Consistent excellent service even during the pandemic. Our large family is still able to schedule multiple appointments for our children. Doctors and Nurses have good bedside manner, and are great with children and front office staff are courteous and accommodating. During the month, it did take a very long to reach a nurse when calling, so you dont get frustrated, choose the option to get a call back, and a nurse really will call you back. I think this is to be expected since the medical community is so busy, right now.

The 3 star review is a nod to the excellent care we have received from every provider— doctor, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and medical assistants— at every single clinic, every time, for the past 5 years. They’ve seen us through some very scary medical situations, run of the mill well checks and behavioral assessments with care, empathy and a high level of skill. However, the “business” side has been horrible. I cannot get anyone on the phone in less than 2 hours. The nurses will eventually respond, but if you want to speak to any other human on the phone, you’d better go to another clinic. Also, in my most recent visit to the Totem Lake clinic, the one front desk staff present seemed annoyed by my presence. Did not greet me or direct me to our room, did not treat me or anyone else in the waiting room with the courtesy or politeness one would expect. I’m hopeful these issues get worked out for the clinics sake.

The staff is so welcoming and their Covid protocols made us feel safe. My son is usually so nervous but they put him at ease and he agreed to all 4 vaccinations required for school plus the flu shot! It was a great experience.

When we first started going here they were great, but after a time their attention to details and care has slipped significantly. We are unable to get an appointment with our established doctor that isn’t out months so we tried another location only to be handled, belittled, and over all looked down on. Suffice to say we will be leaving the Allegro appoint mill for a more caring and attentive practice.Note: The picture was my wait time to talk to their scheduling department which I eventually had to hang up on for no response.

Everyone that we spoke with were very nice, and patient with my kids - from reception to the medical assistant and the doctor. After the appointment, I asked my son if he liked Dr. Belarmino and he said, “he is the best doctor we’ve ever seen”.

Unfortunately we are having the same experience as others are complaining of. They are booking weeks out for appointments and when you call to schedule you never actually speak to anyone. You are put on hold for 5 minutes and then they give you the option to save your place in line and request a callback, but then you don’t get a callback for at least a couple of hours, sometimes never at all. My son is sick today and I want to schedule a covid test, called over an hour ago and still no response. Now I’m sure he won’t be able to have one today. When it comes to your child’s health, there is nothing more important than promptness. Unfortunately allegro has not been able to offer that to us. The nurses are generally good at calling back however but they usually want you to see a physician which again can be very difficult to schedule.

One star for Rossanna Polamino. We had scheduled second month physical checkup for our son with her. She did not take any efforts to check his overall body. I was holding him for entire appointment. She just answered some basic questions. Is this how you do physical checkup? We just observed some white spots on his back and neck. I am not sure if she is genuinely interested in her job or somebody forced her to do this job.

We have been going there for several years, I forget their name before Allegro acquired them, but after Allegro their service start going downhill, covid also added to their already poor management. It takes hours to reach someone to make an appointment and that is if they call you back. The irritated part that they had a greeting which acknowledges the wait issues for like two years ?! The other biggest joke that they think they have an online booking system, it is faulty , and buggy and again they acknowledges that :):) weird you feel they stuck in the 80s technologies. Today Monday I spent an hour trying to get through their phone lines with no luck, I was not able even to leave a message, their system simply did not response to any selection i made, anyway I tried their online system I was lucky to make an appointment . However that excitement did not last long, I got a phone call from a lady telling me that my daughter symptoms are considered contagious, I told her only one of her symptoms is only contagious and my daughter has no fever or any of the other symptoms, any way she said I need to go to Bellevue office because that one is dedicated for those symptoms. So I said fine but then she told me the earliest is Wednesday which is 3 days later from today and she was not interested in listening to me or my daughter pain and just told me she is canceling my appointment. First Allegro needs to plan their workforce better and learn something from Seattle children hospital urgent care. They keep appointments for walk-ins, they seat families with contagious systems separate. Anyway Allegro is the Blockbuster of the health industry, and I am moving both of my kids else where. they simply has no compassion for their patients. That is being said , we like our the MDs and the nurses but overall it is a horrible experience that are much better places

Dr Belarmino has been our daughter’s pediatrician for all her life. He is always patient and shows us he cares a great deal for his patients and their family.

