This is the best Optometry Clinic I have ever stepped foot in. The personality of all the staff is fun and fantastic, because it is a fun environment things can get a little delayed here and there, but Id rather walk into a business that makes me laugh and smile than an industrial Next! Type of facility.They have fancy new equipment for getting you quality health checks, its extremely clean, and they hold the safety of their staff and patients very high.Ive seen some people complain about stepping outside to take your mask off. There is a full mirror, its not like you are being asked to go look in the reflection of glass. Please realize that you are one person, whom can infect many others, being asked to keep others safe is not an unfair request. I personally greatly appreciate that this is done here, I am vaccinated but high risk, had they let people maskless in the clinic, I would not have gone inside. I applaud that they protect everyone rather than giving into the very few. Masks are for prevention, not politics.Overall Consensus: The best clinic around, high end equipment, the staff is intelligent, funny, and seems to love helping you find your best style. I dont understand how you can have a poor experience here, but all humans have their off days. Id suggest if you experienced an off day, give them another shot to make you smile. I have tried other places but have been coming here for over 15 years through multiple moves to different cities, because... They are the best.

This was my first time getting an exam here and everything turned out great. The staff was very friendly, I love the decor in this office its so quirky. The eye doctor was very detailed when telling me about my eye scan photos. The service was the best. Ill definitely be coming here to get my exams next year.

Best new patient experience at an optometrist Ive ever had! Dr. Adkins was pleasant and provided a great explanation of my retinal scan instead of just telling me everything was fine. Technicians and optician also explained what they were doing and why. The whole visit was fast, efficient, and friendly. So happy to have found Eyedentity.

Front desk lady was extremely rude . I partially exposed my nose so I can try a new glasses I was twelve feet away from any person. But she ordered me with very rude tone of voice go out side if you want expose your nose . I could not see my self because with fully covers mask there was a fog on my glasses . Also, she told me that I have to pay $20. But when I said I don’t want to get glasses from them because she is rude she told me I have to pay $40 . Because of her rudeness I became rude to her too. Then she did not give all results and asked me to leave and that what I did . I never go there again

All the staff is taking strict Covid measures to keep everyone safe. Ive been coming here for years because I really like Dr. Atkins demeanor and his diagnoses are always spot on. The opticians are energetic, professional and friendly too, and the glass frames are unique and stylish even for those who require something a cut above the ordinary.

I wanted to like this clinic but I had lots of issues with my glasses that I ordered there. Pros: location, quirky decor Cons: everything else. Customer service was slow and inconsistent, my glasses needed 3-4 adjustments and still don’t fit right. I got bad headaches from them and now their availability for appointments is limited to adjust and refit my glasses so I gave up and watched YouTube videos on how to adjust them myself because I’m tired of trying to make an appt. It’s been a tough road. I also agree with other one star reviews for the reasons they listed. Not a good experience 😞

Hidden gem in Kirkland. Got a bad prescription causing migraines from a place that couldnt re-do the exam for another month, so went to Eyedentity for a second opinion. They found some issues with the prescription and mechanically with my new glasses, which together caused the migraines. Ended up ordering a new pair from Eyedentity with their prescription and my migraines went away. Dr. Kerry is a super fun, chill dude, and the rest of the staff is excellent as well.

True to their Fun at the eye doctor claim. I had a great time getting my eyes checked out. They took pictures of the back of my eyes and put them up on the wall and explained the pictures as they relate to my eye health and answered all my questions. They put together a prescription specific to my needs. When I looked into picking out frames, I asked for some cheaper options, and they were happy to help me find some. Scheduling an appointment by text was easy, online check-in was convenient. Overall an excellent experience and a great bunch of people.

I came here to pick out my new glasses. They knew which ones to put on my face and now I have three new pairs that I am eagerly awaiting. They are sooo nice here with a great selection of frames. Plan to take your time because they wont let you walk out unless you look your best! A positive experience.

