Tony filed my nails and cuticles with a drill so hard that they were burning. He then added way too much acrylic near the cuticle area and didnt properly file the excessive product away. I went to get my nails shorts l because I am about to deliver soon and needed short nails for new baby. I went back tobget him to fix the disaster he applied to my hands and he used yet the same drill that created the pain I was feeling to start. 3 days later my thumb has a blister that us oozing pus that Im sure is infected by his lack of using clean drills. Im reporting his to the board of health as Im returning tomorrow to get his license info. Never go there

2nd time we go here and each time we have left very satisfied... Thank U for being patient and always doing things how we like... We will b back for our next spa date....

I went in for a pedicure, gel fill and eyebrow wax. The desk where I was seated was dirty, nail/acrylic was scattered all over. The drill pieces were in a dirty cup/dish and he tried to use a used/dirty nail file.When I asked him to use clean material, he told me he wiped them off with acetone.I did not get my nails done but had another woman do my pedicure, that was fine.I got my eyebrows waxed (a touch up)and they were butchered. She didn’t do anything I asked, waxed way to far at the beginning of my brows, made them a completely different shape (I didn’t ask for that), she also waxed so much I’m not sure the hair will grow back.Terrible experience.

I go here ever other three weeks no problems, I have not had any problems with them.So people has to understand it do not matter where you go, you will have bad experiences with something or somebody .So of you know what you want and how you want it explain that they want know unless you tell that person RIGHT 😊.....BE BLESSED

Horrible job on my nails 1 broke same day. I called to inform staff told them i was too busy to come back that day i spent 152 and by the next day all had broken i called back to get refund they refusedv saying i didnt come back to fix the first nail. Horrible if all nails on on hand break withon one week not event ti e to refill. Do not recommend here. However nail tech offered to redo my nails.

Love this place. Walk in are welcome but may be 20/30 minutes of sitting. Theyre not about making money from you but mean well for your beautiful nails if you already have. Such as,they will not try to convince you to mess your pretty nails or doing something else whe you have problems with your toes nails(mine) but helps you to treating it instead.

Went for first time, pedicure was not bad not too good. My daughter Facial waxing horrible experience, irresponsible lady ripped facial skins, no proper techniques used, leaving her in pain and guilty of me taking her there. Patchy works..not recommended. Ple dont ever give your face to the staff win, she is ridiculous. 🤨e

My Feet Feel Great!

I went here to get a full set and a pedicure, 10/10 do not recommend. While doing my pedicure made my toes bleed, used a different color than I picked out because it matched my skin tone then when I got my nails done the man who did them cut not one but four of my fingers and then looked at me and said why are you bleeding umm I dont know because you used the grinder on my fingers. At the end it was $120 for my toes and nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO! Theres a reason they are the only ones not busy.

The lady cut me feet multiple times, my feet were literally burning. The polish looked horrible . Was very disappointed. Never coming back !! Only came here because my nail shop was closed.

Came here from out of town and visited this place. They told me over the phone that they were available to do my toes if I came right then. Came right away and still waited at least 30-40min. They almost took somebody that had just walked in until one of the techs told the guy that I was next. The lady doing my pedi was okay but kinda slow. The same lady did my manicure and the finished paintjob looked as if my 11yr old daughter or myself painted my nails. Never again...

This was my first time visiting this salon. This is the BEST pedicure experience Ive had in a VERY long time. All the workers are extremely accommodating and kind. They took real good care of me here. 5 stars for cleanliness, good service. Overall really great experience! Id surely go back!

Best experience Ive had for eyebrow waxing ever. Great price and friendly service. I was in and out in a very timely manner and theres a lot of parking.

I made a appointment for 1pm to get a manicure. I got here 10 min early because I know they’ll be busy. I don’t mind waiting that 10 min. But 45 min after that they finally helped me. When I sat down the lady asked me did I pick a color, I showed her what I wanted and then she looked at me an goes “that’s full set, I don’t do that” I understand if you can’t do a full set, but then give me someone who can. In my mind a manicure covers everything that has to do with hand nails.1000% would NOT reccomend this place.