This place was difficult to find. I saw no signs for Allegro. No street sign or building sign. You will be looking for Evergreen medical center 13030 in green letters and its the first office as to you walk in. Good thing I left early. I was driving in circles going crazy.

We loved going there for my first child. Unfortunately, Making appointments has been impossible. Waiting on the phone for a long time. As a busy mom, I expect to get a person, atleast after few minutes waiting. It has been a year or so everytime I call to schedule an appointment, I just put onhold forever.Very disappointing.

The worst scheduling service ever!! Avoid this place to save your valuable time.

My son wanted to stop taking a prescription and we tried to ask how to decrease and stop. The people who answered the phone insisted on talking with him which they did. Then they insisted on an appointment. We made it clear that we did not need a $300 appointment with Emily Dauner to discontinue medicine and would not pay more (after many previous appointments). They proceeded not to call or discuss this so we just guessed on reversing the prescription. Obviously they are about greed and do not care about their patients. When I called to complain to their patient relations Hannah didnt care and said next time tell us when we are doing something so we can fix it. She also said email them but dont expect a response. This is the second time I have complained with no action from customer service. Also Hannah lied and said they were unable to reach my child when I was standing next to him when they were trying to talk him into scheduling an appointment. Find better service and someone who cares about your child and their customers not how much they can squeeze out of you. They just make excuses for their terrible customer service and never resolve anything. We will be finding a new pediatrician for our kids.

I would have liked to bring my son here for care after he’s born, but after being on hold for over two hours just trying to schedule an appointment, I gave up. There’s no way I would put my children’s care in a clinic that can’t even bother pick up the phone.

We have seen several of the practitioners with Allegro and they have all been fantastic. They always take time to answer any questions and concerns and we never feel rushed. The team is very knowledgeable, the nurses and medical assists are always kind, and the office personnel is so helpful with resources and records when we’ve needed anything. We are always so happy with our care and feel fortunate to have established care with them.

We love Dr. Graham! Clinic is fast, friendly, conveniently located with ample parking. Dr. Graham and her gentle and patient nurse have been with us since our little dude was born and we are so grateful! Have also had a Saturday AM virtual visit r/t some eye irritation and was incredibly impressed by that as well! Truly excellent, compassionate care.

We have been seeing Dr. Belarmino since our son was 2 weeks old. He is super nice and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and give room for us to ask questions. As the first time parents, we were quite panicky on everything. But Dr. B has never judged us and, in fact, he explained all our concerns kindly. Also, his nurse is amazing! She is super gentle with our son, she is very attentive as well.

I went here as a kid and now bring my own. Our doctor is Dr. Stein and shes wonderful, but you cant go wrong, all the doctors here are. As busy as Allegro is, they are always able to fit us in somehow and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the best experience with the team at totem lake. The receptionists and nurses are very kind and compassionate. We got so lucky finding Dr. Ginsberg for our son since his first appointment and we couldn’t have made a better choice. She is an exceptional pediatrician, amazing bedside manner, very thorough and patiently listens to all questions and concerns. She never rushes through her appointments and always treats us like family. Her suggestions worked wonders in raising a happy and healthy baby. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Graham! She is an awesome practitioner who listens patiently and addresses all patients related concerns every visit. Being in the health field myself, I understand that it’s so important to build a good rapport with patients through communication and good understanding ; Dr. Graham is a wonderful example of such a doctor! Really blessed to have my daughter see Dr. Graham since she was born! The staff including the front desk and nurses are great as well! Five stars ⭐️ to everyone!!

First I would like to say how much we love Dr. Ginsburg. She is an amazing Doctor, we receive quality care from her. The frustrating thing, I call and call and leave messages. It’s rare they ever answer the phone! I mean rare! Funny thing is when you are there waiting for your appointment there are several gals at the desk. And maybe only a couple of families waiting. So it’s not busy. They can answer the phones, no? Please get this in check! Someone should be able to pick up the phone so you can get your child an appointment!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Totem Lake Allegro Pediatrics. We have been with them for about a year and a half. They offer evening appointments for sick visits and excellent nurse line help when you need it. The staff is friendly and warm. We especially love Dr. Graham and appreciate all of her patience and kindness.

Just went here for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was all very kind and timely. We saw Dr. B and he was great! Very friendly and great with our baby. We will for sure continue to use this office and Dr as our pediatrician.

