Its challenging, different, and really, 20ish mins is all you need to see results. As any workout routine goes, its not instant. What is instant from the first session is the feeling that you actually did work every muscle group in a short period of time. After my first month Im already noticing a lot of positive changes, and Im not even taking advantage of all they have to offer with your membership (my fault). Yeah Id recommend this place in a heartbeat

As a self confessed fitness fanatic, I was skeptical to the short duration of the workouts. I’m one of those people who likes to workout everyday. I recently worked out with Beverly and had such a great experience at the X gym! The workout was hard, but not too hard and she was my cheerleader the whole time. It felt really good to work my muscles in a way that I am not used to, and I could totally feel it working! I love the science behind the X-gym and how few days a week you have to go. Its great for a busy schedule!

If you are looking for a place that will guide you through the process to get you healthy and keep you healthy, this is the place. PJ and his staff are very dedicated in helping people change their lives and keep you motivated to do what it takes. This is not a body shop. This is a lifestyle. Most of what I do is one on one training using resistance to strengthen my body.He also has all sorts of healthy recipes and ideas to keep you motivated. Highly recommend!

Its hard to find a more knowledgeable and dedicated staff! There workout strategy is safe, unique, effective, and great for time management. I had injured myself way too many times in Cross Fit---but none of that is ever a concern with PJs fitness approach. AND, I feel the burn and see the results beautifully. The entire staff is so friendly and smart at what they teach. This looks like no other gym youve seen before---and XGym is revolutionizing fitness----so jump on that train---its an amazing ride! Interesting methodology. Coming from traditional weight lifting I was a bit skeptical, but my quads were twitching at a simple 3 minute workout.Cool part is their workouts work well for people who are just starting, and people who are more experienced.

PJ and his entire team are great! If you are tired of the typical Mega-gym experience, then you owe it to yourself to check out xGym. I dont think Ill ever go back to a place like LA fitness or 24hr Fitness, ever again.

I went sleeveless the other day, and had about 5 people ask me how I got such muscular arms. When I told them all that I did was two to three 21 minute work outs a week (ya, a whole hour a week), they didnt believe me. But, its true. I love the workouts, and it fits perfectly into a busy schedule. Thank you XGYM. Im a customer for life!

I really like this gym - been going for nearly three years. It really comes in handy when you are short on time like I am, and travel frequently. I feel much stronger than prior to joining, and the staff keeps you motivated. That is one of the best parts of this gym - all the trainers are really good so you dont need to worry about which trainer youll get. Im always happy regardless, because they are all good. The workouts are definitely tough, and you need to be ready for that, but I always feel great after the conclusion and keep coming back. Definitely give a high recommendation to this gym.

Undeniably the most effective and efficient methods for improving strength and endurance, improving lean muscle mass and favorably influencing a sweeping range of wellness biomarkers. Trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are personable and they work with you attentively to find the right regime for your needs, including meals and other important day to day stuff.Definitely glad I started this a while ago - this is a HUGE step in the right direction! Trainers at Kirkland X Gym are very knowledgeable and great to workout with, there is no question about how great they are and on top of that they sure know how to motivate you! Ive been going there for a few years now and its by far the best thing Ive ever signed up for and without them there is no way I will be able to workout like the way they train me. I have been going to the Kirkland X Gym since end-2010. I have tried other gyms with trainers, weight machines, aerobics, but NOTHING I have done even comes close to the excellent results I have achieved through the X Gym.The trainers are top notch, and by following their nutrition guidelines, and really pushing myself through the rigorous and intensive exercise routines, I lost fat, increased muscle mass and overall strength at an astonishing pace.The 1:1 training approach is no doubt more expensive than others, but the benefits far outweigh the burden of the additional cost.

I have been going to the X-gym in Kirkland for over a year. It is a great workout - quick and efficient and yet leaves me with muscles completely fatigued. The one-on-one trainers are all terrific and very good at getting me to work to muscle failure.I highly recommend the gym - give it a tryout!

I honestly cant get enough of the workout style! Ive always been physically fit, and athletic but when I graduated from college and started working finding time to workout seemed impossible. I finally decided to try out XGym and I instantly fell in love! Its quick and they know what they are talking about! Theyre you personal trainer and they will give you advice on nutrition, they cant tell you exactly how to diet because they arent nutritionists, but they do give you solid goals and insights on any questions you have.

Every trainer at the kirkland x-gym are awesome! The 21 minute workout is ridiculously intense- in fact, they used to have a disclosure written by a client who said please drive carefully after the x-gym workout.Its not cheap but it is worth it for the personalized attention.Thank you X-gym, for getting me in shape for last years STP, and this July, I know I will have a much faster time!

X Gym is a completely unique workout Xperience. Most people think they dont have time to go the gym. Luckily, X Gyms philosophy is to work out just twice per week for 21 minutes per session. Its a super-intense workout that hurts SO GOOD! and accomplishes the same amount of physical training that most people gain from hours of traditional gym time. PJ has created his own workouts based on tons of research to optimize your muscle strength without a lot of bulking up. The staff is Xcellent too!

I came to XGym after my ankle surgery. Ive played basketball competitively my whole life, and quickly that ended when my ankle gave out. I wanted to get back into the gym, but I was very limited. So after looking around I decided to try out XGym. They really personalize each session and exercise prescription to each client. They make sure your exercises are performed accurately, and efficiently. The workouts leave you drained in a good way, and really feeling like you did something worth while! I know in 20 minutes is that even possible? It is, and if you dont believe me, go in a try it out yourself. First session is absolutely free, and they wont hassle you if it isnt what you want.

Xgym is amazing! I cant say enough good things about it! Ive been a member for 3.5 years now and its helped to transform my body after two pregnancies. Both times, I was able to lose 35 pounds put on from the pregnancy and get down to my normal size. The protocol is so effective at putting on muscle and shedding the pounds. Its the most difficult work out youll ever do and its amazing! You work harder but in less time - you feel like youve done an hour long work out in just half the time. Its the perfect weekly regiment for a busy mom like me. Ive gone through MANY trainers at other gyms and the trainers at this gym are FAR superior. They really know their stuff. I have rotator cuff and knee injuries and they are all SO well trained in working around injuries so that you still get a great work out. The trainers at this gym are some of the nicest, most knowledgable people youll ever meet. I would highly recommend Xgym!

Ive been going to XGym for 2 months now and only have wonderful things to say about it. Here are some of the highlights:* workouts are only 20min, twice per week. THATS IT!* the trainers are all great. There is no chit-chat, just a pure and intense workout, where they are paying attention to you the entire time.* there is never more than one other personal training session happening at the same time as your workout. That means, machines are always available and there are no other distractions.* I lost 10lbs in 2 months. My fat dropped 3.5% and my BMI dropped 2pts. All this in just 40min per week!* These workouts HURT. I was relieved to read other reviewers saying they felt close to tears during the workouts. Well, I have been in tears. The sheer intensity of the workout and the feeling you get when your muscles fail completely, is something Ive never felt in any other gym. This is why its so effective. But heres the weird thing: Ive become a bit addicted to that intensity. Its a feeling we dont get that often and most of us shy away from, but theres no better way to actually feel and be in your body than this type of high intensity training.They offer a free 1st visit and I cant recommend them enough.Go, go, go - show up for yourself!

Wow! XGym shows results. My recommendation for people considering XGym: Go get a free session from Alex and see if you like it. Its intense, and its meant to be, but its intense in a slow, controlled way, to minimize injury and maximize effect. Ive been very, very pleased with all the trainers at Kirkland XGym.
