Surgery scheduling person was very unprofessional. I had a couple of questions retarding the procedure the appt was for. She said she needed to speak with the doctor and call me back. That never happened.

Kathryn Arendt, MD is one of the kindest doctors I have ever seen! Her entire staff is so friendly. Im happy to have a better understanding of my urinary tract system and have a game plan to improve my health. Thank you!

After needing an emergency appointment and calling way too many places to count Nicole was the only one that was able to find a last minute appointment the same day with Doctor Jacoby. Everyone there was very nice, patient and really listened from start to finish. Check in was simple and fast (which was more impressive considering my appointment was so last minute). The office was easy to find, clean, organized, and comforting. I highly reccomend!

I have been seeing Dr. Karni Jacoby at Washington Urology Associates at the Kirkland office. I am very glad to have chosen her as my Urologist. She is very smart, competent and compassionate. I couldnt have chosen better. I feel safe that she is doing everything she can to help me with my issues. Unlike some physicians I have consulted over the years she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.The staff at this office is also friendly and helpful.

Horrible service! Instead of checking me in, the receptionist checked me out, causing me to wait 2 hours after the scheduled time of my appointment. They wouldnt even have noticed if I didnt complain. During one of my more painful tests, the nurse didnt know what she was doing & had to call another nurse to come in & fix her mistake, causing me more pain. Also whenever I am told that Ill get a call back from the urologist to discuss my results, I dont. You always have to call them because theyll forget about you. Ive also had multiple doctors request my results from WA Urology but they never forward them because they can never find them. Its just like when WA Urology referred me to a physical therapist at Evergreen after my tests. They transferred me without any doctors notes so my therapist didnt even know what she was supposed to do with me. Going here was a waste of time & money. Ive filed a complaint with BBB but of course WA Urology didnt even respond to it.

I would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Sood and his team for taking care of my fathers health issue. We had a total of four appointment and he went through three different procedures. My father met several staff members who provided outstanding service and competent explanation during every step of the evaluation process. All the procedures and appointments were performed on time and followed up with the phone call from the medical assistant. Dr. Sood was returning timely calls when we needed his assistance. Thank you!

This office is unorganized and unprofessional. My appointment was rescheduled once and then canceled 15 minutes before I was expected to arrive.

The receptionist is an absolute moron. I can never have confidence in a health care provider who puts up with such incompetence in their staff. When they screwed up, and I arrived for my appointment only to find the doctor was not in that day, not one person apologized.
