There was no one ahead of me. I asked for a simple manicure. That’s it. A woman comes out and started on my nails. She was taking the gel off then in the middle of it stops and goes to hurry to the back to help another woman with a screaming baby. I understand the struggles of motherhood but very unprofessional. After waiting a while, I walked out

Second time coming to JJ Nails Spa and Im so pleased with my experience. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Vicky is now my go to person for my nails. She is so kind and great at what she does. She takes her time and delivers beautiful nails. Thank you Vicky!

Very slow service. When pedicure was done the lady told me my nails were dry and i could put my socks and shoes back on and when i got home they obviously were not dry and my pedicure was ruined

I dont get my nails done very often, but when I do this is the only location I will go to. They are very friendly, good with kids, and clean- which for a nail salon is very important.

Absolutely recommend this salon! Peter did my nails and he was very attentive to my wants. I was unsure of what I wanted, or which set would be best, given how extremely rough I am daily on my hands. He was fast, yet thorough. When choosing the color, he did a fantastic job picking the most natural pink to make my original nail. Not once did I feel out of place or get the feeling you get at other salons where the employees leave you out. Being included, we laughed and had a great time. Looking forward to making Peter my new go to nail man! Thank yall soooo much!

Worst salon I ever been too. I was here for 4 hours for a simple short acrylic pink full set, no designs, nothing. Just plain. My nails are crooked and not the same shapes. Horrible!

Literally the ONLY place in Killeen that I will keep coming back to.Kenny was great, but so is Vicky!Very relaxed environment and theyre so friendly.When they give you a massage you can tell they know what theyre doing.I melt in that chair when they touch me.You have to give me a chance if you havent already. I swear by this place. 🤤🖤

Perhaps we caught them on a bad day and they just wanted to go home, but they just didnt seem to want us there. I wasnt that happy with the job they did in my nails. But my granddaughter was happy with hers.

Great people. Very nice and friendly. The place is clean and spacious. The only reason not giving them a 5 star is because there was no TV or music to help the relaxation complete. But I definitely recommend Kenny. Will visit again.

I love coming here! It’s very kid friendly when I do have my son with me. I always make Kent sure does my nails , he’s very easy to talk to and friendly and helps the time go by. I’ve been coming here for 5 months and haven’t been anywhere else since. The other staff is nice and welcoming as soon as I walk in! I definitely recommend this place!!!

I have been trying to find a place that will do my nails the way I like, not fat, not all jacked up. I FINALLY found that place. Jackie did such an outstanding job on my nails. They are perfect!

By far the best place I have been to have my nails done in Killeen. Being military we move a lot and they are wonderful. All the staff are personable and extremely pleasant. Not your typical nail salon. Prices are good too which is a plus! Highly recommend them!

This place is well organized, clean and the nail techs are well equipped and experienced.The nail technicians take their time with your nails.

I can only say customer service from the guy who runs this place, seems pretty nice. I went for eyelash extensions and opted for the clutter to see how they would do. Not only were my lashes completely uneven but they were hurting on my right eye. When I say they were uneven I mean one was a flare and the other just layed flat, and was also super thick in the corner. It was so bad. I told the girl this because if Im paying I want it right and fixed. She refused to do so at first but after telling her I wasnt happy, she attempted and only added more lashes making them worse. At this point I was asking for someone else, and she wouldnt oblige. So she speaks to the manager and he agrees with me and tells me to come back Monday because its hard for her to do my lashes with my son on my lap. I know I am not the only single mother who has came for lashes but I continued to be kind and just say OK. I paid, and left without tipping. That same day my right eyelash started sliding and coming off. 3 days later my left eyelash was coming off in the middle, literally sliding onto my real lashes. Its just a horrible mess. 1 week later, I am here trying to get them off with coconut oil because they hurt so bad and because they are sliding onto my real lashes, its pulling them! Like my natural lashes were long and pretty, but I went so they can be a bit thicker instead of buying them and applying at home (my nails make it impossible at times). Big mistake. I shouldve kept doing my own lashes. Now my eyelids are swollen a bit and my real lashes are coming off. Not worth it, so definitely not going back to pay $100 for the individuals. Stay away.

Was looking for a convenient nail shop for pedicare and went to a place Ive passed by and was packed and long wait times so i drove on and passed by CK. So glad i decided to go in for service. Its homely, the staff are friendly, and price-reasonable.I would highly recommend. It may not be as upscale as others within the area but its totally upscale service.Totally agree with other reviewers stating the staff are talkative; I consider that a plus as they are trying to get to know their clients and would like returning patrons.Go, you will not regret it!

I get an ombré with Peter and gel nails on my toes. So far I have gotten excellent service. I get compliments on nails on the time. The both men take there time and do a great job.

I would give 5 stars if their prices weren’t so high!! I have been to a lot of nail salons within Killeen. And this is the best one so far. I always get my acrylics and pedicures done here. They do have a reward program. Each service, hand over your punch card and if you get enough punches. You’ll get some money off your next service. They use really good products here that make your services last, so I guess that would explain the prices, but they don’t have to be that high!! Lol. They are about $5-10 higher than neighboring nail salons in certain services.

I RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON 1000x. Super friendly staff, super clean establishment, and fun conversation. I’ve been about three times, and not once have I ever had a concern/complaint. Prices aren’t bad either!

LOVE the workers here and by far this place has given me the BEST pedicure that I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been getting my feet done around Killeen for a long time. Such a relaxing place to get your feet done....

