Came to Hopelink today and got some great food. I recommend coming here. The food is amazing and you get different types of food here. Lots of canned goods. People here are really kind. You get a whole cart of food, so be ready. Enjoy and have fun cooking and eating as well. Peace be upon you.

Hopelink has saved my family so many times in so many ways I cant even begin to recount them all here. Most amazing organization Ive had the privilege of working with.

I volunteered here. It is truly heartwarming that there are hard-working people that sort all the donated food to give it to those that need it. Very emotionally rewarding.

Nice place. But there were mice or rat in the my box. After bringing and opening the box in the home, realized everything that was on the top was biten , so threw it away right away.

It used to be a lot better than it has been the last few years. Probably due to new staff. The young girls they have in there now arent friendly. Mary is awesome though, always has been. The guy who used to work here but now is away on a mission was great too. I dont know exactly what happened, but there used to be so so much more food available. They started putting stricter limits on the amount of food you could get and it went downhill. Its still good, just not even close to what it was say five years ago. Oh well. If Im honest Id say the young girls who are supervisors or managers or whatever arent kind hearted and maybe dont take the right approach to dealing with stores so they arent getting the right amount and kinds of foods. Its a hard lesson to let young people run the show. Often their ways of doing things arent the best. I could be wrong, it could be something else but thats what my gut says. Kirkland food bank used to be a huge blessing, now its just so-so.

Great NPO serving the community in need.

I help pick up food for an elderly lady who cant go herself. Hopelink has a lot of basic food ingredients for cooking, baking, or just items, like vegetables, coffee, etc. Great for individuals who have a hard time adjusting when making a change in life.

Hope link is such a wonderful facility with the most caring, compassionate, and helpful people. I am recovering from a broken back and shattered heel due to a work injury. hopelink has relieved so much stress with my finances during this challenging chapter of my life. I do not know how I would survive without the food assistance with my meager Labor & Industries stipend. Thank you Hopelink.

Ive used their services. The workers are nice and help and support in any way possible. The food bank is a great place when in need but some of the volunteers are a little bossy and not understanding.

They were rude on more than just on occasion. Overheard them talking amongst themselves about me and my vase saying they didnt believe I needed help for me and my son. I was so embarrised. They closed my case without any communication by phone, the end result was my son and I becoming homeless and my husband leaving me... Im still homeless now. I dont recommend this place or services. I think the employees are stealing whats meant for people in need...

Such a fantastic organization! Enjoyed volunteering here! This organization helps those in need... Food Bank, utility payments, job searches, health care assistance, etc... help for so many services (too many to name). Food bank staff is great.But front desk never answer the phone I try calling 10 times already in the past hr and no answer. Same thing every time I call.

Pretty much always very helpful the guy in the food bank is very nice and funny

Shopping atmosphere in warehouse, no premade boxes or bags. Staff & volunteers are great people. So many added services to serve the community.

Im happy with the food bank but I have repeatedly asked for help from workers and they say they will call me with an appointment and it has been 2 months and no phone calls to me to help my family!

We have called for 3 months to get rent assistance. My partner is bed bound and discharged from the hospital because her muscles had failed her, leaving her unable to walk. I was laid off of my contract. We have no savings because I had student loans and unpaid debt from my last unemployment spell.Hopelink is first come first serve. I called six times yesterday, leaving messages from 8:30 onwards. Didnt get a call back until today where I was told no more aid is available. I had called last month to see if I could set an appointment in advance. I was told to call back the 5th. Each call got their voicemail.They might be helping some family, just not mine. Because someone didnt answer the phone.

Hopelink is a great thing for the community, if you ever need help with food you can come in bring current Id and they will get you the help you need. I loved the food bank.

This is a place where they help seniors and families improve their lives I visited the the food bank where they were helpful stock shells however they are very rigid with the amount of different products that they offer at the food bank
