Dr. Hansen and his staff were very good to deal with. I got checked in, had x-rays done in the office and was seen by the Doctor within about 30 min. He explained things clearly and was a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thankfully I did not need surgery, but if I do in the future, this is where I would choose to be treated.

Iv had hip pain for about 10 years, from an abusive relationship. Although I’m younger than most patients with hip pain… they were through with their results. Did an X-ray in house. Took 2 min. He was quick and precise! I wish I had done this sooner!

For a 1st visit, I found Dr. Hansen to be very cordial, sympathetic, and willing to answer any of my questions, of which I had several. There is little doubt as to his competency. I still have some questions, but Ill try and write them down prior to my next appointment. I am fairly confident in his ability to provide me with a new rt. Knee. Hopefully sooner than the 2 1/2 months he stated.I found it relaxing to discuss my situation with a fellow combat vet.

Dr. Hansen was concerned for my well being, explained my knee replacement procedure, allowed me to ask questions and had a very good overall bedside manner, exactly what I am looking for when it comes to removing something as delicate as my kneecap. After the nurse was done, I had to wait about 30min for Dr Hansen, but he apologized for being late. After asking me some questions re my hip pain, he said that he wanted x-rays of my lower back, as well. After reviewing them, he told & showed me the arthritis around L3 - L5 & in my pelvic areas & suggested my problem was most likely there. I asked about a cortisone injection to help with my hip pain, but he wanted me to wait & see if the pain subsides over time. So, I felt like not much was achieved during the visit.

Its only been 2 weeks after surgery but what a difference. Dont know to thank this man but Dr Hansen has given me back my life. My wife and I are very active people and I was not able to do anything before surgery and now already fell like getting back to normal. Thank you Thank you Dr Hansen Jim J Kelly

I went knowing this was going to be the first step toward helping me make my problem livable. A current assessment of my situation was reached with the help of on site imaging. Both x-ray and MRI are onsite.Dr. Hansen was great! He could be lighthearted or serious as the situation called for. When a steroid injection was provided, he was considerate with regard to both my modesty and comfort. My particular situation requires needing to consult with another person within the practice. I have been referred on with additional tests as insurance will allow. Ultimately, Dr. Hansen was thorough, explained answers to questions well and when I left I had a clear path forward. Pretty perfect!

Great work by Dr Hansen, very professional and personal before and after surgery. Excellent work and having both knees replaced a few weeks apart with minimal discomfort and scaring was much better than expected. I would highly recommend him and his staff on any orthopedic work needed.

My first experience at Tri City Orthopedic could not have been better.The staff is well trained and efficient which makes for a professional experience. All the support equipment is on site which enables the visit to be thorough without subsequent visits for x-ray etc.Dr Hansen is a top shelf professional, would recommend to everyone.. I fell after knee surgery and skinned both knees. My right need kept hurting so I called office got in the same day. They took X-rays of knees and it is just bruised inside. Could take two months to heal completely. I am so glad it didn’t mess up the surgery done on knee. Thank you for seeing me.

Dr Hansen is awesome! He did an excellent job on my hip replacement. Its only been a couple of weeks since my surgery but Im already feeling way better than when I first went in to see him. I dealt with the pain for years and now Im wondering why.Had a great experience at the TCO surgical center.The staff to patient ratio is way better than what Ive experienced at hospitals. The staff there is very knowledgeable. They understood my needs and took good care of me. Ill use TCO as the standard for comparison if Im forced to go elsewhere.

Highly competent surgeon and staff. Attentive to scheduling, pre-op and post-op. At 6 weeks I have a well functioning left knee replacement with a beautifully closed incision. Next week hell install the right knee to match. Im very pleased to have Dr Hansens help.

The office staff, nurses and the doctors are all very professional and nice! they got me into my appointment very quickly!! However, I left feeling frustrated that my overall concerns were not being heard.

Dr Hanson was very professional and very polite as well as quite solicitous. He introduced himself, very important since I did not know if he was a PA or ???. He allowed me to express my feelings and concerns and repeatedly asked if I had any other questions before he left the room. I had a very positive experience with him!

I was hurt over the weekend 😩. Ribs severely bruised or fractured n in a lot of pain 😢. Called first thing Monday morning n staff got me in that am! I was so grateful n amazed that happened. Person on phone was very polite n helpful. Nurse, xray tech n Dr. Hansen were efficient n skilled. In n out in a hour!

Had hip surgery first part of this year an everything went real well

I have been going to a doctor for almost 8 months, so when I went to see Dr Hansen, I was not expecting to get a direct answer, to my surprise he told me the first 3 minutes he entered the room, so now I am waiting for the approval on the insurance and I will be on my way to get it fixed, sorry but Im done with the pain and I want it fixed now

Dr Hansen replaced my right knee completely.....I enjoyed being with him at all appointments. He is easy to understand and was always very polite. Answered all questions I had and my new knee is now doing very well 6 weeks after surgery. I would definitely use him again....