First time here. Got a deluxe pedi which isn’t too special but does have an 8 min massage. There are two ladies waiting for pedis, keep that in mind. My tech finishes the massage in barely 5 min. So I asked, was that all she planned to do because I’m paying for those extra minutes. Doesn’t understand me too well, so I say it another way. She takes the hot towels off and massages some more. This wasn’t good because my legs weren’t slick anymore and I could feel her sharp nails up and down my legs. Could not enjoy this. I’m normally very appreciative, but don’t rush! She flew through applying the different creams, and barely let me soak my feet.

Service is quick and good. Their pedicure options are many! I get my nails done here exclusively now although the decor could be updated and more organized. There is a middle aged guy who always wears a necklace that I like to work with. He provides good pressure during the massage portion and is thorough. Currently getting military ball ready! 💁

Best nail salon in the Killeen/temple area. I would not go anywhere else. Ive been in the area over a year and this is the only place that does a great dip and gel that lasts over a month. I always get dip in my hands and gel on my toes. And great prices

Kent was excellent! My Luxury pedicure was awesome and my brows are on fleek!

I used to go here all the time to get my eyebrows done but this last time I went was the last straw. While they were waxing my eyebrows I noticed that what they were using to rip the wax off was cutting into my eyelids when they pressed down. After I was done I looked over and realized they were using what looked like little pieces of regulsr paper that they had cut up instead of a soft cloth-like material that is supposed to be used.

The best ombré pink and white I had in a long time. Ask for Peter he’s the best!

This place is awesome. Every one is so friendly and professional. I went in today for a pedicure - and now im rejuvenated, and renewed, and relaxed! I didnt realize the chair I was sitting in doubled as a massage chair until I heard the woman a few chairs down from mine sigh and make a comment about how good it felt. I turned mine on and oh! I could have sat there all day. If being pampered is what youre all about, you really ought to check this place out!

Took a chance with this place & they took their time on both my pedi & dip!! They have the matching colors in dip as well as regular nail polish which is amazing so you don’t have to try and find one that is similar!!!

They did a terrible job. I asked for sns on my own nails. They started putting on tips... I asked for light pink full nail... They started to do a French manicure. I asked for SNS... They started to do Gel. They never filed my nails. Just put the SNS on nails of completely different lengths and LEFT THEM THAT WAY.

I came here for a pedicure the pedicure service was good but a girl was sitting in a chair and when she got up she accidentally broke a nail polish bottle and one of the guys that worked here handed her a towel and some cleaner and made her get on her knees to clean it up. After seeing that I will not be back the customer service is awful finally a lady that worked here told the girl to get up and she would clean it. Absolutely shocked that he made her clean it up.

I’m so disappointed! This was one of the worst pedicures I have had in my life. The guy that performed my pedicure seemed really inexperienced and he rushed through every single step. In the end I’m stuck with a sloppy paint job on my toes! I could have done it better by myself. Stay away if you can!

I would no longer recommend this nail salon, I called to schedule a pedicure with Hanna (my usual nail tech) and the man that answered the phone said that she was available and scheduled me. I call back an hour later to ask her some questions about my design and the man kept trying to get me to just come up there. I repeat myself several times asking to speak to Hanna. A young lady gets on the phone and tells me her name is Hanni and then tells me Hanna no longer works there. Why not just say that from the beginning? Instead this man pretends that she does to try to get me up there. Dishonesty will always make you lose customers.

Came to this place a year ago for sugar hair removal a few times and requested the same lady every time. She knew what she was doing and always left me highly satisfied. My most recent visit was an absolute nightmare and my original lady wasnt there. The front desk girl was a complete C word. She immediately took me to the back and proceeded to try and wax my eyebrows, which was not the service I came in for. I received multiple dirty looks and deep sighs from this front desk girl, she had an attitude out of this world. When I told her what I came in for, she refused to do the service and told me to come back even though there were other people would could have done it. She then pulled someone from the middle of doing someone elses pedicure and had them do my brazilian instead. Ill tell you what, these people need to go back to school. The lady who did my wax was using regular wax! Tried convincing me it was the sugar, which I soon learned it wasnt. On top of that she tried waxing my entire vagina in one fell swoop, burned me multiple times, and also kept trying to re-dip the stick she used back into the wax... Wax that will be used on other people also. I wanted to leave half way through but they wanted to charge me either way. After being left with literal burns and welted skin, I went to pay, in cash, which they did not have change for. Wouldnt even attempt to give me change either. I was left with painful ingrown hairs (I exfoliate everyday which didnt help) and burns, which had to be treated medically. Please do yourself a favor and never come to this place, it is a literal disgusting hell.

I really wanted to treat my girl here, everything was going great until one of the gentleman messed up on my gfs nails twice. It was the manicure section. Its not the fact that he messed up its the fact that he tried to push us out the door because we got the at 535 or so and they closed at 730. Realistically there was nail polish on her fingers still and it was noticeable. We had to ask to please try to get this removed off her fingers. It didnt come out the way we liked. Maybe he just wasnt too professional as we liked. It took close to two hors and all we did was a quick mani and pedi together; just our first time doing it and it was not what we expected. Especially the money I spent for that.

Where do i start...when i walked in the girls were telling all the customers they had to wait. (because they were too busy doing each others nails while their boss was in the back) I asked how much my nails would be they told me $48.00 The first girl was very rude. As I was explaining how i wanted my nails done she got up and said I dont want to do them she can VERY unprofessional!! The next lady that started to do my nails dropped all the solar powder on the floor, scooped it back in the container and tried to put in on my nails! disgusting and very dangerous. She took a very long time. Then wanted to charge me 20 more than what they told me to begin with. This place has went down hill since they hired the fat mexican girls with the bad attitudes. If you must go here (which I do not recommend) ask for Lan or one of her sisters. The rest of the staff is garbage!!!!!