This place has only been open for a long and Ive been checked it out. & absolutely love this spot! The salon has tons of SNS color to choose from and my pedicure lasted to over a month ... so great! And has a comfortable feeling. I will definitely go back. I was highly satisfied of the pedicure.

The day of my wedding I needed some real quick yet pleasant look on both hands and feet ,(I thought it would be impossible considering the condition they were in), the staff was very kind and assuring that it will look good. All throughout the wedding Ive had great compliments. I also took their recommendation to be consistent with my visits and gosh Im so happy I came by. Im Satisfied.

If i could give them no stars u would. Not even 1 day after getting my nails done the paint is chipping off. I got fungus under a non cracked non chipped nail they filled the time before funny how that happens! My nails look horrible they r uneven and are not all the way filled. When i said something they blamed the shape of my nails for the uneven fill. God for bid it be the man who rushed to fill my nails on under 15 min. U can still see the green Polish from the time before under my now filled pink polish. I will not go bk EVER...

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Worker continued to go out and smoke though customers were waiting. I waited for ever because they made it seem like it wasnt going to be long. All I asked for was gel polish. I had regular polish on. Worker proceeded to only clean some polish off, painting over some with base coat and curing. It was already cured before I noticed. Then proceeded to get polish everywhere. I dont understand how someone went to school to do that and butchers something so bad. I asked them to fix he barely did anything. He couldnt follow simple instruction to clean up paint. I wasnt offered a drink though I was waiting for over a hour. I then was charged full price. I paid and left, they will never get my money again.!

I have been going to this nail salon for years and I had my nails done the same by a New employee and he charged 10 dollars more for the very same thing I get done every time. I called the owner and he said the worker can charge more for different customers. Sir you just lost a very loyal customer, I will take my money everywhere.

I went to this salon to relax. Never once got offered anything to drink . As soon as a sat down the tech got up said give me a min and proceeded to go smoke outside. I normally get. Refill and add gel but on a budget this go around it normally is cheaper at other salons to get acrylic so u did so. Walking out expecting 35$ and paid $50 forget this place!! So dirty inside I should had went w my instinct when I first walked in and it smelled horrible to just leave!

They charged me $35 for a $30 set than got mad and rude cause they messed up my nails and rude because they couldnt do the designs I wanted I still paid and went to another shop never again in my life will I ever give or bless my presence in there again

The owner feels as if he’s the only person in Killeen does nails. He makes you wait while he work in his favorite customers, tells you to come back, smokes cigarettes while doing your nails In Front of the Establishment!

Im from out of town and I visited this salon. Terrible terrible experience!!!! I wasnt satisfied, but paid for my services rendered anyway. Ive been to this salon more than once but they only worked on my toes once, after my experience with what happened to my feet Ill never go again. I have a fungus on my toe that had to be drained and cut open to heal, I am going to report this to the health department because Ive never had fungus on my toe before I had my feet done hereIMG_4206.JPG

I went there satisfied with my nails although they are not very good. The next day 2 of them came off. They stated that they do not offer refunds. They were very rude and have no customer service. I went to get them fixed and I will not be going back.

Went to them on saturday evening, by time of mothers day church service i was missing 3 nails .. Called them asked for them to be replaced on monday afternoon, i show up no one is there.. It is now tuesday and i have 2 full nails left over a 3 day time frame. Very frustrated seeing that NO nails should have came off in 3 days smh. Called them earlier they say they need to see how long the nails have been on .. Well theres only two left.. After i have this corrected i will NOT be returning. Poor customer service anyways.

Terrible they rushes thru my mani and pedi and I still had my pervious polish on my nails when they put new polish on. And I mentioned this to them as they were doing my nails. Didnt file my nails correctly so I waited until they were finished and when they asked me to pay I explained why I wasnt. My child could have did this for me. Will not be going back

Awful. They are sloppy and inconsistent. They dont remove old polish all the way and dont shape the nails evenly. I came home pulling lint out of the polish abd had to file my nails to make them even. What a disappointment.

Nail tech was horrible/ unprofessional , the store was messy, got a pedicure and the gel nail or whatever...you can see 2 layers of polish on my toes and my nails came off in 4 days. Not worth it!
