I have suffered from allergies for years while living in the Florida Keys. I was referred to Dr. Piniella over 8 years ago. When I had my initial screening, he was shocked and said I was allergic to most everything - but if I stuck to the treatment schedule, my allergies will get better. He was right! I no longer suffer from frequent sinus infections / sinusitis, etc. Seeing Dr. Piniella was a game changer, for sure! Thank you Dr. Piniella and Chelsea (my sweet girl who gives me shots every other week) for making my life so much better!!!

Dr Piniella , his team in Coral Gables and Chelsea in the Key West office are awesome , professional , friendly, knowledgeable and always very helpful!

I first called the office and was asked to hold but she never returned. I called back and no one answered. When Chelsea finally returned my call, she was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me after saying that she had another call coming in! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
