Came in for Covid vaccination shot and asked a simple question of where is your seating area to wait since I was early and the lady behind the counter made it seem like I was stupid like I was supposed to be not paying attention to her and find it for myself , maybe if she was nicer I would appreciate her directions but she shouldn’t be working in the pharmacy if she lacks simple customer service skills . Maybe rite aid can invest in more people who show compassion and understand that maybe if it’s a persons first time coming in we may not know where there waiting area is and to say hey if you look to the left or behind a certain area we have a waiting area that you can sit at until it is your time to get your first shot . Avoid this area at all costs , rite aid should shut this location down and bar the female rude wannabe pharmacist from ever gaining a paycheck in America .

My boyfriend went in to get his second covid vaccine. It was 9pm on 10/12/21. The elderly lady at the pharmacy made my boyfriend feel unsafe about getting it there so we left. She was acting crazy. Everyone else waiting was talking about it. It was a very strange experience. Weirded us out. Get someone who maybe knows what they’re doing because she very obviously did not.

Our family has been using Totem lake Rite Aid pharmacy for the past 15 years. We are always very happy with the staff and with our experience. I am particularly impressed with how the staff always go above and beyond to make sure what we need.

I would like to thank the entire RID AID team at Totem Lake very much. The pharmacy gave me very good advice on the vaccinations I needed. The pharmacy team is very friendly and works professionally as I am used to from my home in Germany. Advice and service from the pharmacy were excellent. Thank you so much.

This rite aid is laid out quite nicely and the layout makes sense. It was quite a nice surprise that I got my prescription faster than expected.

I hadn’t been here before despite living in Juanita for 12 years and driving by probably weekly. In doing some research they provided the Covid-19 vaccine I was looking for and it was easy to schedule my appointment, it was local and the pharmacy staff made it super easy, quick and painless. Not that it should have been painful… I just have a thing with needles.All in all I was super thankful for RiteAid this morning and hope everyone has a good experience when visiting this location.

Everything was great for my prescriptions got them filled super fast. The only thing that needs to be improved on is when a female is getting antibiotics the pharmacist needs to be telling guests that it makes their birth control not work for a month. Its only the male pharmacist that doesnt tell guest I cant recall his name.

STAY AWAY! They will stored your card information and charged you hours later. I was charged $17 randomly and I called and asked who had used my account information. No answers . It’s not their problem . I called my bank and my bank told me that my card was used physically at 10:47am when I am at work !!! They told me file a police report and I plan to do so.

By far one of the best pharmacies that I’ve been to in America. The warm customer service and acute attention to detail offered at this particular Rite Aid is something that other pharmacies around the country should learn from. I was completely floored by the people at the pharmacy every time I stepped in there. If you live around the area and don’t have a pharmacy yet, I would definitely recommend making this your primary pharmacy!

Went to get my covid vaccine there the lady didnt fill out my card and write the date that Im supposed to come back for my second shot her handwriting was so messy for the first date that it looked like a 9 instead of a zero. Apparently youre supposed to make an appointment for the second shot never told me. Dont recommend getting your vaccine there

Fine selection and location, but a very poorly organized drive through for covid testing. Took over 30 minutes and was required to loop around to the back of the line three times per their process. I understand wanting to keep the line moving, but it seems unreasonable especially for the swabbing process, which takes all of one minute.

The pharmacist and all the assistants were super helpful. They were respectful of customers and ensured a timely service. I am a happy customer and I would recommend this particular location to others for their great and fast service.

Proud to say this is my go to pharmacy. I had hard time transferring my medications from the other state, but the pharmacy team here did it in less than an hour i called and even gave me a call back that they successfully got the transfer and will be giving me a call or text message when my meds are ready. I am very thankful for their hard work

I have been to many different pharmacies in my life and this one is by far THE best one. They contacted my doctor’s office and insurance company to get my medication approved as soon as possible because it needed a prior authorization. No other pharmacies have ever done this for me in the past so I was really impressed!

Friendly. Suffering low stock levels on some items, as many stores are currently. But, historically, we’ll stocked and helpful.

