Outstanding facility and outstanding, caring practitioner. Sheena is an incredibly gifted massage therapist who is completely devoted to helping her clients. I have chronic back and hip pain - caused by extreme built up tightness that Sheena is painstakingly breaking down where I am noticing improved mobility and less pain. I will continue to use to follow the stretching guidance she has recommended and keep seeing her to improve the severe, deep tightness that has set in since my two lumbar fusions and hip replacement.Really cant recommend her enough. Ive been to more massage therapists over the past 8 years than I can count, and the benefits Im getting from Sheena are far superior to any Ive received elsewhere.A noteworthy big bonus to me, is she talks very little during our sessions and only as it concerns the massage goal we are working on. I am very thankful to have had her recommended to me.

She effectively addresses problem areas and works continuously to build a plan that suits the client.Her incorporation of other passions in Energy and Spiritual work are a delightful addition. Experiencing energy work while receiving a massage worked wonders for my tense muscles.

Ive received massage therapy since I was in high school, and Ive never had a bad massage, but Ive also never had a massage with such incredible results as I have received at Healing Massage Therapy! I have chronic lower back pain and massage has usually taken the edge of the pain off. But after one single appointment at Healing Massage, my lower back pain wasnt just less present, it was completely GONE. I still dont understand how its possible. Im looking forward to more appointments to deal with my TMJ, tights calves, and flat feet! If you need to relax AND actually get immediate results, I would 100% recommend this place!

I have had massages before because I have had extensive back surgeries and live in constant pain. But Sheena was beyond amazing!! I had the best massage experience of my life! She walked me through every step and was amazing at explaining the why. She clearly loves what she does and is incredible at her trade. I highly recommend her to everyone! She is AMAZING!!!!

Shena gave an absolutely amazing massage. She was incredibly professional and took all the appropriate precautions so I felt very safe during the entire experience. I was holding a lot of tension in my shoulders and back and she worked her magic, applying the right amount of pressure to help release the knots and tightness, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. 100% I would recommend her and I look forward to becoming a regular client.

Shena is an angel! Not only does she help my old injuries and allow me to keep doing the things I love, she also is very aware of my needs: if I need to vent or talk about something, she is there to listen and provide advice but if I just need silence she allows that too! Ive been seeing Shena at least every other week for a few months now and I can definitely tell when I miss an appointment. If you are looking for top-notch massages, youve found the right place!

Sheena was really good. Shes professional, communicates well, pays attention and she just know what shes doing. Its not like the other (fancy) massage place Ive tried where they just rub your body even after I told my therapist to put more pressure. Sheena asks where its hurting and areas I want her to focus. Shena always knows what type of massage you need based on how you are feeling. Great communication skills. If you havent gotten a massage from her you should. She is also open on a Sunday which is a plus. I highly recommend her.

Im a LMP myself and needed positional release in my SI and lower lumbar. the last time i was in she fixed my left wrist, feels great!

Every time I have ever had a massage that did me any good, I always felt like I had been hit by a truck for the next 2-3 days. Shena has a way of giving all the benefits that I had received from other therapists minus the truck lol. She offers a multitude of services and if my back can feel better then there is hope for anyone!
