My experiences with Dr Ello have been very disappointing. I have visited her twice in the last two months and haven’t been to the doctor in years. I wanted to get my blood tested and she ordered a full lab and when I went for the follow up she did not go over anything with me and actually missed things on the lab report that were very concerning. The first visit I had with her she was extremely pushy about receiving a flu shot and I did not want the flu shot. She then put on file that I did receive a flu shot which I did not receive. She also put on file that my visit with her was 20 minutes long when it was more like 5 minutes, 10 at the most. She also said she went over things with me that she did not cover at all. Overall, I would have rather never seen her and wasted my money on co-pays.

Dr. Maria is the best and the most active doctor that I met in kennewick, she is our family doctor and I have a special needs son that needs a lot of referral and appointments she is the right one who takes care of everything, I really appreciate her help and she and her nurses are an awesome team

Dr. Ello has some new staff and one of them is amazing and the other one, well I have difficulty understanding and she is rude. Dr. Ello is amazing and I feel like I am listened to however I do feel like she may see too many patients because I’m never able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Besides the one MA and issues getting an appointment quickly, I love her.

Loved Dr. Ello when I first started seeing her. Now her office ladies are so rude on the phone they never call me back. She refused to refill my prescription for birth control until I scheduled an appointment with her, yet they couldn’t squeeze me in for a urine test to make sure I wasn’t pregnant for 6 plus weeks. Then I call to make an appointment for having having a fever for more then 72 hours and her office ladies tell me to go to urgent care and they can schedule me for next month. Unprofessional staff that hangs up on you and makes you feel helpless.

Two weeks ago I had my pharmacy to call refill for prescription.. I notice I didnt have any refill left. I wasnt told or given call that doctor wanted me to see her before I got refill. I am all out of meds that help me function everyday. So I have been out through this weekend and wer they can schedule me into her damn schedule so she can see me. I have never been upset that doctor is refusing to refill prescription that u truly need cause u have to see them.. This doctor has to many damn patient that she hard to see. I am very disappointed. If u want her as ur doctor I was u look for someone better.

Getting new Dr. for my family and I. I am a very laid back person and it takes A LOT for me to put in a bad review, but my experience with Dr. Ello is horrible. I am constantly having problems with her care, and she never fills your prescriptions when they get called in, and i got told she was faxing them a few days ago, so as I have been going to get them the past few days I have thought she was busy, but today I am withdrawing so when they werent faxed today, I called Ello back and she wont fax them until my next visit, the little lady I spoke to on the phone put her supervisor on and squeezing me in tomorrow, but I am going to get a new physician after tomorrow, because she could have AT LEAST called me to tell me that instead of having me wait to call again now that Im having withdrawals without my antidepressants which is highly illegal and she could get sued for that.

She is very Professional and very caring Dr ,me and my family with her for long time now and we are planing to stay with her as long we live here she always helpful and very understanding definitely recommend her always to friends and family , Absolutely 7 stars DR .Iman Alkhameesi

Dr. Ello is a fine doctor. Im alive because of her care~! To write a bad review about her is no more than someone whining about nothing.

I really adored her when we first began to see her when we moved here. She was my doctor for nearly four years until this past summer. I called her after I had an emergency room visit due to a panic attack. When I visited her I explained the personal situation that I was going through and asked to be prescribed anxiety medication. I had also explained I was under care with a therapist as well, and an intake specialist. The intake specialist had been out, however, on leave. When I called to have my prescription refilled for the medication, I was called back by one of her nurses that immediately began to yell at me about how I had the same medication prescribed by another doctor and how I was putting Dr. Ello in danger of losing her practice. When I tried to explain that I had spoken to both Dr. Ello and my therapist that I would be having her fill the script instead of the intake specialist since she was no longer in office, the nurse continually interrupted me to the point that I began crying. I was with a friend at the time at the store, and she could hear her yelling at me over the phone. After the conversation had finished I immediately called my pharmacist and explained the situation and asked what I had done wrong, and that it was not by any means intentional. The pharmacist was incredibly kind and said he had no clue what had gone on and even asked the rest of the staff if Ello’s office contacted any of them since no notes were left in my file or that my file had been flagged.I completely 100% understand why a doctors office would be cautionary regarding prescriptions. I would completely 100% understand being treated that way had I called them repeatedly demanding the refill. However, Dr. Ello was made completely aware of my personal situation and was incredibly sympathetic towards me and even commended me for seeing a therapist and intake specialist. For her staff to treat me like I was some sort of drug crazed addict was absolutely embarrassing and uncalled for. And what’s more is, I contacted Trios repeating this exact story and told I would hear from someone in 24-48 hours and I’ve never heard from anyone.We will be going to Kadlec from now on. Being that I have dated someone that was an addict, Aforementioned, I understand the need to protect your practice. But to act like that towards a patient that has been diagnosed with an anxiety/panic disorder and knowing the background of my health history as well as prescription history, that’s disgusting. I’m saddened things ended this way. I always felt like she really did care about her patients. She was wonderful to my children, she was incredibly thorough when it came to tests and referrals, but I’m too embarrassed to even show my face in there after that.

I dont feel she has the patient interest in mind. It seems that she is just there to get a check. And rarely does she take the time to look at the patient, she is to busy looking at her laptop.
