I went in Sept 3rd, not being able to walk due to me hurting my sciatic nerve, was in scruchiating pain!! Today Sept 18, I can say my pain is 80% gone and I can WALK!!! Still have some treatments left to do, but I am beyond happy with the services here!! Massage was great! Treatment is amazing. Staff is so friendly and helpful. This place is the best. I did a package so it’s cheaper and I know all my appointments in advance and the employees there are super friendly. It’s definitely military friendly too, Dr. Mike is who I have and he even is awesomesauce.

The staff hear is amazing and really helpful. Dont know if you can request a specific massage therapist specialists when you book your first appointment but if you can try to get Sam F. Shes really nice and knowledgeable in her ability to relieve and relax stiff muscles. Awesome place to go even if you dont need a chiropractor, the massage great too.

I started going here for acupuncture. I read that acupuncture could help with reflux along with many other things. I did not want to take reflux medicine anymore so decided to try it. I have been going here for about a year and rarely have problems with reflux. I have been sleeping better as well. Dr. James is very friendly and professional. He knows what he is doing.I recommended my daughter go here for back pain and she says her back has been great since going here. She gets adjustments and massage therapy.

When I watch YouTube, all the Chiropractortouch the patients body and check the condition after treatment. However, this clinic only asked me where I was sick and didnt check after treatment. So after 1 ~ 2 hours, the pain started again. Ive contracted six treatments and it seems to me that they only going to treat 1/6, 1/6, 1/6... of the week. Isnt it right to treat it completely and then readjust it continuously? Can it be maintained until next week if only 1/6 of it treated?And the desk wasnt aware of my reservation. Than canceled all future my reservations.And...This clinic still doesnt know my situation. I cant believe it. Who am I supposed to talk to here? Do I have to contact the owner directly? If the owner sees this, please tell Killeen Clinic. I already told the reception that Im canceling all my future schedules last week.

I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt very welcomed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and nice. They made me feel like I’d been there a million times and we were old friends. Everyone is professional and kind. I was in a LOT of pain when I went in. They helped SO MUCH. The cost was made clear beforehand, and it is VERY affordable (even without insurance). I didn’t know my insurance would be covering any of it, however, their office went above and beyond to find what was covered and what wasn’t, and informed me of such. I will be coming back!!! Thank you!!!! Also- the office was pleasant and clean!

Genuine care:I was going to wait until my treatment was over to post this review but I felt compelled due to the outstanding work these professionals do. Every time I go into the office I’m greeted with smiles and cheerful helloes. The staff is amazing at the front desk. I walk up, give them my name, and wait no longer than 5 minutes to be seen.I’ve only had one but from what I observe all of the physical therapist are well knowledge and have a genuine care for Their patients. My physical therapist (Kim) is funny, nurturing, charismatic, keeps me well informed, and is well Knowledged in her field. You can tell that she’s really wants to help people get well. I feel very comfortable there. They are engaging and genuine but most of all they know what they are doing and want to see you through the healing process. I’ll honestly be sad when it’s all over. I wanted this to go so much better... I honestly hate giving put negative reviews but I dont have much good to say about my experience here.I have been going to the chiropractors for quiet sometime as I have arthritis in my neck. I had heard good things from a couple people and decided to give it a go.I initially went in for the first time client special for $69 the hour massage (shout out to Kevin) which turned out to be the best part of what turned into a 8 week series of sessions..... I was adjusted weekly with no improvement. I literally felt the same when I arrived and left. I called the office after a couple weeks and complain about my issue. Nothing happened. I called again before my last 2 sessions and was switched with a different chiropractor. It was a bit better but I am still feeling the same as I did before I went in for my first visit... Except now I am $300 lighter. Not a good outcome if you ask me. I am very disappointed in this buisness and the fact that my issues werent addressed properly.In my personal opinion dont believe all the hype. I am not impressed and definitely dissatisfied!!!

Awesome. The entire staff. From front desk to accounting to physical therapy acupuncture chiropractic and massage therapy. I had a catastrophic accident 10 years ago. I have seven areas of injury. This always makes it complicated for deep tissue massage therapists to develop a game plan to go forward. I had to move down to Texas from Oregon unexpectedly. So I had to leave all of my medical team. When I found this group I was delighted. Dr. Young as my chiropractor takes excellent care of keeping me straight both on my path to recovery and my injured areas aligned to give me the best benefits. Doctor Young also always makes me feel happier with his and encouragement. my deep tissue massage therapist is fabulous. Even though to recover is painful she does it with such a light Happy Spirit that it always makes me feel better not just my body but my spirit too. With this many areas of injury it is hard some days to see the brighter side of life and if there will ever be a day when I can be pain-free. But between the two of them they keep me in couraged to go the distance. I recommend the overall Clinic for your continued recoveries or just occasional maintenance and good health.

So Ive been going about 6 months now from a herniated disc and have totally recovered. Im so glad!You might feel temporary relief at 1st but if you keep going and stick with it I promise you there will be perminent results And make sure you ask for a treatment plan so you can be seen twice a week

After explaining I didnt make this appointment I was treated very rudely Are you sure you didnt schedule this appointment? You really dont remember talking to me?No, I dont because I did not speak to you. I was in a work meeting. I can get affidavits if necessary.Told them to do whatever they needed to do to cancel the appointment I didnt make and sent a feedback email documenting my negative experience.Pretty sure it was deleted by the front desk clerk because it was a complaint.Wont be back.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Ive never had the need to see a chiropractor until I was involved in a rear end collision... I thought I was in a hopeless situation and had to live in pain for the rest of my life until I read the reviews and decided to give Anthony Chiropractic a try. They dont practice safety as far as COVID is concernedNot once have I been asked if I have symptoms as it pertains to COVID. I dont see where handwashing & sanitizer is available. Hurting, stiff, barely moving? This is the place to go! The first visit paperwork is easy and done quickly. The staff is a concerning friendly group. The chiropractor takes the time to listen to you. Even after the treatment before I left I had a muscle spasm and she immediately worked it out. And the message afterwards was heavenly. Can’t wait for next week.

