Like the other reviews say - I was actually employed there - and if you can afford to go somewhere else then you would be better served. They do not treat the patients with the kindness a dental office should and also do not care about retaining staff members so its a rotating door, there really isnt anyone left to train anybody properly. The doctors could do a decent job but are pushed to see too many patients and the general vibe on site is quite toxic. In the field for seven years and this place will make you crazy.

Had a child with a toothache. (still do) They called and cancelled the day of the appointment. Called two weeks after not hearing back and was told, in no uncertain terms, We will let you know when the doctor tells us. Well then! Unfortunately they are the only ones who take our worthless FEDVIP United Concordia in town. Will pay out of pocket to go somewhere else....again.

**EDIT TO UPDATE** Nearly 6 months later and I am still in excruciating pain due to Dr. Oscar Rodriguez maltreatment and the subsequent permanent nerve damage. Notice the most recent reviews feature 1 star ratings... STAY AWAY.I am warning you: DO NOT go to Dr. Oscar Rodriguez at RHN. I was mistreated and overtreated by Rodriguez, who diagnosed me as having 14 cavities when I only had two. I endured four separate appointments over the course of three months that were filled with Novocain shots and drilling – all to do unnecessary work on healthy, virgin teeth. I eventually listened to my bad feeling about Rodriguez and drove five hours to see my old dentist. He looked at my x-rays, my mouth, and couldn’t believe that Rodriguez was drilling into healthy teeth that didn’t need work.I’ve been in pain for three months and gaps have formed between molars because of Rodriguez’s unnecessary work. It is painful to eat on the left side of my mouth and consuming hot & cold foods and liquids are almost unbearable. There’s a good chance that this pain won’t ever go away. My old dentist thinks Rodriguez may have caused permanent nerve damage, sensitivity, and bone damage – all by performing unnecessary work on healthy teeth.Dentists like Rodriguez receive a commission on the work they perform, so it is beneficial $$ for them to overtreat. Pain aside, he charged TRICARE, my military insurance that TAX PAYER money funds, $4,000 while I also paid over $300 out of pocket. This man also works at Dr. Guzmans office by Winn Dixie so BEWARE!!!

NP Mary Turner is the absolute worst, dont expect ANY kind of quality care from her. She tries as hard as she can to do absolutely nothing or as little as possible for a patient. Shes extremely rude and condesending. Theyre overbooked, they turn people away, they will leave you hanging with no refills for your Rx and will just be gone for weeks. Go to a real doctor...Dr. Beysolow MIGHT listen to you, if hes ever there. Good luck.. Very unprofessional.. Dont trust them.. Its all extremely shady...

I wouldnt recommend. They were very rude, patients should be treated with respect (if they have insurance or not). I will go elsewhere for care.

Horrible place to get medical/dental help!I knew I’m up for cleaning, so I called and scheduled appointment FOR CLEANING. I arrived on time for my cleaning, but was told that the first appointment is only a check up and than I have to schedule other appointment for cleaning. So they waisted my time twice for a simple cleaning, which by the way it took 5 min. and I wasn’t happy with it at all! On top of that they stated that I need not 1, not 2, but 6 fillings! I haven’t had any problems with my teeth so far, so I went to other dentist, got one more cleaning, and was told that I have 0 cavities and need 0 filings! On separate occasionI had an accident, had appointment with orthopedic doctor and he gave my order for MRI, but my insurance company requires PCP (which in my case is Dr Covington) to request approval and to issue the referral. I called Dr Covington’s office and explained the situation. They gave me appointment for a week later with a nurse. At this time I asked for dr Covington, but no one said that he is no longer working with them! I saw the nurse and a WEEK LATER a called to see when I can pick up my referral. I was told that is not ready, because someone in their office is sick. I called more than a week after that ( so 2 weeks after the appointment with the nurse) and my referral wasn’t ready! Finally I received my referral just to find out that the referral is only to see orthopedic doctor, but has nothing about MRI!!!I’m filling complain against them and of course will change my PCP.PS while I’m waiting on that referral I’m in serious pain!!!

I have had two appointments at 8:00 am and the office was locked when I arrived a minute or two before 8. The receptionist arrived around 8:05. The dentist didnt arrive until 8:20. I was brought back to the chair at 8:30 and I finally saw the doctor at 8:40. When I asked the doctor about this, she wouldnt respond. She just said she needed to take a look in my mouth. Also, my x-rays showed I had cavities in 2 different teeth. After the doctor filled my cavity on one tooth, she said I was done. I asked her about the other tooth. She took another look and told me that I needed 2 more fillings. When I returned for the fillings, she told me my tooth was in such bad condition, I was probably going to need root canal. If I hadnt asked her about that tooth, I would have walked out with a major problem which would have become extremely serious. Dont use this doctor/office if you can afford to go somewhere else!