I love coming to this place! The staff is always super friendly and fun and take their time to help my son (who can’t sit still) pick out glasses. They are very knowledgeable and quickly respond every time I have messaged them. When I haven’t been able to pick my kids glasses up at the store, they have quickly mailed them to me. They tell you what your options are but never pressure you into things. I highly recommend!

I read some of the bad reviews here and unfortunately I am one of those who waited so long for my new pair of glasses, and Im still waiting for it right now. My glasses order was placed around Nov 10th-ish and I was told it would only take 3-4 weeks max for it to be ready for pick up. And right about mid December I got a call saying my glasses was ready for pickup, but somehow it was made into a polarized prescription glasses, which is not what I ordered. So as a good gesture they gave it to me for free, but I gotta wait for my original order again.Up until today, I was told that the lab is still working on getting me an ETA for my order, so a total of almost 70 days so far and counting for my order. I cant believe how long Ive been waiting for my glasses already and this is beyond unbelievable. My old glasses is falling apart so I am very frustrated and disappointed since I already paid for it upfront. Thus, if you want to get new pair of glasses quickly, look elsewhere, this is not the right place for you.The people here are great, helpful and friendly, but like what other people said, customer service is horrible since theres nothing they can do to speed up the process. Im stuck with my order here and ill see how much longer I need to wait for my new glasses, hopefully not gonna be another month....UPDATES:Got my new pair of glasses a couple days ago. I will give it back another star since if they didnt make my glasses wrong the first time it shouldve only taken 1 month.

Horrible experience at this clinic - stay away! Had prescriptions filled here, and was told that the lens/frames would be ready in 4-6 weeks since they had to send them out to a state lab. 6 weeks turned in to 12 weeks, and I still dont have then in hand! Every time I called to get a status update, they didnt seem to know when I would get them, until I recently called to schedule an appointment for another prescription, and thought to get a quick update for my prescription that was ordered 2 months ago - I was told its ready to be picked up, and they scheduled an appointment for the following week! As I was heading to my appointment, I was running late due to traffic, so I gave them a call to let them know I would be late, they were cool with that! A few moments later, they called me back, and told me, We shipped your glasses to your home address, and you dont have to come to the clinic. Unbelievable!!!

Worst customer service ever! I waited 60 days to receive my glasses after my initial appointment. I understand that things take a bit longer in this COVID world, but my real complaint is with the customer service. I had to contact them at every turn to get an update. They dont like talking on the phone and prefer to do business over text. They told me I couldnt pick up my glasses three weeks ago due to COVID protocols and they proceeded to not mail them to my by first, not sending them although they had told me that they were on the way. After I followed up with another round of texts, they entered my address incorrectly on the label. So they asked me to come and get them but didnt respond to my texts on a pick up time. I eventually went to their store to pickup my glasses. Even then I was met with resistance, because they were closed for lunch. Ive had better customer experience with Comcast. I recommend that if you need eyeglasses that you so somewhere else.

I absolutely love this shop, it is truly one of a kind. The staff of every department is always so friendly, patient, and helpful. I love that the staff are allowed to express themselves with colorful hair, the walls are decorated with local artist work, and they stock very trendy glasses in a wide variety of styles. I also love that they are environmentally conscious by digitally processing reusable laminated forms. They make me feel like family, which is rare in business these days.Doctor Kerry is fun and truly looks out for his patients. He helped me understand that with my level of (incredibly poor)vision I was able to qualify for a significant discount with medically necessary eye coverage. The next time I was updating my insurance i made sure to select a plan that covered this. He also is constantly looking for products he can provide that will improve a patient’s vision and quality of life. They recently upgraded cameras (the ones that take a photo of your optic nerve) and it now takes a super detailed photo that shows more than double the coverage of the prior camera and is immensely detailed. This man loves his work and takes care of his patients.

Everyone here goes above and beyond. It would be hard to top their dedication to quality and service.

