Was referred to Dr. Freeborn by my PCP BUT, when I called to schedule I remembered a previous visit to the overall facility where here was a Facility Fee of $150 added to my bill. The fee is now $250 per visit according to the billing department. This fee is not a covered benefit by my insurance and so I will NOT be seeing Dr. Freeborn. ELITIST medicine for the chosen few. He might be very good but I cannot afford him

Dr. Freeborn was very helpful in reviewing the details of my lower back fusion operation and what I could reasonably expect. Dr. Freeborn and his staff are at the top of the professional, knowledgeable and friendly scale. You wont find a better experience for your spine and neurosurgical care. I should know - Ive been at the senior management level in healthcare for most of my business career. Highly recommend.

Dr. Freeborn was excellent. He was awesome, explained what things meant and was very thoughtful from the first consultation, surgery, post-op follow up, and rehab etc. Huge thank you to him and every single staff member from front desk staff members to MAs, schedule coordinator/MA Anne, PA-C Jennifer, ARNP Melissa NP in his office. He is a great surgeon and I cant thank him and all the spinal surgery team staff enough. Thanks to him and his staff, I am excitedely ready to go back to work soon.

Dr mark freeborn just did a lumbar discectomy on me and everything beginning to end was absolutely perfect and easy going. Dr Freeborn is an excellent surgeon. He is straight to the point but still has a sence of humor. I was having issues with workers comp denying the surgery, Dr Freeborn cleared all concerns up and made it happen. Great guy. Highly recommend him. His staff and med assistant are top notch. Keep up the good work people!

Totally Dissapointed!

Dr. Freeborn is a talented surgeon. I had an XLIF on L4-L5, and my years of chronic pain are gone. I can’t recommend him enough.
