Ive never been happier with an eyebrow threading appointment. Nafees was so accommodating to my last minute request to switch an appointment date to the day of. She was kind, professional, and even made the threading process fun with her positive and energetic personality. She taught me about eyebrow shape and really took the time to explain the threading and shaping process, which I have never experienced (and Ive been getting threaded for over 10 years). You can tell she is really passionate about her job/field and provides AMAZING customer service. It was my first time with Nafees and she took the time to listen to how I preferred my brows. She threaded them to the perfect thickness and shape and filled them in as well. You can tell shes a perfectionist and really knows what shes doing. I recently moved from NY to WA and I think I found my new threading spot! Highly recommend!!!

Great service and great results! Nafees made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time getting threaded. She recommended I apply castor oil to help stimulate growth. Very professional and kind individual to work with! Ive come back several times now and am very pleased with the results every time.

Nafees is just wonderful ! This review was definitely long due.I have very sparse/less dense eyebrows and 90% of the times, I have had my eyebrows ruined at other places. So I am always very skeptic before going to any new place for my eyebrows! But when I went to Nafees, she took time to carefully inspect my brows, listened to what I wish my eyebrow shape to be , explained a lot of theories and technicalities ;) and then did my eyebrows really beautifully ! I have never been this satisfied with my brows!!! She did a great job at waxing too !!And its always a delight to chat with her !! I definitely recommend Nafees!

She offers a variety of services (waxing/ threading/ lash and brow tinting, among others), so its convenient since I can now go and get everything done at one place!She is very knowledgeable about her craft, you wont be disappointed!
