All the ladies at the front desk were amazing Billie, Ashley and another lady smiled but I didnt catch her name. My initial visit was with a lovely nurse named MJ, She made me feel totally at ease & comfortable enough to discuss all my issues. My doctor is Dr Dallas, He is warm, friendly very thoughtful, and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed during the process! I left the chiropractor office feeling well informed. Cannot say enough about how great the staff is at Isdale! From the very first time I walked through the doors, I felt very welcomed and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I expected it to feel like any other long time consuming doctors appointment with overworked, underpaid, and grumpy staff, but this was totally not the case! The atmosphere around the clinic was very enjoyable with friendly smiles all around the room. I recommend everyone go see them and get checked out. You would not believe the damage you may have to your body that you dont even realize until it is permanent. I for one could have saved my neck a long time ago from much of its now permanent damage, had I gone in years ago!

I honestly love Dr. Dallas! He is amazing and really helpful. I would give him 5 stars all the way! My problem is with one of the assistants/receptionists. As a medical receptionist myself, I know how trying some patients can be, but to be told that I needed to get my life together is completely unacceptable. This clinic doesnt have covid procedures in place if youre into that kind of thing. Saw one mask worn (another patient) other than myself, so not for me. Unfortunately what you have described is not what I encountered. It feels really good to have your symptoms validated and to have someone listen as you explain your pain as only you can. Ive seen many chiropractors over the years (none in a military setting). Most were good, some not so much. I felt, this time, it was important to find a chiropractor who took x-rays first before jumping all in on me with my five hip surgeries and numerous injuries, to include my current broken foot. The xrays and treatment plan were explained in detail. I believe I have made the right choice. I cant wait to see what the next 8 weeks brings. Cost doesnt matter when you are in pain and you just want to feel better even if you are active duty with covered medical expenses

I have been treated at the Isdael chiropractic clinic since 2017. The experience has been wonderful and very comfortable. I have suffered from many back pain, shoulder pain, headache since May 2015 from a car accident in Germany and have been treated by many professional health doctors since then as a chiropractor, physical therapist, among others. The first time I visited the Isdael Chiropractic Clinic was in September 2017 for recommendations and it was the best decision I have made. Avoiding doing a little cervical surgery on the advice of other doctors, I told Dr. Shaw that I was afraid of having cervical surgery in a very delicate area but rather I was afraid of the doctor doing the surgery for fear of to drop the scalpel during the process. Since then he said to me: dont worry, leave all your fears and pains in my hands and indeed I do that in each one, I take all my pains and I leave them in his hands. I have seen the positive changes and Dr. Shaw has the knowledge and experience in the field of professional health. Enjoying life without restrictions or without medical conditions is something that is priceless.

I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, migraines,other spinal issues. This clinic does a lot for me because Dr Scott does not use manual manipulation, he uses more of the Eastern medicine with pressure points. I can now live most of my days pain free.
