This service was a life saver for our family while we were transitioning my parents into an Assisted Living Community. Our parents health went into a rapid decline at the same time and they werent willing to move out of their home as quickly as my siblings and I would have liked. It was a big transition for our parents to allow a non-family member to take on some of their care but they quickly connected with the Angels and felt comfortable having them come in on a daily basis. It was spendy but worth it.

As a former employee this was a good company to work for. I felt that many employees really enjoyed their jobs and liked helping people. My only issue I have had was recently. My current employer was trying to verify my employment through visiting angels and the man who works in the HR department was rude. He talked to me like I was an idiot. He said I dont know if you know this, but there are several different offices all over. We only accept faxes for employment verification and I havent received one today. They probably sent it to the wrong office. One if our many other offfices. I explained that I have gave them the information for the two different offices I previouslily.worked for and wanted to see if I could give them a contact to call incase it didnt go through again. He said I wont accept any phone calls regarding employment verification. You can fax it to my supervisor and I have to approve it before she will get it. I said to him that , that was fine and I would relay that information to my new employer again. He than said well I am glad that is fine because we didnt receive anything and it will have to be faxed and approved by me. I told him thanks and he was rude. I can not believe he was so rude and condescending to me and acted as if I was stupid for simply asking for a contact over the phone if the fax verification continued to not work. Working there was great dealing with HR and paper work is a nightmare even for something simple.