Dr. Bellarmino was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when answering our long list of questions about our 1 week old. His energy and calmness really helped ease our anxiety with our new addition and he helped us feel great and confident in taking care of him. The office was really calm and I felt like they were taking extra precautions to ensure a safe environment given the current pandemic circumstance. Scheduling an appointment was also very easy and we were rest assured knowing that there is always someone that will answer the phone if we call at any time during the day or week. I’m looking forward to having this doctor and this practice help us with our son’s health and needs as he grows!

Not sure if they are truly honest people. They tried convincing us to bring in the baby for an extra exam (which was actually just to weight the baby), and they charges us $200 just to weight the baby.

Dr.Grahm is amazing. Both of my kids have been seeing her since they were born, over a decade. We moved to Seattle years ago and still make the trek to keep her as their pediatrician. On the rare occasion we can’t get in to see her, all the other pediatricians have been great as well! The Saturday clinic in Bellevue has also been a life send.

Dr. Palomino was absolutely amazing. She was kind and caring. She made my daughter feel comfortable. We will definitely go back to her at Allegro.

My three children have been patients at pediatric associates, now allegro, for almost 13 years, and my husband and I continue to be impressed with the care we receive there.I love that we can call and get pediatric nurse advice after hours, even on thanksgiving (that happened this year). Same-day appointments are always an option, even on weekends, and I’ve appreciated that consistency for my children to always have access to pediatric care.My children feel safe and known by our pediatrician and her assistant. The office staff is professional and kid-friendly. Our wishes for our children are honored, and yet we receive good advice to help us make decisions for our kids in their medical needs. My husband and I feel like we’re on the same team as the doctor, just trying to help our children navigate through these different stages of childhood.I would definitely recommend allegro pediatrics to other families.

Been going here for 11 years with my two sons and I’ve never really had a bad experience. All the nurses and doctors and support staff are wonderful and make us feel important and heard. There’s never a big wait time and the appointments are never drawn out. Also it is very easy to make same day appointments if you have a sick child. We love allegro pediatrics!

I have only had good experiences with this clinic. My kids have seen several providers and all have been caring and helpful. Dr Graham is their PCP and I love that she genuinely listens to and addresses our concerns.

Do NOT ever use Allegro Pediatrics in Totem Lake ever. The WORST customer service ever. The doctors are great but the business office needs to be cleaned out and new people hired.I have taken my son to the Totem Lake branch for 9 years, ever since he was born. Dr. Graham is a great doctor and my son loved going to see her. In February 2018, my son had a flu shot at the Bellevue location. With my new job, I had new insurance that would start in March 2018 and they asked to have that information, so I gave that to them. He had the shot and all was well. And also, as a reminder, all flu shots are covered under our insurance, my new and my wifes insurance that was to be billed.Starting in Fall 2018, I received a couple of notifications that they billed my insurance (which was not yet active) and that they had to bill my wifes insurance which was the active insurance. They said ok and I just dropped it thinking that it was taken care of.A few months later, I received another notification that we still owed a whopping $23 which was to be taken care of by the insurance but they continued to bill the wrong insurance. I call again, let them know, and left it at that.Come today, 4/19/19, I call in to make my sons yearly checkup and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I get blindly transferred to their business office and they answer. They tell me that they had no record of me calling (which I do have the record and know for a fact I spoke to them), they tell me the $23 bill was transferred to collections and that my son cant be seen in their clinic ever again, even if the bill is paid.How is it plausible that my son cant be seen by his doctor since his birth 9 years ago, because of their offices continual errors, over $23 which I DONT owe because it was covered under insurance, and they just continued to bill the wrong insurance.This place is terrible to deal with. Save yourself some sanity and DO NOT take your child here. There are plenty of other great doctor offices around the area.

I went to Allegro for my kids immunization, Doctors were very friendly and explained the things very clearly.

Hate this office. Pediatricians are fine, the staff on the business side are apathetic & cold. Will make you wait for an hour to see your doctor. Never answer phones. After hours nurse was snarky & rude... told me to call back & listen to the prompts next time. Pulling my kids from this clinic & never returning.

Great service. Fast and friendly staff. Office was clean.I took my 4 year old for an appointment for a possible urinary tract infection.Ladies on reception were very nice. Nurse took time to listen and explain how to provide urine sample. Got results in few minutes.Dr was there after few minutes. Friendly and professional. He took time to hear us out, and make my child feel relaxed. We didnt feel rushed.Overall, we had a very good experience.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. The staff here are friendly, efficient and helpful. The doctors and nurses are thorough and caring. They are considerate of special needs and spend as much time with you as needed to provide you with the answers to your questions and to ensure you have what you need to help manage your childs health.

