The doctors and manager are the best, however that useless incompetent thing they currently have working in the front is just a waste of space, rude, and does not have any compassion for anyone. If they replaced her with anyone from the street they would be a five star location but she is the worst. And she does not always relay your information to the staff as she is supposed to. Hopefully she will slither back to where she came from soon.

I am the Mother of one of Dr. Brocks patients. He is a amazing Dr. but that girl at the front desk lacks in all skills and it takes forever to get her to answer the phone and not very friendly if you ever do get that far! Have known them for years and years , all Drs and Patrick do a great job and when Erica was there she was great but this new girl at the front is going to ruin their business, she is terrible !

I don’t see why this place has so many bad reviews. I was getting subpar mental healthcare from the VA. (All veterans do). I had my first appointment with DR. Brock yesterday. Definitely looking forward to working with him for years to come. He’s a great down to earth doctor that’s so easy to build rapport with.

Dr. Brock was my doctor for years and he was always great, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable, so the low rating is surprising. I only hear good things about Dr. Edward, so dont let the low rating discourage you. People normally only rate when they are upset and I can see that because of the nature of the business but the positives definitely outweighs the negative. I never had any issues and the staff is great Patrick is a God send and Erica was so great when she was there.

If I could give no stars I would! My husband waited over a month for an appointment that was supposed to be today via telephone/video that he agreed to because of Covid & no one called him for his appointment!! He tried calling the office himself and no one would answer the phone. Then my husband left a message for them to call and told them what was going on and that it was now 30 minutes after his appointment time and by the end of the day STILL NOT A WORD FROM ANYONE AT THAT OFFICE!!! Super unprofessional! Will be using someone else! I don’t even think I have ever left a google review before but I couldn’t believe a doctors office let alone a psychiatrist office wouldn’t even bother to call a patient back or tell them they needed to cancel! We’ll take our money to someone that actually cares!Edit: end of the week and still no phone call! Ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have rescheduled me. Not once, not twice but FIVE TIMES. 3 times in one day. It’s very unprofessional. And honestly embarrassing. I’m now dealing with having to be referred somewhere else. I’m annoyed. He’s either a no show to his office or he leaves early. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Geez, a whole lot of hate for this office, but Ive never had any administrative or care issues. Therapy, in my case with Dr. Freeman, has been spot on and his great depth of knowledge has given me insight and solutions. Hes very candid and methodical with his observations and advice.Anyone reading this dont forget only you can change yourself . While you can reach out to a professional for perspective and possibile advice. You and only YOU can change anything for the better. If I hadnt made a concerted effort to apply myself along with support from this office. Id still be where I was -Fight your foes in the field, nor be burnt in your houseQuote ~Volsunga Saga, c.21

I have been receiving care here for years. Not just care but amazing care. Since minute 1 you realize Dr. Brock (Kenneth) knows his stuff and often researches medications and keeps up to date with information. He has always been caring and empathetic too. The office manager is very good at his job. If it was not for him I don’t know if I would be here writing this. During very hard times he has immediately gone above and beyond to help. He truly cares. He understands mental health care and does a phenomenal job. I cannot say enough about Dave ( the therapist in the office). He gets me and that’s a lot to say. I have a complex background and complicated medical history and he works very well with all that. In time of crisis he responded in such a manner that I feel safe and cared for. Even if we move I will continue my care here. Being a military family for 15 years, this is the best care I have ever received. To be fair, the comments that other make about the front desk, I can see what they mean. But has warmed up to the place and improved a lot. Some secretaries have had to leave because of moves or military changes. And Dr. Robert Brock did not provide a good experience for me. I didn’t like his bedside Maner and I didn’t feel he was professional. I would not recommend him. He may be a fit for someone else... maybe.

I have to say I came into my appointment very on the fence about how I was going to feel about Dr. Freeman simply because of these reviews. He comes across very accusatory to some, me however it was a matter of his compassion. He asks a lot of questions to get an understanding of how his patients actually got on medication for reasons & lots of Back story as to what lead to the original diagnosis. This doctor cares and is straight to the point about people. A lot of doctors throw medications that aren’t needed at people. He figures out if that is in fact correct or if it needs to be corrected. If you want someone that you can dump your feelings on to, then go to a therapist. He isn’t that. But this man as of today has given me a new hope in how doctors care and get to the root of a lot of medication issues. He also has a great personality & is extremely well educated on so many things if you take the time to get to know him. The man believes in his work and making a difference for people to have a better life. I’m glad I can be the one to take the time and say this was by far one of the best doctors appointments I’ve probably ever had. Thanks Doc!

As a patient here, I have always been treated well and Dr. Brock has changed my life. With my husband being in the military, I have moved many times and have seen many doctors. By far, Dr. Brock is the most caring psychiatrist I have ever seen. He spends a lot of time with me to keep me on the right medications and on the right track. I would not be where I am today if it was not for him. Thank you Dr. Brock.

I have been going to this office for a couple of years now. I just read Keisha Scotts review and was appalled. The comments she made about the office staff are just not true. The receptionist is very nice and the office manager does his best to assist me any time I call. Ms. Scott should be ashamed of herself for commenting on another persons looks in such a mean way. I am sure she would not appreciate someone publicly reviewing her appearance. I would recommend she speak with her doctor about a medication change and discuss her issues with her doctor. There has to be a medication for such an angry, miserable, bitter person. I hope she reaches out to her doctor for help.

