Dr Wang is paitient and thorough. My issue is tough but no sense of giving up.

I was able to get an appointment and Dr. Wang took care of my concerns and questions very thoroughly and was very helpful in my treatment..highly recommend him.

I started seeing Dr. Wang after an initial biopsy and diagnosis out of state. Margins were not clear and Dr. Wang had to remove more skin from the location on my face. I have ever since been very glad that I had to do that because the job they did out of state it left a pucker in the skin. The work that Dr. Wang did on my face is nearly invisible. I always find that my visits with Dr. Wang are positive and helpful. This was my first Zoom visit and it was great to be able to consult with Dr. Wang this way, and through the use of pictures he was able to see my issues and make recommendations - and also ease some concerns. Being able to visit via Zoom was very helpful because I live 2 hours away and also have to drive over Snoqualmie Pass that can be challenging at times this time of year.

As usual my last visit was a good experience. Apparently the bumps I have all around my body are of diminishing cancerous concern. Several potential cancerous growths usually are found at each 6 mo. office visit, but none this time. I also am showing improvement in leg swelling thanks to effective lotions which have been prescribed and applied. In-person office visits here are still practiced, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, for which I am thankful.

Dr.Wang effectively treated my long term, complex skin infection. He is the only doctor in the US to see it through to resolution. My wife went in here to diagnose a skin condition she was having. She did a skin biopsy to determine whether the issue was internal or external. When she went back for her results, the doctor advised know on what the next steps were and what treatment options we had. Little did we know that to even get the results of your test, you need to pay the dermatologist AGAIN. A 5 minute conversation turned into another $120 bill. I already paid for a skin biopsy, I feel that patients are entitled to the results, what they mean, and what to do going forward. Theoretically, if you do not or can not pay them again, you will never see your results. I called in to discuss this issue and wanted to speak to the dermatologist directly, however he was too busy to speak to me and had his employees speak to me instead. Funny how he doesnt have time for me now but assuredly has time to charge $120 for a 5 minute conversation on the results of a test that we already paid to conduct.They recommended her to do UVB light phototherapy. We opted to try and buy our own device so that it would be more cost efficient, in addition to avoiding going to the dermatologist several times a week. When we requested to get a treatment plan,and a doctors note to get the device reimbursed by insurance, we were told the doctor wasnt familiar with the device we were looking at and recommended another one. Heres the kicker, the device we were looking at was $300 with reviews from others stating that their dermatologists were comfortable with it. The one Dr. Hao Wang recommended was for $2000. I have a raising suspicion that he in contract with this company.It is apparent to me that this establishment is about more than just healthcare and the health of their patients. We were extremely disappointed in the services provided and will not be coming back. I urge for others to look elsewhere for their dermatology needs.
