasses to get fixed because I bent them when I sat down. They fixed them, but I noticed they were really loose and they still looked crooked when I looked at them in my car. I brought them to another eyeglass company and they said they were still crooked. So they fixed that for me as well as tightened my glasses. Wish I could get my money back because my glasses were not 100%. I would not recommend.

Repaired my glasses for a low price and I was on my way in half an hour. He even said it was going to take longer than usual due to being busy. If thats the definition of longer than usual, you bet Ill go out of my way to come back here when I need it.

I attempted to return wear over shades but they found a little tiny nitpicky scratch that I couldnt even see, and wouldnt take them back.

Professional, fast and great work for expensive frames.