-Update (9/15/2021)So to keep this several month long ordeal short, I got a referral from PCP to go to Anthony Chiropractic for Physical Therapy. At first I was waiting for confirmation, nearly waited 2-3 months before I called Anthony Chiropractic and was told everything was good. After several session, I randomly decided to check my insurance site to see how many sessions I could have, only to be surprised that several of my claims had been denied. Afterwards I informed Anthony Chiropractic and they stopped any future appointments to verify since they did not get the claim results until 20 days after the claim submission; meanwhile I called the insurance to inquire about why the claims were getting denied and was informed that my referral only approved for 6 sessions and wouldve needed additional referrals for more (none of which is stated on the policy or site). At this time I was not aware that I was only approved have for 6 sessions (had 16 by time I saw the denials), but according to insurance they sent the approved referral to PCP, checked with PCP office and they forwarded the referral to Anthony Chiropractic nearly 2 months before I had started my sessions. However, when I initially spoke with Anthony Chiropractic they were not aware of the 6 approved sessions, but when I gave them the date, time, and whom the fax was sent to, they went oh yeah, we see that one of our employees got that fax back then yet no one decided to make a note of it in their system in order to prevent or warn of the 6 session limit; overall until I investigated, no one at Anthony Chiropractic understood why I was getting denied. In the end, I was told I was liable due to the contract since my insurance wasnt gonna pay and had to settle with Anthony Chiropractic billing for a mistake that they admitted was their fault. So yet again, due to a problem with their systems or lack of tracking, I had to cough up hundreds out of my pocket for something they were aware of but chose not to prevent.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have been a patient for over a year now, even before Covid-19, and I thought that changing their name, getting a new location/facility, and new staff would also have meant new equipment or at least an upgrade to their computer systems, but today proved me wrong.The staff and employees are great, nice, and are always willing to work with you, but the tools that they have limit their abilities and services. This was not the first time that they had to manually check/count my payments and appointments to verify that I did not owe anything, but I also only got 30 minutes out of my 1-hour scheduled massage due to confusion/conflict with scheduling (got there at 12, appointment was 12-1, but had to wait 30 minutes to get my massage so only had 30 min left before the next appointment showed up). Again, no fault to the staff, they contacted billing to verify the balance, the massage was nice even if it was short, but whomever is in charge needs to do something about the computers to prevent any further conflicts with scheduling or payments.

This was my first massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and ready to take on the world again. Sarah new exactly what my body needed to get back into relax mode.

The Nurse Practitioners here are the best chiropractors I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of chiropractors since I am retired military so Ive traveled many many other places over 33 years having had chiropractic care since age 18. This has to rate as the best chiropractic care I have ever had. Here you dont just see a great chiropractor but also you see a very experienced massage therapist and its very effective. The staff is always pleasant very accommodating with insurance very helpful. The result is Ive very rarely used narcotics for pain relief and then only post surgery. These people earn 50 stars in my book!

Ive been seeing Dr Chung since 2013. In my humble opinion, youll find no better medical practitioner in this area. Dr Chung has successfully treated several disorders Ive experienced. Ive rated this clinic with a 5 because there is no higher rating. Recently, Joshua Li, a licensed acupuncture therapist has joined the MBS Wellness staff. Ive been seeing him as well for the past eight months and have received excellent treatment from him as well.

Dr J. Gordon is amazing! She is now our family chiro! She immediately knew when we said that we workout and lift weights competitively what to do! Everyone is friendly, clean and awesome environment!

I received acupuncture to help stop smoking and for my lower back. I some relief from it. The acupuncture for smoking worked perfect. i smoked one the second i got back in my truck and i havent smoke sense. the craving no longer exist i recommend this if your trying to quit smoking.

I can only give this facility two stars at this time. I came because I heard so many good things about the services there. I must say the chiropractor and the massage therapist were excellent and professional. When I scheduled my appointment I was told to arrive early as I was scheduled in the 5:30pm slot, I was a new patient, and they wouldnt be able to see me if I was late because they stopped seeing patients at 5:30. However, I arrived at the office 45min prior to my scheduled appointment. During check- in a young lady at the front desk very loudly stated, um you do realize that your like 45min early? I mean we are not going to see you until 5:30. I just want to make sure you understand your not going to be seen early. I politely stated ok, I was told to arrive early. The young lady then stated, when we say early we mean like 5 min early. Several min later someone picked up my file and I could clearly hear her say, shes really early and know shes not going to be seen until 5:30.Ironically as I was waiting someone arrived late (things happen) and this same you lady reassured that person your ok. With that said, Im not sure why such a big deal was made by me coming early for my appointment and expecting to be seen on my scheduled appointment time. Customer service is extremely important in healthcare and regardless of how great others are at the facility I cannot pay for to be treated rudely by staff.To make matters worse this same young lady called my phone to confirm my next appointment. This was the icing on the cake for me. Hearing her voice I stated I would like to cancel. She had the audacity to ask why as if I wouldnt remember her voice. I politely explained to her what she already knew.
