I agree with the other reviewers - the Kirkland office is very poorly run. I got this providers info off my insurance website as being an in-network provider. I went for my contact lens appointment, which they were happy to do, but at the end of the appointment they told me they couldnt order my lenses because their credentials had lapsed... whatever that means. They told me to order them from someone else. But no other provider could order my lenses at the special rate my insurance offered unless I also had the fitting exam with them, which I no longer had credit for since I had already had it with Northwest vision. When I called northwest vision to try to get to the bottom of this, the front desk receptionist would hardly let me talk, just kept interrupting me to say she couldnt help and had to transfer me to someone else. I was on hold for a very long time waiting for someone to help before the line went dead. I called back, left a message and still havent heard back. Meanwhile, I have no contact lenses left and no way to get more. Oh, and they sent me a bill for $65 which my insurance company tells me I should not have to pay.The office looks fancy, but this was probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a vision care provider.

Kirkland Office - The office is not run well. Ive had multiple strange issues. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment with their online tool a month ago for today. I received a text confirmation after I made the appointment. I also received a text reminder this morning reminding me to come in today. I showed up and the person at the front desk told me the appointment was for next week. I explained that it was today and all of the text confirmations and reminders I have. He literally just shrugged and said, that happens sometimes Wow. I was just stunned, an annoyed at the indifference as well as the lack of caring at all and the hour I wasted in roundtrip transit. A couple years ago a doctor, who is no longer there, wrote my prescription for glasses. I took it to an online ordering place and ordered new glasses. They arrived and hurt my eyes so badly. I thought I just lost a gamble with an online supplier. When I took the prescription to my regular glasses supplier, they noticed the prescription looked backwards and questioned it...this is how I found out the guy made an error. A costly error for me since I couldnt get a refund as it wasnt the online ordering places fault and NWVI sure wasnt going to cover it. After years of going here and having ups and downs, Im done. Not going back. Good luck to you!

Stellar, from the first phone call to the Drs visit, stellar is the only word that comes to mind. The office staff was very friendly and professional and the Dr. Eckman was warm and really great. I had somewhat of an emergency and they squeezed me in on the same day. This is really wonderful place, I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