I was checked in promptly and was called back before my actual appointment time. The nurse was courteous and respectful while taking my information and the X-ray tech was in just after she left the room. The doctor had read my x-rays before he came in and could tell me exactly what was wrong and how to make it better. I was in and out quickly! Great service and bedside manner!

In November of 2019 Dr Hanson replaced my left knee. I had been suffering with my leg for over 15 years before my Dr recommended that I see a orthopedic knee specialist and recommended Dr Hansen. My entire experience with the TKR procedure at TCO was first class. It has been almost a year since my surgery and I feel so blessed to have had Dr Hanson replace my knee. I am having no problems with my knee . Physical therapy was not easy but it is essential for speedy recovery. I am looking forward to having my right knee replaced in the future by Dr Hanson. Met Dr. Hansen last week. First off it was an absolute breeze obtaining an appointment. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They got me in to see Dr. Hansen a few days after the 1st time I called! I was anxious as my right knee has been giving me fits! Dr. Hansen told me I had some minor deterioration and offered to give me an injection of cortisone. I accepted and the shot was painless and my knee hasnt felt this awesome in years!!!

I would strongly recommend Dr Hansen. He is a very compassionate and caring doctor. His staff was very nice also and they all made me feel comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered in regards to my surgery. All of the paperwork and meds, disabled parking paperwork and physical therapy paperwork were all in a packet and ready for me along with follow up appointments. Dr. Hansen has shown an earnest desire to assist me with my ailing knee problem. Hopefully, the VA will soon provide Dr. Hansen with the authorization to perform whatever assistance is determined in my case. I know the authorization is currently on record at the VA so I await the next appointment to consult with Dr. Hansen.

Im going to be honest. I read the other reviews and I was excited to meet this doctor. I ended up leaving in tears.Was told I was to young to be having these problems and to fat for him to fix them. He told me I need total knee replacements, but he expects me to wait 10 years to do it. Would not even consider cleaning up the bone spurs since he said they would just come back. I read his profile. It says he focuses on total knee replacement. I guess removing bone spurs isnt expensive enough for him to waste his time.I went there because I was trying to get my life back, and was tired of falling down over and over, and being in pain.I work on my feet for a living, and yes Im not skinny. But Im not a blimp either. The whole reason I went to him was so that I could use my knees again and go to a gym, or take walks or even ride a bike again.But I guess since Im only 41 it doesnt matter. Im expected to wait and be in pain for 10 more years.I walked out crying, after the doctor ran out of the room as fast as he could. He couldnteven explain the knee model to me. Took off as fast as possible, and left the nurse to explain it. Had to show myself out, and the receptionist couldnt have cared less that I was obviously upset. Just sent me out the door as fast as possible.Needless to say, I wont be back.

My experience with Dr. Hansen was pleasent, as has been my experience with the other three surgeons who have provided my orthopedic care over the years. Dr. Hansen is a thoughtful and caring physician/surgeon. He answered all of my questions regarding my knee injury and addressed possiblee issues of what I would be facing in the years ahead, making me feel at ease. I never felt rushed to make a decision, as he offered several alternative treatment options and explained the prognosis of each to aid in my choice of treatment and longterm care options. All-in-all I am very happy with TCOs surgeons and staff, as they have always provided quality of care and express sincere empathy towards their patients.

My experience with Dr. Hansen was a blessing. He saw me on short notice and answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and gave me options. He was extremely kind and showed compassion while listening to my experiences from my accident in Costa Rica, Kadlac emergency room and wound care. Dr. Hansen replaced my Left Knee in September 2018. I stayed overnight in the hospital and began PT 5 days after surgery. Followed Dr. Hansen orders and am fully recovered. Highly recommend Dr. Hansen and Oasis Physical Therapy. I feel I was able to resume all normal activity in a shorter period than what I was expecting.

I went to see Dr. Hansen for a second opinion on my right knee. The first doctor I saw really didnt do much and I felt she wasnt very thorough. Dr. Hansen was very friendly, he was not judgemental and treated me like I wanted to be treated. He did a much more thorough exam with additional x-rays. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I didnt feel uncomfortable with any part of my visit. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hansen rocks! He performed an emergency surgery 5/2019 after I shattered my clavicle. He was honest about my recovery and challenges, optimistic, carefully and visually explained everything... And laughed at my jokes when I found out I now have cadaver fragments in me. Dr. Perry did my knee surgery in 2003 and had zero issues with them since. Friendly and bubbly staff also!
