I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the entire staff was from the check in Receptionist, to the Scheduler, Nurse and Doctor. They made you feel valued and like a family friend, listened well and actually had a good two way communication with all. They were veryknowledgable about each of their roles and seemed to work fluidly with each other. This sounds like what we should expect, but we all know that is not always the case when you go elsewhere for service. Thank you for the opportunity to sing your praises, I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends!

He went out of his way on a holiday weekend to follow up with my care. The office staff was extremely professional and Jess went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that I was not in pain. Dr. Wilbanks is a highly skilled ophthalmologist and anterior eye surgeon. He guided me to select the best possible lens for my cataract surgery and performed the surgery impeccably on both eyes. I would recommend him highly for those patients with cataract conditions and other concerns such as glaucoma management. He is dedicated, caring and highly competent.

Super nice a and knowledgable!I am a new patient for Dr Wilbanks, although I was previously a patient of the clinic before retiring to Bellingham Wa. I could not get into see an ophthalmologist for months in Bellingham but was able to get into see Dr Wilbanks in just a couple of weeks. I had a complete eye health exam which confirmed status of macular degeneration and diagnosis of cataracts. I will have him do my cataract surgery this fall.

Dr. Wilbanks is thorough and takes the time to answer questions. He gives information in a way so you can understand it! A very nice doctor.

Wilbsnks is a straight shooter. He explains what he is going to and proceeds in a measured professional manner. He is not A Pansy. He acts like a professional without the surrounding phoniness some medical professionals seem to pander to. A phony robe that may get Kudos from some it but show a lack of character to others.Nice job Dr. Wilbanks keep it up.

I had my first cataract surgery and was very nervous. The staff and Dr Wilbanks made me feel at ease immediately. The procedure went quickly and I was comfortable through the process. Dr. Wilbanks is professional, friendly, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions pertaining to my recent cataract surgeries. I can now see great with 20/20 vision in each eye! He also treated me for an unrelated eye condition. I am very pleased with his care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. His office support staff are also very friendly, helpful and organized.

After surgery on both eyes for cataracts Dr. Wilbanks has been more than accommodating with post-surgery care. He has been patient in listening to my concerns and yet not rushing the healing process. I do appreciate his patience and follow up on my concerns.

I saw Dr. Wilbanks yesterday about the discomfort and inflammation in my right eye. After an examination he answered all questions and gave a clear and thorough analysis of what’s causing the problem and how to deal with it.In many ways it was a reassurance that with a regimen of many eye drops this problem will lessen and possibly clear up on its own.

I recently saw Dr. Wilbanks for my eye exam. Since I have amblyopia, I needed a thorough exam. I have never been so satisfied with an exam as I was with Dr. Wilbanks. He was thorough and took time to explain the intricacies of my eye. I felt valued as a patient and educated about the health of my eyes. I never recommend health care providers, but wanted to share because I had such an exceptional experience with Dr. Wilbanks.