I was in for my flu and shingle shot one day and never have i had to wait this short in a pharmacy. Everyone was kind and the pharmacist on duty was quick, but kind. I expected at least 20 minutes, but I got more time to spare throughout the day thanks to the pharmacy team

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years. I’ve never had to wait too long for my prescriptions. The pharmacist is always very helpful and easily available to answer any questions or if I need help finding any OTCs. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their phenomenal customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Pharmacists are there to help! They would ask what i was looking for and whenever I have a question, they would run up to me in seconds to ask what I need. Great team

Visited this location to get my flu shot on 9/19. I am walking with a distance from another person in front of me also exiting the store and the cashier says goodbye and thanks him for coming to the store. When it gets to me, a rude look and silence. The person behind me, also being thanked for coming to store. I can only say that this cashier has no manner.No idea for such treatment -- maybe because of looks, nationality, etc :(

The pharmacy has no issues at all but as I was leaving with a full bag of groceries as well as my medication the manager at the establishment stopped me from leaving and asked me to present the receipt for all that I had purchased And told me I could not leave until I showed him the receipt I did so without question and still the manager at this location demanded that we go back to the cashier who sold me my items and see if I was telling the truth. As someone who has worked in retail and dealt with customers my whole life this is unnecessary and unacceptable just because majority of people who go to rite aid are Caucasian does not mean I should be singled out and accused of theft just because of my skin color. I highly do not recommend this location if you want good service

I was so disgusted by the garbage around and in dumpster area. It was not a new situation, the enclosure is littered with old moldy, rotting items and the smell can be noticed while at stop light It is very apparent there is a lack of management. Curb appeal is real and should be addressed daily

Its an alright store. Its close to home and has a few of the necessities like Milk and soft drinks. Seems a lot smaller than other pharmacies I have been in.

I like this Rite Aid because its close to my work and freeway. They also have good sale items. However, there is always one cashier no matter how long the line is. In addition to the extremely slow check out, all of the cashiers I have encountered, which is many, have been rude. Rude enough to entice me to leave a review for a drug store.

Michelle and staff are always helpful. They discounted a medication almost 75%. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

I only go in for the pharmacy, so that’s all my review will be about. Some employees are nice and helpful, others are disrespectful to customers. Watched a younger female employee yell at an old woman. Employees seem bothered to be helping you. I’ve been told that it would be about a 15 minute wait and have been left sitting in the waiting area, forgotten, while others after me get their prescriptions, multiple times. I waited over an hour and a half when going in just now after being told 15 minutes. I have far too many bad experiences here. I’ve never reviewed anywhere before, if that gives you an idea.

Anyone under the age of 40 gets treated like a thief. I understand they are probably trying to combat a terrible theft problem but having loss prevention peeking around corners, hiding behind displays or coincidently shopping in the very same isle as my wife or I is extremely annoying. This has happened to us several times and whatever you do, dont make the embarrassing mistake of paying for your items at the pharmacy because the Bin Laden look-alike at the front counter gets very angry and will make a scene demanding to see receipts. Unfortunately, I dont always have the option to go somewhere else so over and over Ive been treated like this to the point that I actually leave this store angry.By far the worst shopping experience Ive ever had, every time.

That there quick and efficient not like walgreens were no one is there and they still say 2 ro 3 hours. Rite-aid is 15 to 20 min and quick and polite

Bad start to My day.Stopped by rite aid to grab myself some stuff . Then I get to the register and I start checking out. I asked for cash back since you know they have a cash back button I assumed i could do that. This old lady snaps at me and says i cant do cash back I have no money. I was fine with it i was like ok well could the other cashier do??? Shes like well the cash back is for a convince i dont have to do it. The othet casheir was like ill help you I should have cash in my register. So the old women moves my stuff and says you know thats why we have an atm outside. I was like aye shes already helping me so please let me buy my items and leave because your making MAD!

Horrible parking lot (entrance and exit) and the customer service here is lacking. Felt like I was being watched the entire time I was here.

I was looking for something personal, and did not want the whole store to hear about it. The first person I asked for help was very discrete. The second could do little better. At the end I found it, Rite Aid has everything.
