All therapists offered great customer service and were thorough with their research. Front staff was always friendly and were extremely helpful when I needed to reschedule. I primarily worked with Taylor & Breck, I appreciated them educating me about my injury and recovery process. I would highly recommend Oasis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Breck, Casey and Andy were great. They helped me after I broke my shoulder and made my exercises at home very easy with adding them to the app. They were always helpful and patient when I was in for my visits.

I was in need of PT after an injury and was directed here due to the wonderful therapy and the later hours. They were wonderful in working with my crazy work schedule when I needed to reschedule at the last minute. I just called and I worked with Stephanie! When I went in the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and friendly. My therapy went very well, they have an “app” that they can send you exercises to do at home that WILL remind you to do them. They are very interested in getting you back to your full potential. There were days that I was VERY sore, but this is good. If I am ever in need of PT again I will make sure that this is the place I go!!! Everyone here is fabulous!!! AND you get a “graduation” gift?!? Luv it❤️

Dean Romine was a wonderful therapist. The exercises that he had me do were right on. My visits were very helpful and I loved talking sports with him!

Ve received nothing but kindness, empathy and support not only from the therapists, but from everyone, office staff and support staff included. Ive previously had two knee replacement surgery with the post surgery rehab at two different offices locally. Though my PT experience was OK at both of them, what Ive gotten through Oasis is beyond just OK to superlative. I know that when I finally have the hip replacement surgery Im looking at in the near future, I will definitely choose Oasis for rehab.

The staff at Oasis are all wonderful!! They are super helpful with figuring out scheduling and make things easy for their guests. Most importantly I have noticed definite improvement and decrease in my pain levels since visiting the staff at Oasis Physical therapy. Oasis (Kennewick) is the 1st place I go if I have pain or an injury, and I have had multiple injuries. They have accurately diagnosed injures that my orthopedic surgeons confirmed. The after surgery recovery therapy is very professional and all the therapists are very knowledgeable and want you to get better. I am in better physical condition after my recover therapy than before I was injured. I just wish they offered a personal training option so I could continue to work with them. Thank you.

I saw Casey Kirkman for my treatment and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and compassion. He was easy to talk to and for me to convey the problems with my knee. I will be seeing him for a few more visits. Years ago I saw another PT here and they are who I wanted to go to for my latest problem. I highly recommendOasis Physical Therapy.

Staff is great and know what they are doing never a dull moment with them. Super patient and very understanding. Ive only had the chance to be with Paula and Casey and both are wonderful and helped me a lot with my back pain they both are very smart and know their stuff each exersice we did was spot on what i needed for my injury and also shared their knowledge with me for future reference which is very helpful glad i was able to meet them and get treated by them thanks to them i am able to walk without any pain.

Everybody was friendly and professional. The pain was reduced and motion restored in a very short time.

First mtg with Tim was good felt great 5stars+, next mtg was with her... Update after posting a bad review I received a bill. My insurance is awesome and I have never been billed other than my copay from a PT. Either way its not good. Having to pay 60$ plus a 30$ copay on top of what they bill my insurance for a half hour of exercises I can do on my own and not be in a crowded building and part of a money making assembly line. Stay away!

Being in chronic pain is hard. The therapists at Oasis understand. Im being pushed, not punished. My therapy is monitored and my moves adjusted to make sure I am doing them correctly. Very impressed with the support Ive received from therapists and staff helping me and others. Thank you Oasis for your support and understanding.

I highly recommend Oasis Physical therapy.(Kennewick ) The gals at the front desk were most helpful and cheery.The biggest plus however is Physical Therapist Casey Kirkham. He is the very BEST. His knowledge and skill level is impressive. He is very thorough in his testing and evaluation , therefore he is able to determine a beneficial program according to your individual situation. He has helped me immensely.

Oasis Physical Therapy in Kennewick has been a huge help with my post-operation recovery. They really care about how are you are doing and do not treat you as just another patient. It is highly individualized and they encourage you to be the best you can be physically. They are super accommodating to your schedule as well. Just finished my second appointment with Angela Dryden the Massage therapist at Oasis Physical Therapy in Kennewick and it was outstanding! I have been dealing with back pain for the last month and in 2 sessions I now have full range of motion without pain. I am currently being treated for low back pain with sciatica by Michael & Paula. Their skills and knowledge of physical anatomy provides me courage to follow their advice. With Oasis Physical Therapy’s help, I am being guided and making positive healthy gains.

I learned a lot from Oasis while treating my pain back and hip pain. Paula and Michael diagnosed and targeted specific points of pain, showing me how to work on these at home. They have given me insight into the mechanics which helps me execute the movements on my own. The other staff members have been helpful and friendly as well. I have enjoyed my Oasis treatments and would definitely use them in the future.

Their service is bad and dishonest team. I had an appointment with oasis physical therapist on stormy snow day last winter and with my injured hip I made it 13 minutes late but PT refused to see me and charged me $55!!! The same physical therapist used to implant me in their hallway by being late from 5-15 minutes and I didn’t complain about her but when I was late for 13 minutes because I had chiropractic appointment and it was snowy day she didn’t give me an excuse and refused to see me AND charged me $55!!! I emailed the billing department and they never replied while months later received a call from the debit collection saying there’s a late fee on me!!! This is extremely unfair! Why they charged that even they didn’t call prior to transferring the case to the evergreen debit collection! Such a scammer

My therapists were always keeping me informed about why they chose certain exercises and which muscle group they were working to improve my condition. I made good progress due to the therapy program.

I was constantly having neck pains that was followed by migraines. My neck pains were so severe that I was unable to do simple tasks such as reading. It even limited the mobility I had in my neck. After going to Oasis, my pain has been reduced dramatically. I am now able to read for long periods of time, and my headaches have reduced also. Oasis Physical Therapy did an awesome job.

I really like Oasis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab facility it is always very clean and the entire staff is extremely friendly. And on top of that the quality of care during the treatments are wonderful.

When I started at Oasis I couldnt do a lot of things. Now I can do everything I couldnt before. Theyre amazing.

The coach is always not there and most of the time is an assistant trains me, and I noticed there are some treatment they dont want to give you to use not because you are not allowed to, but they just want you to do the repeatitive stuff that you can definitely do at home in their place over and over, about the special muscle electronic relaxing machine, I know a lot of people even use it at home, but in there, unless you ask more info about it they seem like ya definitely you can use this treatment but if you dont ever ask they will just say you have never used it before so you will just stick with something like an ice bag for the 8 weeks procedure until the last time I said I want to use it then they said definitely, but before that when I suggested it they will use an excuse to say oh you never used this before blah blah blah. And I was late for only 5 mins once, they text me to reschedule an appointment...I mean, it is just 5 mins! They seem indifferent and dont do some advance restorative treatments in order to have me come into their place longer...anyway, I dont feel like a big improvement or hospitality there, and they dont want to treat part of my symptom without a single explanation is really not ok
