Worst haircut Ive had in a long time. Seemed pretty inexperienced but also left out so much. I wont be back.

Asked for same cut i do every-time and even explained but she didn’t do a good job just made way shorter . Not happy and will not recommend .

Lace cut my hair today. I would not recommend letting her touch your hair. It was bad enough that I had to go strait to Supercuts to get it fixed. I am a 29 year old male with male pattern baldness my expectations couldn’t be any lower to begin with.

My Boyfriend and his son went here for very simple cuts. Just buzzed shorter. They came home looking crazy! My stepson has some hair as short as Velcro and some spots long enough to put in elastics. They are both so uneven and they told me the ladies who did their hair were unfriendly. They also made fun of another customer for being large right in front of them!!

Great wait. They queue their customers very well using on-line sign-ups and a friendly lobby (with cool snow board and other sporting adventure videos playing on their screen while you wait)... Great people. Smiles all around, even at the end of the (long) day...and a nice, uplifting chat about the Seahawks... Great Clips! They keep a cut history/notes in your file so that you can say the usual to any of their skilled, helpful, stylists. Raven was my first GC gal who gave me a great cut two years ago (at the Kenmore location), and Ive stayed with them since.

Generally good cuts here, though its hit or miss depending who you get.

Overpriced and they dont take their time to give you a good haircut.I will say it grew in nicely and so aside from the sideburns that I had to fix. Id go back just because its convenient really.

I go in often because I have a mohawk with a lot of my head shaved, grows quickly!The staff listens, rolls with any changes I want to make and delivers excellent results. Staff was very unprofessional. An older gentlemen asked some questions and later left, they then ridiculed about how dirty he was. I understand having these frustrations, but not in front of other clients! Haircut was mediocre.

I have never written a review in my entire life thats how awful this location sucks. I have super long hair. i refused to get it cut for a very long time due to not trusting anybody enough to cut my hair. i went in here and asked how long the wait was, the lady told me that she could squeeze me in before one of the people who booked online came. I wouldnt have said yes if i had of known that she was going to be so quick and do absolutely nothing for my hair. I told her i wanted a little trim and some longer layers and for my face to be framed. She then proceeded to tell me that my hair was too long for layers. HOW CAN ANYBODYS HAIR BE TOO LONG FOR LAYERS. she refused to do anything i wanted of her with my hair. the only thing she did was even out my hair because for some reason one side of my hair was longer than the other. This process took about 5 minutes and she still charged me in full... it was like she literally just wanted my money she didnt actually care to please me. For the record i now have long LAYERED hair from somebody who actually cared and took the time to have me sit with them NOT from Great Clips

I have been going to this same location my whole life - not anymore. I have lived in this neighborhood since birth and this has been really the only place I have had haircuts. Its a 1 min drive from my house and easy to schedule online.My problem was that yesterday, I brought in my 8 month old son to get his very first haircut where daddy gets his. The barber that signed us in, unfortunately, refused to serve my son as he wasnt wearing any shoes. It was also 80 degrees outside and he was already too hot, but the fact that the no shirt no shoes policy would be enforced on a baby who cant even walk is absurd! The other barber was willing to take us despite the refusal from the first, but that was the most uncomfortable haircut ever. The entire time during the hair cut, we had to hear the first barber complain that the law was being broken over and over again... So uncomfortable and disrespectful of paying, loyal, longer term customers.I know that one bad incident doesnt resemble the company as a whole, but this was a serious customer service issue that I will have trouble ever forgetting. Time to find another place for me and my family.

Worst experience ever. Now I see why these guys keep dropping off discount tickets. The lady that cut my hair seemed to be super angry all the time, did everything in a rush in under 5 minutes, and in the end she dared to complain that I left too little tips. Also, the place was crowded and every hairdresser seemed stressed and sad. Avoid this place.

Decent place for getting a haircut. Staff is rather conscious of your level, so if youre a talkative type, theyll talk your ears off. If today is quiet time, theyll carefully trim your hair with nary a word. Check in ahead of time to avoid waiting too long in store. I like to shop next door in Safeway while awaiting my turn, multitasking with the time.

