What a wonderful doctor, full of wisdom and knowledge. I read through the bad reviews on here, and all of them seem untrue or bad intentioned…. Let me be the first to say, Dr. Marsh has nothing but the utmost respect and tenderness for his patients. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my pain injections. He is not only extremely qualified, but also has an excellent turnout on his procedures. I highly recommend him to anyone with spinal/joint issues.

Upon arrival, I was in a great amount of pain. Within 24 hours of my first injection, for the first time in as long as I remember, I was able to focus on things other than being in constant pain. Dr. Marsh is the first pain management DO I have ever met that is actually concerned about the well-being of his patients. He knows what he is doing; I would send my friends/family to him in a heartbeat, God forbid they ever have similar problems as me.

Great treatment as far as medical care. As far as seeing the doctor, I’ve waited at least an hour each time. This is horrible and the seat they leave for you to wait on make it worse. As a spinal/ pain management clinic you would think a they would have more back friendly chairs to wait in if they are going to have you wait that long. When I ask for a refund on the money from a prior missed appointment. They said there was nothing they can do. So the doctors time is valued but mine is not. To make matters worse Doc comes and says “I have time if you have time”. I was already waiting over an hour so it seemed like she was taunting me about it.Also they called me by my first name which I think is unprofessional. I mean if we were close enough to be on a first name bases I should have been seen sooner! A simple “Sir, the doctor is running late but she’ll be right with you” would have been courteous. Instead 1 nurse in the back was busy on her phone 3 nurses up front gossiping like school girls and 1 actively working assisting patient that were leaving. What I learned today?1. Hypocrisy: Their philosophy “You pay me for the time you missed but I’m not going to pay you for the time I missed”2. Lack of Respect: What professional calls you by your first name and treats you with such disregard?3. Attention to detail: Those nurses knew there were patients in those rooms and should have either;A. Reminded the doctorB. Got with the patient to keep them informed that the doctors running late. All I could think about is where the doctor at? Ugh my back hurt so bad.3. Lack of Comfort: The chairs in the waiting room are so uncomfortable for what that clinic is.I expected this from the VA but not from an office like this. And no this wasn’t the first time its happened so this was my final straw.

Dr. Marsh and his PA Foster are some of the best out there. I went there in 2014 and they took such good care of me. I returned to Central Texas in 2019 and quickly returned to them for care. They promptly remembered who I was and continued the care that I had been missing from my Kansas Doctor. Not only do both Dr. Marsh and Foster truly care about their patients immediate care, they also look forward to long term relief. I genuinely feel like Im cared for. The front desk staff is wonderful as well! As long as Im in Texas, I will go to Dr. Marsh for care. I 100% recommend them and always will.

This was my first visit with Dr. Marsh. No other doctor has ever taken the time to really listen and assess my issue. Not only did he listen to my concerns, but very quickly provided an action plan to treat my pain. He and his nurse were very caring and thoughtful. Dr. Marsh was thorough with his explanations and offered comfort to my concerns. I will surely continue to seek his guidance in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr Marsh for almost 15 years. His staff has changed several times all have been professional and courteous. Dr Marsh is always attentive and really listens to his patients. He truly cares. I am truly scared of needles but he puts me at ease, as much as possible, before each procedure. I will not allow any other doctor to stick a needle in my spine. If all you are looking for is pain meds you might want to look some where else. Dr Marsh does not pass them out like theyre candy.

Dr. Marsh really knows his stuff. I went to him in severe pain from my sciatic nerve that no other doctor has been able to help me with (I seriously can barely walk) and I walked out of his office feeling absolutely great. I read some other reviews on here that were not very good, which made me sceptical, but I honestly think those reviews are confused on which doctor they went to. This is Dr. Marshs office and he is the only doctor there. The staff was very friendly and they did care that I was in pain. In fact, they squeezed me in when they didnt have an opening because I told the lady on the phone how bad of shape I was in. Also, I am self pay (no insurance) and they worked with me on that too. If you are in pain, I highly recommend you give Dr. Marsh a try (especially if you are having sciatic pain!).For those of you who might be nervous about getting an injection: I was really worried about how bad it was going to hurt, because I have heard people say it hurts really bad; it honestly did not hurt. It was a little discomfort, but overall it felt like any other shot, and in my opinion it was easier than getting one in your arm.I hope this helps conquer any ones fear who was nervous about getting injections or Dr. Marshs practice. I feel better than I have in years!

This place is horribly rude. My appointment was at 10 and I didnt get seen until 10:45. When I mentioned this to the front desk I was told it was out of her hands. Then the assistant tired to bully me into more steroid injections, that Ive already had at another place. She said she would do it in another area. I wanted to see the results of my MRI but the system was down BS! You should be able to burn that information or save it. I have a strong feeling she didnt even look at it cause she didnt know about the surgeryI had that definitely shows up on an MRI. When I told her that I dont want injections due to the FACT that they are not FDA approved since September 24 2017. She told me there wasnt anything else she could do and that Tricare wouldnt help me move forward with my care unless I got more injections. More nonsense 😤.I was in such shock I made an appointment. Im cancelling it! Im just not comfortablewith the care at this place. I no longer wish to be a ginny pig. All they care about is money. They are really harming people and taking Tricare money. Rude and uncaring!

This place doesnt care if youre in pain. Theyll just tell you to grow up and get over it. Ive never been to such a place where the ER was the only option because they wont help you.

Dr Marsh refused to help me because he said that I violated the contract due to me having to go to the ER for shingles even after I called and was told by HIS staff that it was ok since it was at the ER and it wasn’t medication that I was already being prescribed so I drove 3 hours for NO reason and was accused of something I didn’t do!!!!
