Every time I have an appointment they have the wrong one scheduled or not at all even though texts and email shows I do. Told labs come back off and need new ones then no one shows for my appt for results. It’s not much cheaper than the normal dr. Every time I get charged off amounts, not sure why. They had me pay for a visit including a pap, never got a pap, didn’t need one (I’ve had full hysterectomy) didn’t ask for one, I have no idea why they charge for things I don’t need. The worst I’ve ever had! They told me I needed blood work, I did them, no one told me how to do the televisit, I had never had one. Figured it all out from the email/app directions that I didn’t know I had to do. Then no one ever joined the call. I had called and left messages needing my results it took almost a month for a nurse to call me and tell me they were off and I need new labs. I’m upset because I don’t know what was off and she couldn’t tell me. Got new labs drawn, got on televisit at 11:25 as required and at 12:15 I called and office girl beyond rude that they are running behind they will call me later but I’m now on my way to work so for months I have “labs that are off” and spent a lot of money for notninh but to go to work worried and stressed about my labs.Place is a joke!!!!

In a first place I don’t know how this place is actually working,stuff is so rude,they have new policies all the time,every time I come here they want to charge me for something , but if I stand for myself and ask for a bill they say never mind. I did a couple different tests with them,it took them 3 weeks for a results to come back,but they gonna charge you the top dollar for it. What matters the most is how they try to take money out of your pocket making things up,be aware and stay away from this ridiculous “medical place”!!!

The staff and doctors are top notch. I felt very safe and listened to. Very supportive of the patients needs. Very accommodating also... called me with a cancellation. Recommend to anyone. Jenny and Terry are the best!

The best experience with healthcare in the keys yet! Judy is a joy and made every attempt to get me an appointment. Even better experience than with my own OBGYN! I literally can not give them enough praise.

ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Otherwise patience will personally stop by. Your phones are down lie has not worked since 2010. The lack of communication between Womankind, Zonta and their patients is highly unprofessional and dangerous. During a time of covid, this place will make you choose between your healthcare and paying your rent so think twice.

Traumatic experience

I used women kind in Key West multiple times when living on the island. Dr. Forest was amazing, knowledgeable and patient.Judy at the front office is very helpful and overall wonderful. I am very happy with their services and would recommend it to anyone, especially that that the care is so much more affordable than anywhere else on the island .

They were very helpful and kind. This was the first time I went to a womens clinic by myself and I didnt feel alone. They answered all my questions honestly and helped me go into the right direction for me. I will definitely continue going here.

Been a patient for nine years now. Never once have I ever had a bad experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. All the staff are kind and very happy to answer all your questions. Very comfortable and clean environment.

Everyone working there very friendly and helpful. Had my blood drawn yesterday for first time with no pain and no bruise today. They are great!!

My experience at Womankind was wonderful. The doctor answered all of my (many) questions and was very helpful throughout the visit. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and helpful while I was filling out paperwork. Would highly suggest for woman of all ages.

Shocking and appalling unprofessional behavior! I would highly recommend *against* trusting your health care to Womankind. Was trying to get an evaluation for BHRT with Dr. Forest. He decided that I had a “bad attitude” and asked me to leave. Without even inquiring about anything really - was I in pain, how could my visit go more smoothly, was I anxious... I was in the room with him for about two minutes when he very flamboyantly leapt up and said “I’m not doing this! You can go somewhere else!!” And flounced out of the room. I am an assertive (NOT aggressive) consumer. I ask questions. I want to be active in my care. This apparently isn’t tolerated. I feel the MD has serious anger issues, very, very poor people skills, zero problem resolution training, and left me slightly in shock at the whole experience. I’m a respected member of the professional Keys community with patients of my own. There is absolutely NO way I’d ever treat someone as I was treated. Never. Go anywhere also, but beware of Dr. Forest and his bizarre moods!! Scary that this is what Key West has to offer!?

Not organized at all.They need some special training.Especially the Front Office Stuff.The doctor that I saw was nice and professional .The front desk is horrible.My friend went there a week after me and they lost her urine sample and had her come back again.They gave her an antibiotic and the second time they saw her they said: If you want dont take it.If you are professional you will give clear directions.Dont waste your time and money.I would not go there again.

Yes, the doctors are very professional, nice and kind. The frontdesk lady is opposite. She is rude and hardly trying to speak normally. Will you go to the place where the person meet you with her bad mood? No. So do I. Im very dissapointed.
