I cannot reccomend this place enough! I went in as a referral for a rash on my arm, and the doctor explained what was going on so well. He not only drew me a picture, but he had his MA do google searches so I could see what my condition looks like on other people. He also kept me laughing the entire time! I have a bit of anxiety when I see male providers, so he kept the MA in the room with us the entire time, and they did a full skin check for me, and I had no anxiety at all. Everything was done so professionally without forgetting that I was a human being with a bit of fear. Check in was fast, the wait was minimal, and no insurance trouble at all! Im going back for a follow-up, but I can tell you right now, Ill never go anywhere else!

Im sick of getting my appointment canceled on by this office. :/ For one why do I get so harassed about confirming my appointment, over and over, then I get canceled on by the doctor. Not to mention how long it takes just to get the appointment, or even get an initial call. Called me while I was on the way to tell me. :/ Today was my only chance, my only day I could get there, and have some time to let my face heal before seeing my family again. My family always has something to say about my facial hair problem. Secondly, the staff itself doesnt know its own pricing for treatments, because anytime you ask you will get a rough estimate. Sometimes the same procedure costs what you were told, the next its more. I really like this place, the staff is friendly, so I dont want to rate low, but the business model feels dishonest.Update: I was also canceled on after rescheduling this appointment.

I met Doctor Neill for some chest skin issue and fungal nails. She is not really patient and give me super simple instructions without much thought and sent me out. She does not really think my symptom is worth any concern.Later on I need to find myself another podiatrist and skin expert at another location. They treated this seriously and offered much more detailed instructions on how to cure them.Pretty negative experience in general.

I was assured by nurses and Dr. Shane Keck that my service to remove a skin tag would be free through my insurance company. Post-op o received a bill for almost $180.Don’t trust Strother Dermatology unless you have money to blow.

I prefer to go directly to a Specialist when I am aware of what problem I have. I visited this place by assuming it will be well taken care of my symptom.The doctor didn’t even sit for 2 mins to see my problem, and he suggested using antiseptic cleaner while bathing for two weeks. I ended up using it for a month but no improvement.Later, Over the phone, they suggested taking an antibiotic, which I took for two days and caused a dramatic allergy and rashes all over my body. After stopping that medication, Docs office told me to use another antibiotic, but nothing happened after using it for the whole course of duration.When I called the office again, it didn’t improve my problem yet still the same. They asked to schedule another appointment, and also, I would have to pay again!Waste of money and time.

I’ve been going to this office for years. I started under Dr. Cooperider and now I see Dr. Strothers. They’re the best in my opinion!! Dr.Strothers removed a cancerous mole and does yearly mole checks. I’ve referred several people to his practice and they’ve come back reassured and appreciative for the recommendation:)I have also splurged on the side of the practice with facial treatments!! My skin looks and feels pretty darn good for a 64 year old woman! I’ve gone in to see Robin for consultations and she examines my facial skin and makes recommendations. I used to buy spa packages from various different spa’s, but not any more, I trust this office 100% They don’t try to sell me something that isn’t going to work...THE BEST!!!

As a patient of Strother Dermatology for several years, I was deeply disappointed by my care. The doctors failure to ever recommend a biopsy of a growth on my face (which was quickly frozen off at each annual appointment) led me to get a second opinion. The growth ended up being biopsied immediately by another doctor, and was diagnosed as basal cell skin cancer. Soon thereafter, I underwent hours of Mohs surgery, reconstruction and 60 stiches in my face.

Really disappointed with the service here. I started my Accutane treatment about a month ago and during that month, I experienced a rash on my hands and my acne did not get any better. I called asking if the rash was normal and Shane who was my dermatologist was never there. I was not able to get any advice or help regarding my situation and it was very frustrating. The front desk told me that they would call back or that Shane would call me to figure out my situation but I never got a call or a follow up.At this point, I have given up on trying to reach Shane and am going to be looking for another dermatologist. If you are going to this area, do not have Shane as your dermatologist.

Ive been with Strother Dermatology for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences every visit. I highly recommend them for SouthEast Asian skin and am here to report that these guys are just the best.PROS:- amazing dermatologists for medical and cosmetic needs- very well trained and polite staff, professional and efficient with scheduling and reminders. Its rare that I say this but I really enjoy and like everyone I met at this place- my long term acnes have finally cleared after 8 months of accutane. Currently trying micro-needling and its been a super experience all the way- Follows Covid Rules really well! Strother Dermatology is a model for how businesses can effectively handle a pandemic. Staff is friendly, my appointment was 1:15pm, I arrived 12:45pm a little bit earlier. I had set my time around the apartment! I ended up waiting until 1:30 pm when still hadnt been seen , there was no choice but to leave. My time was invaluable, if I was late they would have rescheduled me.

