The best experience to the doctor I’ve ever had hands-down! Incredibly caring, deep and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about him, really connects with the patients. The type of doctor that will spend heaps of time with you in the room explaining every small detail in great depth. He’s incredible one of a kind. Old-fashioned doctor, drove to the hospital when my daughter was born to do a full check up. He could’ve had us drive to his clinic for an evaluation but instead he came out of his way to see her. World-class!You could search the whole world over 10 times and never find a doctor that compares to him!

Dr. Eichner has been our doctor for 23 years. Most of his patients are Drs children for a reason. HE IS AMAZING! One of the best doctors in Washington.

Excellent 5 * Pediatrician. Since I gave birth to our little one he has been great Pediatrician with very helpful tips and tricks. This Dr. was recommended to us and although we have to travel long way to his office when we have to, as we moved away from Kirkland, we will not be changing Dr.at all. We love his personality and knowledge in his field. Highly recommend him to everyone!.

We are so grateful we landed in a Dr Eichners office when my daughter was 1 week old. You leave his office feeling empowered as a parent. He is the most compassionate, enthusiastic, thorough, caring and empathetic doctor we have ever met. My husband and I joke that we wish he could be our Doctor ;) truly the best ans we consider him a friend.

All the reviews are true! I had seen Dr. Eichner until I was 21 despite the fact that hes a pediatrician because he is honestly the best doctor out there. Hes caring, passionate, and very calming when speaking to his patients. He always wants the best for you and theres no other doctor like him! Has helped me with all of my medical needs!

This is hands down the best doctor ever! He truly cares about his patients which is so rare! You can see how much passion he has for what he does. He spends as much time with his patients as needed and never rushes even if you schedule an appointment the same day. I’ve been taking two of my kids here since the day they were born and we have all grown fond of dr eichner. I’m so happy I found him!

I met Dr Eichner for the first time 40 years ago on the day I was born! I saw him all through middle school and even partially in high school and he is an absolutely wonderful knowledgeable Dr. with huge heart. Both my sisters also had him as their pediatric doctors and they are super fond of him as well. Now as the tradition continues my three-year-old and my two-month-old are both patients of Dr. Eichner. The experience has been just as incredible. If you can get, you are very lucky!

He is the most caring doctor you will find. So glad we found him. He takes such good care of his patients.

Dr. Eichner is simply the best there is. He has cared for both my daughters since birth and is so knowledgable. Knows when to let things run their natural course or get after something. So very approachable and is a terrific communicator.

Dr. Eichner is by far the best pediatrician in Washington. He’s not only caring but knowledgeable and sweet to the children! And his staff is always the best as well.Dr. Eichner has been my kids’ doctor for almost 26 years (my daughter will turn 26 in November and he was her pediatrician from birth). I highly recommend Dr. Eichner for anyone who wants their child to have a compassionate and knowledgeable and caring doctor!

Dont go to this guy unless you want someone who thinks they know everything... If you question him or his staff about anything he will blow a his top. He is not that special, Any qualified nurse cuold provide you with a shot or basic information.

If I could give Dr. Eichner 6 stars, I would. I couldnt agree more with all other reviewers re: everything from Dr. Eichners caring attitude, to his patience with explaining everything (he drew how things work for me multiple times), to his immense, extraordinary amount of experience that he combines with a pragmatic approach (as others said knows when to let things play out naturally vs when to medicate). We have a 5yo and 3yo that hes been seeing since they were born, and Im really, really hoping that he doesnt retire until theyre adults because having to take my kids to see a different Dr. would be extremely difficult for me.Dr. Manfred Eichner is one old-fashioned, badass, super-star pediatrician and truly one of the kind!

Hes amazing! Switched pediatricians 2 times before finding him through several friends that take their kids there.