Checked in through the app, as I have many times before, followed by a estimated wait time quote, which is also the case most of the time except for a few rare occasions that I have been there at opening time. The wait time was not a problem at all, especially since it was no more than 3-4 minutes total wait upon arrival once my travel time was adjusted for. The difference was in the accuracy of the quoted time. My experience in other locations from back home was that the wait time is never accurate; I would typically wait way longer OR arrive early, as per the app, only to find out my place in line had been lost since I was not there when they called my name. Consequently, I had completely given up on this app feature and used it simply to just check in. This location, however, has restored my faith in regards to wait time. As small & irrelevant or unimportant as it may seem, believe me, when time is of the essence, every minute counts.At any rate, beyond this little personal victory, the staff of the location is wonderful and accommodated with precisely what I asked for. Nothing more. Nothing less. Excellent service - this is now my permanent location that I will surely frequent.

Just got a haircut from Lundslow, (I hope I spelled that right), and it turned out fantastic! He was very kind and professional, fast, and intent on creating a quality haircut for me. I went in with raggedy hair Id neglected all year, and walked out with a cut that somehow made my frizz disappear and made me look polished. He also got rid of my layers without taking hardly any length off. Im not sure how he did it, and Im amazed, especially because other stylists Ive seen in the past have always taken off way too much. Highly recommend!

Professional and friendly staff. Cost of cut and style service is reasonable. I always leave a good tip since I get a better cheaper cut here than more expensive places. Love the online check-in app which saves me a ton of time keeping me next in line when I show up and gives me a feel for how busy they are ahead of time so I am not wasting time sitting in their store lobby.

I work out of town quite often, and I wont get my hair cut anywhere else if at all possible. Sylvia at the Juanita location has been cutting my hair for years and its a great cut every single time (not to mention that she is very personable and fun to talk to). Ive occasionally had to get my hair cut at other places for various reasons, usually out-of-state, but they never turn out as good. Sylvia has even managed to fix a few of their screw-ups. Absolutely 5 stars!! BTW, in reading some of the negative reviews,, customers need to understand that all businesses, especially places involving food service and hair salons, need to adhere to strict regulations. Im sure the stylists at this salon were simply trying to follow the law; nobody should fault them for that.

My son (age 3) and I got our hair cuts together. The lady did a great job, especially with my wiggly toddler. We both got military style cuts. Ive had better but it definitely wasnt bad. Its Great Clips... You get what you pay for.

I always take my kid here. They are the only place that can handle the wiggles of a small child with a smile AND giving a great cut!!!!!

Came in for a much needed cut. Waited. Got a very hostile older woman with a serious attitude problem. She whipped out a comb and proceeded to rip out my tangled processed hair. She then asked me to show pictures of what I wanted and seemed extremely irritated with my request for my usual Bob Ive gotten for 18 years! After she grabbed a brush and ripped out more of my hair with 0 water I panicked and felt for the sake of my hair Is get the hell out of there!!!! Watch out! Bad attitudes produce bad hair cuts and that takes years to come back from! Not worth it!

Got a very good haircut

Ive had mixed luck at great clips. Some do very well, are friendly, and show that theyre interested in providing a nice hair cut. Others seem to just want to get you in and out and dont care about the result.Unfortunately, I continue to be disappointed by the lack of detail by Tammy and will not have her cut my hair in the future. Shes not a bad person, just not good a providing a quality haircut. The person cutting your hair should be able to see when theyve cut it unevenly, especially when there is a significant difference in length, and fix it before finishing up. Missing a 1/2 or even 1/4 inch of length for a short mens haircut is very noticeable and not acceptable for even an $18 haircut. If I can easily see that my hair is very uneven by looking into the mirror from the chair, then they should be able to see it when inches away from my hair.