Our doctor is wonderful. Dr. Howsen knows us (12years now!), and understands our kids and family. One child is on the spectrum, and having a good doctor is important. The rest of the doctors are great too.

Very fast at getting us back. Did not feel rushed at all while speaking with the doctor. My Foster daughter who is 3 loved her and she was great with her. Extremely knowledgeable and gave us very helpful and practical advice.

I love Dr. Howson. Shes a good listener, caring, and very knowledgeable. She normalizes the parenting experience, which I need as a parent of a toddler. The practice is well organized and attentive. And yes, I happen to be named Allegra, but that did not influence my decision to choose Allegro, but Im glad I did!

Weve been going here for 3 years, and we love it. Weve seen a few different doctors, Dr. Howsen is our main doctor, and weve had great experiences with everyone. They always have same day appointments​available (with one of the doctors) and the nurse line is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Belarmino is our primary physician for both kids. He is informed, attentive, and kind. He has seen my older child for four years, and we hope to continue seeing him for many more.

Dr. Tracey Howson is our pediatrician and has been for over 4years. She is amazing and always gives her personal experiences when relating to a problem or question.When my oldest needed to go to Childrens hospital she was calm and collected and got the physician we were seeing up on our child so she had the information she needed.We love this clinic and would recommend it to anyone!

We have been taking out kids here for 10 years. I am always happy with the care my kids get at Allegro, whether they are being seen by their primary doctor or any of the other doctors here. Everyone at the front desk is very helpful, courteous and pleasant.

We have always loved Allegro Pediatrics! We see Dr.Graham but we have seen some of the other Drs. as well and we loved everyone. We always get brought super fast. Never have to wait long for the Dr. to come in. We have gotten same day appointments when we have needed them. We have never had a bad experience there, and we have been going there for 4 years with 3 kids.

Doctor Jervis Belarmino at Allegro Pediatrics is the best. He listens to my concerns about the kids and gives fast and and precise advice. He knows how to calm me down when I’m worried and takes time to educate me about different symptoms that can appear with different conditions. I highly recommend.

Ive had Allegro (formerly Pediatric Associates) for my sons pediatric care since he was born 9 years ago. Theyre great. Always friendly and able to get him in for same day appointments!

We have two kids (6 and 3 years old). Both are with Allegro from the birth. I feel that all doctors there take time to talk with us and our kids. Since there are so many doctors it is easy to get in same day. I like that some offices (Bellevue for sure) have x-ray on site

We have had nothing but great experiences here. From complications with our newborn son to sickness to the typical checkups. We regularly see Dr. Wu who is amazing but have seen other doctors when we’ve needed to get in quickly. Each doctor, medical assistant, and front desk staff member has been great.

Dr. Ginsberg is hands-down the best pediatrician Ive ever taken my children to. Perfect bedside manner--very nurturing and attentive. I recommend her to all my friends.

The convenience of being able to make an appointment on short notice with an excellent pediatrician is the best. The nurse healthline is something we use frequently to possibly save us a visit. Dr. Koss is our primary doctor for both my kids and they love her gentle approach and care. I love the knowledge and science she brings to her work. I appreciate her ability to balance holistic care with traditional medicine and the experience she brings to her craft. Allegro has been the best pediatric experience for us. Thank you!!!

Dr. Koss keeps abreast of the literature and is wonderful with our twin infants. They love her. The front desk is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I dont want to move because I dont think I will ever finds a pediatrician I like as much.

Allegro is really nice. We love Dr. Belarmino he is a great pediatrician. We appreciated Allegro having someone to see us twice in the hospital when we gave birth and our three appointments so far have been perfect.

Allegro Pediatrics has been a great resource for my family. The doctors and nurses are very kind, helpful, and competent. The have multiple locations and some are open on weekends (which Ive had to make use of from time to time). Dr. Ginsberg is our primary pediatrian and shes been fantastic!

Dr. Ginsberg is heads above any other doctor my boys have seen. Shes knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. And she always remembers things from previous appts that I wouldnt think shed remember just given how many children she sees day in and out!
