This was my first chiropractor experience and I loved it! I was experiencing sharp lower back pain for months and I did a walk-in appointment, was in and out in under 20 minutes! I feel so much peace with my back relief just from the initial visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr.Brad Price is so caring and precise with his diagnosis and treatment! Came for my very first visit today and it was great. I am in a lot of pain for few months now with me thinking its because of sciatica but found out that I have some other thing going on. Wonderful service!!! I’ve struggled with horrible sciatica for years and Dr. Osborne relieved me of it. Of course it will flare up again but I have confidence that with the education and treatment I received I will be able to perform my daily tasks much easier. Havent felt this good in years. Prior motor vehicle accident disabled me for life. Back too broken to be repaired by surgeons. Pain management and Neurologists just want to load me down with injections and or medication. Chiropractors have been my only saving grace to keeping me walking. Dr Price took the time to listen to ALL my issues (alot of medical issues, more than the paper had room for) and cracked my whole body. For the first time in over 13 years I have hope for being more physically capable of a normal life. I cannot thank him enough. Best money Ive ever spent.

Going to edit my original review because I believe good customer service should he acknowledged. The owner called me, got the story, he listened and offered me some adjustments on the house. I would have edited my review even if he hadnt, but as someone who owns a small business Ive got to say I so appreciate you reaching out and making things right. I will be back!The receptionist was not wearing her mask properly. I was literally the only patient in there, I waited for 15 minutes before she got up and let the Doctor know I was there. He greeted me with his mask not on properly and had I not been in so much pain and needing relief I would have walked out. He had his mask not covering his mouth or nose while he adjusted me. As a health professional he should know better. He then informed me I needed to drink 100 ounces of Gatorade every day for a week...that is insane. Anyway I will not be back to that location.

My youngest and I had Dr. Ed. He was great! My husband and oldest son had Dr. Osbourne. He was awful! He didnt adjust everything and tried to stretch it into 4 visits. My oldest son left with worst posture in his sholders than when we got there.

Dr. Brad is fantastic! I have been in pain for a long time & wasn’t exactly sure what was causing it. After 1 visit I felt 1000% better. Each time I go in I immediately feel relief. Highly recommend.

Waste of money! this Individuals keep telling people that there is something wrong with them, that you have a leg longer than the other. The self called doctors do not have any patience they always rushed you out! And they are not careful.

I came here today- because my other Dr office was closed indefinitely. The other offices want to do all kinds of appointments and treatment plans several times a week that I just don’t have time for. They allowed me to come in on a walk in and waited less than ten minutes. Dr Ed took care of me, listened to me and showed me the problems, even identified other issues that I didn’t vocalize to him. I’ve never had this much relief instantly. He used new techniques and new tables to make my adjustments. I’m very pleased and do recommend! I will return for follow up care. I have always wanted to go to a chiropractor but time and prices has always pushed me away. That same day I jumped on the opportunity to sign up for their services and package deals. Since the alignment I have been back 3 times, once a week, and have already seen a difference. Both the receptionist and Dr. Price were professional and friendly. Dr. Price explained everything that he was doing. He was caring and constantly making sure that I was comfortable. I’ve had back pain for a long time now and I recently had a new injury while working. I put off going to a chiropractor out of fear, but I was so comfortable coming here. Very clean and organized environment, friendly and professional staff, and I can’t even say enough about how much this visit has helped me. I was walking sideways for 3 days after my injury and one session made it possible to actually stand up straight for the first time. I thought I was going to cry when I sat up and my back pain was relieved. I highly recommend this place and I’ve been preaching it to everyone all day!

I can move again! I can breathe with out pain in my back. I can do alot of the things that I thought were lost to age. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and feel thankful that the joint came to Killeen. The doctors here take time to evaluate your pain and help adjust all the bones. I have had my neck, back, and hips realigned and can feel the difference. Dr Price is awesome. He has been my go to Dr. Dr Ed is awesome and has taken care of me on a few occasions. Get one of their package deals and go once a week. You will not be sorry.

I have been to multiple Chiropractors in Killeen, Dr. Shaw has hands down given me the best adjustment. Super fast service, solid business model, and a great deal! I purchased their monthly plan and man is it a great deal! You get four visits a month for $59 a month if your military and $69 a month if your not. No appointment necessary, and you just walk in! Being a bigger dude and having the body frame of a tank, Dr.Shaw is the only Person who has been able to get any movement/ relief in my upper back! I look forward to future visits!

My shoulder had been in pain for ther last two months. I have gone to my doctor three times because the pain wad so bad I couldnt think straight. They kept doing X-rays and giving me muscle relaxer and pain pills but nothing made the pain go away completely. Not once did they even look at or touch my shoulder they just gave pills and sent me on my way. One visit and ten minutes later and you could physically see in my face that the pain was gone. It was like a breath of life when he set my shoulder thank you so much Dr. Price!!!! The young lady at the front desk was just superb as well!! This place is amazing. The chiropractors are knowledgable in their fields. In one session they were able to work my body around so that I could raise my hand above my head. I havent been able to do that for months. Checking in is a breeze andall the staff are friendly.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and thought the pain I was dealing with was typical sciatica. Nope, Dr. Price explained exactly what it was and helped me out in just 1 visit. We have a plan to be seen once a week to keep the pain away and help me through the rest of my pregnancy!

Do not trust this company with your money. Their cancellation policy is a complete hassle. Do not buy a membership for anyone because they get to decide if you keep paying for it or not when it is your card. Worst system I have ever seen.

They dont really listen. They just crack your neck and send you along.
