Amazing Spa!!!All the staff are very friendly and helpful. since you arrive you feel tranquility and peace.Once inside the massagist are very friendly people who explain what they will do, the first step is the feet wash with warm water... then a massage that leaves you very relaxed and full of tranquility.Without a doubt a magnificent place to receive a good massage.100% recommended!!!!

Mayra at the nail salon is the best! She was very gentle and kind while doing my nails and asked frequently if I wanted to make any changes to ensure I loved the result. Would absolutely recommend her! For an express shellac it was $30 so the price point wasnt bad at all (took about an hour).The atmosphere and decor of the spa itself is very opulent and calming. I waited for a few minutes in their sanctuary and it was a very nice and calming space. I will definitely be back!Thank you, Mayra!! 💖Also dont mind the chip on the middle finger. I didnt wait long enough and dinged it before it was dry 😅

I recieved a gift certificate for a facial and I was so impressed with my visit. I had never had a facial before and didnt know what to expect but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the warm beds to the friendly staff everything was great and I am definitely going to include this as part of my routine every couple months.

Amazing service!I received the Nouveau Spa Day and was pampered from dawn to dusk.The European facial was fantastic and extremely relaxing. My skin has never felt so soft and never glowed so much before.Courtney in the Nail Salon was a sweetheart, she is great at what she does and i have never met someone with such a calming presence before.The food served there is delicious and the infused water was flavorful and refreshing.

I have used Nouveau Day Spa for years and have always receive great service with their excellent staff. However, it has been a while since I used the hair salon . I think the last time was over a year ago. Well I went last week for a facial and asked if I could make an appointment to get my hair done. They were able to get me in the same day. What they failed to mention is their services had increased by over 30 percent! Last time I had a partial foil and a trim I paid $135. Last week after my service I was told that the partial foil was $150 and a hair cut was separate and an additional $50. Some how I came out owing $207 just for the hair service. Im sorry, it took her less than 4 minutes to take a quarter inch off my strait shoulder length hair. I understand if you need to raise your prices, but come on... the right thing to do is let people know up front! Especially during this difficult time when for some of us money is tight. Not cool and not ok in my book.

I went in to purchase a gift card. Yes it was right at closing, 4 girls standing at the counter looking at the computer. They looked surprised I walked in... Did not say Hi or how can I help you. I said hi and I just needed to purchase a gift card really quick. They said oh sorry we already closed our register. I do not live in town so I said I was trying to get here as soon as i could is there is nothing you can do? No sorry we already closed the register. They then said you know you can purchase the gift card online. I said yes I know that but i was really hoping to get the actual card.. Honestly a customer had just walked out the door maybe 1 min before I walked in...I have worked retail for years and a business doesnt close your register until the business closed. You can always have it counted and ready for closing but you dont close it until the business has locked its doors. You could tell I was interrupting something they were doing and they could careless! So I said okay, thank you and left. After walking out the door they locked it. I decided that I will not be purchasing the gift card from this company.

I received a gift card for Nouveau Spa & decided to get a Mani Pedi with it. It had to have been one of the best experiences Ive had, getting mani Pedi. Kelly was super kind & helpful. I loved the color selection & the fact that after a week my fingernails are all still fully covered with polish. After a weeks worth of dishes, gardening, laundry & other house work. I couldnt be more pleased with the service!

Extremely rude girls that work up front. Zero customer service won’t be back to a place that treats a paying customer poorly. Massages are supposed to be a good experience and they somehow have made that into a negative experience!

First, this spa was a great first experience, aesthetic, great rooms, friendly staff, good choice of services, clean. I cant rate price as others have because I dont frequent spas. I received a massage and facial.I gave it 3 stars because of a couple of things.The website is difficult to navigate. I couldnt seem to get away from purchasing gift cards and it was difficult to get to the true/full description of each of the services. Too many levels to click through to find what I was looking for and often times, I didnt reach what I really needed. Seems more focused on purchasing gift cards and packages.My first impression was the sanctuary. Very nice and cozy with cucumber water and a fireplace on a cold fall day...until what seemed like a party going on in the breakroom. Quite loud with talking and laughing pretty much the entire time I was waiting. I was not relaxed. Employee moral is essential but maybe change the location of the breakroom away from Sanctuary.

Surprised my sister with a sister birthday date to the spa! We relaxed and later got makeovers afterwards. They have a place where you can sit and relax, have a cup of tea after your massage. It was great!

My only spa experience was here once. I had a full day and it was amazing. Full body massage was amazing, facial was the best part. Wasnt wild about the way the girl did my makeup though, would definitely skip that part.

I have been here a number of times for regular, hot stone, and pregnancy massage. I have had massages done in Lake Chelan and at the Mt. Hood Resort and Spa. My experience this morning with Taylor was by far the best I have ever had. Nouveau Spa never disappoints, but todays massage was exceptional.

The woman at the front desk were very welcoming. Skyler was my massage therapist, he did a deep tissue massage, which was phenomenal! I highly recommend this place.

Had an hour long massage that was amazing! My massage therapist was Mila. I really appreciated how she paid attention to how my muscles were reacting and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend a massage here and will be returning myself.

I was called an hour before my appt by somebody, telling me that there had been a cancellation and I was welcome to come in early. I got there 15 minutes early and wasnt called back until a few minutes after scheduled appt time. I found the atmosphere at front desk very off-putting as a first time client. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, offered to show me around, offered me water, talked about what to expect, etc. Three ladies were gathered around chitchatting and looked surprised when I came and stood by front desk- oh, do you have an appointment? Then back to chitchatting after Id signed in. I wandered around aimlessly looking at bottles of lotion. On my way back to the room where I was getting my facial, I saw a beautiful waiting/relaxing area where I could have been hanging out had I known it was there. The esthetician giving my facial was perfectly nice and did a good job, a lighting tool was dropped on my face during the work which hurt and surprised me, but she did apologize profusely. Not sure if Ill be back here or not.

I enjoyed Seren who did my facial; she was knowledgeable and very sweet. However, I was very upset with the front desk receptionists who didnt smile, a Ted very full of themselves and over charged me. When I went back in a they retotaled it was still more than my calculations. She was rude and did not apologize nor thanked me. I spent over $200 and they were too stuck up to say thank you! Im not going back but, will ask Seren if she will work on the side.

Excellent stylists and staff..... getting in for services.... HUGE FRUSTRATION!! I have received these great gift certificates, however, getting in to use them, pretty much impossible. Theyve already been paid so there really is no need for them to accommodate. Very disappointed and annoyed. 😒