We really liked our visit here. The whole staff was so friendly and fun! They were very caring and understanding with my son, who is on the spectrum and has difficulty with new experiences, especially that overwhelm his senses. They didn’t pressure him when he didn’t want to finish the “air puff” test and I was so impressed with the tech - she complimented his ability to share how he was feeling and encouraged him to keep doing so. Really, they are all so wonderful! I can’t recommend them enough!

My family have been customers of EYEDENTITY for a few years. We love the friendly, personable, courteous local customer service, and the doctor and staff recognize frequent clients. The new imaging equipment the doctor acquired recently is state of the art, he takes detailed photos of your eyes without dilation, shows them to you on a large screen and explains everything. I really appreciated that.Frames and coatings add up, however seems that’s the reality of the industry nowadays.I plan to stay with EYEDENTITY as long as I can :)

Updated: (from 1 star to 3 stars)The provider contacted me immediately to address my concerns after my initial post. They generally bill the retinal photo directly to the medical plan and didnt realize that my vision plan covers it. I would recommend to talk with the stuffs to make sure your retina screening will be billed to your vision plan.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Atkins for over 20 years. I love the office! Doc and staff are fun and friendly and take exceptional care of their patients. I get compliments on my frames wherever I go and I give all the credit to the rock-star opticians who have (lovingly) told me I am not good at choosing on my own. They choose a handful of frames and then I get to choose from those. Dr. Atkins is known for Hawaiian shirts, funky ties, and crazy socks - and sarcasm, a free service. Check out EyeDentity!

Very friendly and helpful. You dont have to buy the glasses or contacts there, but I usually do because I get a huge rebate on contacts that I cant get online or Costco. Plus it helps a local doctor.Not only will they give you the prescription at the office in case you want to purchase your contacts or glasses elsewhere, you can just log in and print it.For my contact fitting several years ago, they let me try several different combinations of contacts and it took over a month before I got a pair that I really liked. 5 daily lenses for each set. Different brands, different multifocal strengths, etc. (be sure you get ones that work for you, there are options!)Because it took a while to get me fitted with contacts I really liked, they offered to give me lenses with my new prescription, in glasses I purchased elsewhere, for free!Super nice people.

Wonderful team. Laid back, but they have the best collection of eye glasses to choose from and always help me find wonderful frames I never would have found myself.

Terrible place for getting glass! Called and was told with my Rx I can get 1.71 high index glass, came with my own new frame and paid for the 1.71 glass, almost a month later the pair came with 1.67 and one lens double the thickness of the other (I have the same Rx on both eyes!). The sales person didnt even realize there is an issue because they never bothered to check the glasses before they called me to pick up. I had to convince her by using her own template that the glass is wrong the the power was messed up in one of the lenses. They re-send to the lab and I was expecting to get a perfect frame back, instead it came again with 1.67 glass and again noticeably thicker one lens. I was told I cant get 1.71 and when I asked why I was told I can and why they took my money for it, suddenly I cant have it...safety issues. Ok, I will sign a waiver - no, cant do it. Came to take refund but was told let me ask the lab one more time if they would put a 1.71...a full business day and a half later...no call and no message. 1.5 months since I paid over 300$ and no glasses. Drove down and was greeted by the very irritated manager who told me its against FDA to put in 1.71 (told her so found another place that said they have no problem putting in 1.71) and gave me the glasses but wouldnt refund me until I bring her the glass back ( the lab lost my plastic originals) and after they are done with their remodel. I will write this review wherever I can and report them to BBB because of the audacity of this business! To agree to provide service and collect money for it from the client and mess up multiple times while the client is waiting for the product, to inconvenience them and have them needing to go elsewhere after 1.5 moths of waiting and you will not refund them the money until they bring you your glass????? No accountability, poor excuses and lies is all I got from using this place! Next stop - Google campus right next to them where I have tons of friends working!