Ive been going here for over a year, I see both Dr. Kenneth Brock and Dave Dickens. They both are amazing and really work well with me on my mental health issues and needs. The office manager Patrick is also amazing and is quick to answer any questions and help solve any problems that arise. The receptionist is newer and really poilte and professional, she always remembers me and gets me checked in right before I walk into the office, sometimes theres a bit of a wait before my appointment but not long and to me the service I receive is well worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mental health care. By far the best place Ive ever received treatment at.

Doctors: I was first placed with Dr. Freeman that made me feel inadequate and seemed to talk down to me. My husband and I have a short period of time that my OB gave us the okay to attempt to get pregnant (due to medical complications) and he refused to change my medications or even consider it (which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5). I immediately asked to be placed with a new provider because I did not feel comfortable with someone not listening to me, which that is pretty much his job. After this I was then switched to Dr. K. Brock and so far I am very satisfied with him as my provider. He has listened to me from the very beginning and is very open to changing my medications to help my husband and I have a better chance at being able to conceive with the very least risk factors involved. Down side, he does have a lot of patients, which limits my appointments (time in between one and another), but during the appointments, he makes it seems like it is All About Me! and he is not concerned about the time; which is kind of good and bad. Good, you get great service from him and time to actually go over everything. Bad, the patient before you is often with him until after your appointment was supposed to start and then your appointment starts late and so does the persons after yours, and so on. But I do not mind the wait for the great service he does and the attention to detail he gives each case he has.Reception: Both the male and the female that work this position are amazing. It has gotten to the point where they check me in as I am walking in the door and it is absolutely painless. The male gentleman is amazing, he has been working with me on a personal situation and minus the phone tag we played for a few hours (which i found humorous), he is amazing at taking a stressful situation for me, and finding an easy and less painful solution. All Together: Now that I am seeing a provider that I am comfortable with and takes my personal life into consiterable consideration I am beyond willing to wait the extra 30 minutes to see him during my monthly / bimonthly appointments. The chairs in the waiting area (although are attractive and functional) are incredibly uncomfortable, except for the couch.

The receptionist is extremely disrespectful and looks like an ex-backpage worker. She has absolutely no customer service skills which at first I thought it was because she was new. This however is not the case because her mannerisms have remained unprofessional. She also never returns phone calls even in urgent situations. The office manager is rude and unreasonable. It is amazing these people are trusted to be in contact with those suffering from severe mental illnesses. Dr. Brock however, has always remained professional and is a great psychiatrist. It is just not worth coming here due to the incompetent staff. Maybe if he hires some new people, the reviews would not be so bad for this place.

Never in my life have i recieved such unprofessional service. Dr. Brock literally googles symptoms and medications right in front of you. After reliving some horrible memories and finally having the courage to speak to someone, he really let me down. He has absolutely zero empathy and his office staff are horrible. Definitely should not be trusted in dealing with people in a time of need. I called during a crisis scenario and the office manager simply laughed at me and told me to get over it. Absolutely horrifying.... Its amazing to see any good reviews of Dr. Brock.. I would not be surprised to learn his office staff are writing fake reviews. They literally match the tone of the office managers sassy self. This place needs to be shut down before they are responsible for someone taking their own life.

I really wish I could give Dr. Freeman no stars for such unprofessionallism. I am new to the area, just moving from Georgia and was told by my psychiatrist home to research some in the area I was moving to and I saw he had horrible reviews already but I decided to give him a chance my self. From the beginning of the session I was attacked. I have never felt so bad for having anxiety until I met him. He made me so uncomfortable from the beginning, made me feel like a complete utter idiot explaining my symptoms and past medications that have helped me tremendously and was deciding that I was not prescribed anything right, and kept turning my anxiety against me to make me feel like a bad person for needing medication. I felt like during the whole entire conversation I couldnt breathe, it was like a judgmental interview. I even started to cry looking out the window at one point, just breaking down because I was feeling so bad about myself. I had told him about my past illnesses that just happened not too long ago that I was hospitalized for and all he said was those are not serious illnesses and I finally stood up for myself and said those illnesses almost killed me. That is something a professional doctor should NEVER say. I finally realized that I had every right at that point to defend myself and told him that I was not going on any further with his session and felt attacked and he was not the right doctor for me. He then told me that I was not worth it and escorted me out of his room. If you are reading this, and deal with anxiety like I do and genuinely need help, please do not go here. It is not worth all of what I went through and look elsewhere and do research like Im having to do now for someone who will help you get on the right track and not attacking you and making you feel bad for needing help. I will make sure I will not get billed for such a unnecessary trip, and such a waste of time with such a unprofessional doctor.

DO NOT give this man your money. Dr. Freeman kicked me out of his office because his office phone can not contact my cell phone number, and he claims to have tried to contact me multiple times. He gave me a 3 month supply of my needed medication and kicked me out of his office. They do not answer the phone when you call their office, and he was blunt and cut throat at my last visit.

Listen here Patrick. No my wife did not use her real name on here and neither will I for privacy reasons. This office has ruined my wifes life after you put her on a medication that she did not even need. She trusted you guys to help with her panic disorder and PTSD and you guys made it 10x worse. Now shes scared to visit any doctor after the way you all have treated her. Instead of being defensive why dont you apologize and look out for your clients.
