Had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacy staff. Was attempting to make a pick up on behalf of a customer. I was told by pharmacy that the order was not paid for.I contacted customer and he said he had paid for it and had confirmation # from Bartell website. When I went back to pharmacy counter, was told basically same thing and to get lost. Customer got upset and threatened to cancel his subscriptions with them. I communicated this to the pharmacy staff and they got angry and belligerent.I tried to get help from store manager but she said she couldnt do anything. Do not give these lazy, indifferent people your business.

11 months with this pharmacy and I’ve never had a smooth pic up. Always waiting around or having to spend hours on the phone to get prescriptions resent over and over. Just a hassle in comparison to envy other pharmacy I’ve used (including other Bartells)

The pharmacy is disorganized and makes things purposefully difficult - they told me to come in to get my script and then told me it was not ready when I got there . I tried using goodrx and they refused to do it in a timely manner (told me it would be another 30 minutes after I waited for awhile already) . Not happy and will be finding another pharmacy altogether.

I was there this morning to have my daughter’s medication. I was waiting on the line; however, other person came and pick his medications before then me. It was not a big problem. When I got my daughter’s medicine, I asked the pharmacist that “ can I have tissue? I want to use the pen with tissue because the man before then me touch his body and use the pen. I don’t want to touch the same pen. The pharmacist said that to me:” he is healthier then you.” He was extremely rude. I asked him, did I hear right? How can you know? You are only pharmacist and not a doctor. You don’t have a right to say it. He was discriminating the people. The pharmacist must not say it to people. I am going to change my pharmacy. I have never experienced like that before.

Theresa, the pharmacist is really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff are nice too. To be honest, its hard to find a friendly pharmacist nowadays.

Ive been using this Bartells for years and I love it. Yes, there are slip-ups at times but thats not uncommon in life! People slip up sometimes. Nothing life or death was happening.

I ordered a medication a week in advance before departing internationally. I called to confirm earlier today. Now they dont have it in stock and didnt bother to tell me. Youd think they would be apologetic or start stocking something that I pick up once a month. Its really not that obscure of a product. I can get prescriptions anywhere

The photo quality is really poor. I had a very high resolution file and the result was blurry and Assistant Manager at the store told me they couldnt do anything about it and if I wanted good pictures I should print it at professional printer.... Given the quality I received, I could have done better just printing on my regular color printer. Costco printers are way better. I definitely will not be coming back.

Ive used this pharmacy for decades and it was great until this past year or so. No one seems very happy to be there.

Pharmacy is not professional.

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy, ever, in my life. They dont call you when your medication is ready. They meds are always out of stock, they dont call you to let you know that either and offer no solutions to help get you the meds you need. Three strikes youre out. never going back to them, which is a shame because the are just down the street.

Employees very rude and condescending wouldnt allow me to use restroom even though I was a paying customer. Said we dont allow your kind. Pretty sure I was refused because I was wearing a blue collar work uniform.

Weve been going to Bartells for thirty years, and the have always been very satisfied. However the two latest pharmacists have been less than professional. Lady is always grumpy, and acts as if if youre a bother. I recently had a prescription to pick up, and the guy said they had no record of my order. So I drove home, rechecked with my Dr. And confirmed that the prescription had been called in. Drove back to Bartells and the guy pharmacist said oh yeah, here it is. It was there the whole time. No apology, no regrets, and then I waited 45 minutes for them to fill it! They need some common courtesy training 😂

Worst pharmacy experience. Called 6 times unable to reach someone to speak to. Left messages with no call back. Came to pick up prescription and both prescriptions not ready as promised. Waited in line for 20 minutes the next day to get prescription.

Excellent Bartells store with knowledgeable staff and a great pharmacy.

I havent had any problems here. Usually shop when I see something good in the weekly advertising.

The wait is say too long at the pharmacy.

Soda stream co2 replacement was charged full price when exchanging the mini for a full one. Despite the soda stream website indicating it was a participating retailer. I expect the employee was not trained for this.