Kathy was kind of impatient in explaining if or how she can or can not cut my hair. She also had long nails( claws) which made my scalp sore and hurt as many times she had to run her fingers in my hair during the hair cut. She was very impatience and not friendly. She might have had a valid point about my hair but l did not like the way she talked to me in front of the others at the salon. I explained to her l want to keep the length of my hair. She offered to trim and if it is not enough then to cut more.After the trimming l asked her to go for second option and cut a little again l want to keep the length and there she cut a good 2 inches all the way around.My hair will grow fast but l needed the lengthy hair to cover my bear shoulders at the event l was going to attend in two days.The other stylist next to my chair kept complaining about how late they are working and how busy and tired she is.

My haircut was pretty good but my sons was terrible. Lots of missed hairs in the shaved part of his fade, uneven fade length all around, and a silly length to his longer hair that only looks good when combed one specific way. Do some homework on the stylist you choose!

Got a cut, got home and found some mistakes (uneven bangs) went back next day had a different stylist fix my cut. She did an amazing job! No charge for 2nd cut.

Firas did an awesome job. I came in with a few bald patches (trich) and asked him what he could do to blend them, and he took his time trying a few options with me, and I came away very happy with my hair. Ive paid much more at barbers that paid much less attention than I got here.

I have a simple short hairstyle, and the gal did a great job. I am also a guy and not very picky. 4/5 will go again.

Worst place! Please don’t go to this salon. I took my son for hair cut because I did t have time to take him to our regular salon. At the end of the hair cut he had lines all over his head. I had to guide her telling what to do. Even that my boy’s hair cut looks horrible! They were super slow ... never will go back to this place!

The staff seems to work really hard and I never see them sitting around doing nothing when Im in the chair. They are fast, friendly, efficient, they gaurantee my haircut, and I love the mobile check-in app so I can monitor the wait time and leave so by the time I arrive I do not have to wait or wait very little in their waiting area before the cut. I pay a little extra to get my hair washed after the cut and usually leave a $5-$10 tip depending how I feel that day. Ill keep going back unless something that I mentioned above changes.

LET ME SAVE YOUR LIFE BY TELLING YOU NOT TO GO HERE. Before I even say in my chair I knew I made a big mistake. The lady started to sigh and roll her eyes every second and then I told her I wanted a fade and she straight up said no. EXCUSE ME, WHAT!!! She spent about 3 seconds on the sides of my hair then she asked me if I wanted to fix up my hair line. I said yes and she made one side of my hairline with angles and lines and then she made the other side with a big curve. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND SYMMETRY??!! Never coming to another great clips again.

These guys are the best of great clips in the area. I compared with bothell, kenmore and Woodinville. Ask for Alena, she does a great job!! Patient, experienced, focused and perfect.

They are supposed to make suggestions if we ask something inappropriate or stupid, instead they will snort or make indirect comments. As a chain great clips is good but this store is a no no for me.

I asked them to just do a curl where they just use a curling iron through my hair, not a full style and probably would take 10 mins max, and they said it would be $75. She was rude and wouldnt listen to me explain how simple it would be. Do not go here.

Lace gave me the worst haircut of my life. Do NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY LACE. She used clippers on a womans hair, and had no idea what long layers meant. Very nice lady, but very bad stylist.

Not sure they bother training their hair stylists here... My general understanding is that youre supposed to wet the hair before you cut it. I guess my stylist was allergic to water, because she barely touched the spray bottle. I ended up covered in bits of stray hair (it even got dumped in my lap when she took the cape off), and Im finding spots she missed all over. Guess Ill be going in to a better salon in about a week to have them try to salvage whats left. Worst haircut Ive ever had.

The staff was nice and friendly but the haircut I received was horrendous. I went back the next day to have it fixed and it was somehow made worse. So I gave up and went to another salon to fix it.

Just washed my head and my haircut is a mess, the lady missed a lot of spots, will have to go tomorrow for a correction.Ive been getting haircuts at this location for almost 4 years and every time I generously tip $5, but it gets worser and worser every time I go there and always have to go get everything corrected!They get you out in 10-15 minutes and dont take there time to make sure the job is done right!Ill have to find another barber shop, this one is not even ok anymore!