They have issues with scheduling, not quoting correct amounts and then billing for much larger amounts later (scam type situation), and management tone.

Five stars doesnt even begin to say what theyve done for me. Ive been going to them for nearly a year now, and from the first visit with Dr. Strother, to the receptionists, everyone has shown me care and respect. They have consistently done whatever they can to give me a better quality of life, and just recently were able to help me out in a way that will greatly increase my day to day life. I cant thank them enough. If anyone has skin issues, I would absolutely recommend them.

I am so thankful for Angela and the staff here. They are always friendly and professional. Angela answers all my questions and gives me peace of mind. The nurse, Joanna took my blood pressure when I asked her to check it and compare it to home machine. I am very happy I can come here once a year and get my RX renewed and have my moles checked. Megan Landis was very helpful and took her time with me. She made me feel important and she was going to get to my chief complaint with a diagnosis and a plan, solution. Her caring a gentle approach was above my expectation. I left the clinic feeling well cared for and my complete understanding of our follow ups, so that she knows that I am getting the proper treatment. I have been getting laser hair removal at this office for a few months now. My first treatment on my face was wonderful. The pain level was completely tolerable and I noticed significant hair reduction with just one treatment. So I went in and purchased treatment packages (5 treatments) for my face, under arm and bikini. At the second visit, I was informed that they now have a new laser machine that cuts the treatment time in half! Sure enough, it was faster, but the pain is unbearable. I can’t even begin to explain how each click felt. Basically it’s like someone putting a torch on your skin every few seconds. My assumption is, the new laser brings in more revenue for the practice because its faster and allows for more appointments scheduled during the day, unfortunately at the cost of literally torturing patients. I was going to come back for other body parts, but not any more.

Leslie is the most professional, caring and compassionate individual. I am 45 years old and Blind. I came in for laser hair removal and Leslie made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in and throughout each procedure. I would recommend her to any of my family and/friends. She should be commended for her dedication and genuine attitude towards her patients!

The staff was friendly and competent, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. That is the only reason for the one star rating. Other than that I have nothing positive to stay about this practice. Immediately after my visit I made another appointment with a different clinic. I met with a PA-C who spent 30 seconds looking at my skin and his first response was we dont need to start you on steroids. No information on what could be happening, no discussion around symptoms or triggers. I spent 15 minutes in the clinic from start to finish and met with the PA-C for 5 minutes. Normally I would appreciate speed but not at the expense of feeling dismissed without a proper review. They would benefit greatly from better bedside manners and respecting the intelligence of their patients (I dont need to have Atopic Dermatitis spelled out to me).

Saw Dr Megan Neil. Recently moved from AZ and have been to few WA offices -havent been able to find quality front staff and truly caring AND competent doctor. ButTHIS office is awesome - very skilled very caring thorough professional front hello to goodbye. Just amazing.

I absolutely love this office, the doctor, and all staff members that I have met over the years. They are friendly and well-trained, clearly demonstrating that they care and are qualified to help. Dr Strother is amazing. He clearly cares about his patients and Ive never seen a doctor be as punctual as he is. Ive been living in Texas for 2 years and Id rather have to fly back for appointments than switch to a dermatologist where I live.

Wrong diagnosis. Dr. Kelly stevens made an extremely wrong diagnosis, leading me to wean my baby for no reason. Gave me tests and didn’t even bother to call me after they got results even though I was in pain and waiting desperately for the call. Even after calling, the assistant was vague and even the doctor wasn’t sure about the course of treatment. Don’t even bother to go in.

Dr. Salisbury was super nice and informative. i was dreading my visit, but she is lovely, and im leaving happy. I will definitly be visiting her should I have any further concerns!

Was very disappointed, first treatment left me with significantly worse problems, after waiting two weeks to get in i walk in the door 7 mins late (though they time given to me was 15 mins before appointment) and they send me away. Really??

Robin knows her devices and always is watching to see I can tolerate what I am undergoing at the moment! My 4th time at least on the Thermage... .

She was extremely throrough and friendly. She also spent time to educate me on everything I needed to know about my acne and my moles. She answered all of my questions, and most of them before I even had to ask!
