First they asked me to change providers on my sons medical, i did and then they canceled a day before just because he went over his chart and noticed that none of his siblings are his patients, im so disappointed, my son has DS and needs to be seen asap all he said was “take him to la clinica”🙄.

I been taking my kids since they were born to reliance medical center to dr singer . I was denied to take my daughter because her dad missed her appointment which we arent together so i tried to talk to them and tell them but they didnt care. Also the appointment are so far out. It took me 4 months to get a appointment.

Dr Singer is a great doctor the only problem there is the front office. I change my kids pedriatic because one of my kids seems to be special anyways I wanted this pediatric to see my oldes son and youngest well 1st apoitment I totally forgot they never call to remind me the second one my wife show to the from desk and there was a line by the time she was next they told her she was late and send me a letter with no call no show really...they need customers skills

He talks in circles and can never figure out what he is trying to tell you. He starts to tell you something and trails off to something else and you leave feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what is going on

We just had the worst experience with this office. We made an appt, we went to the appt but we were told that they were unable to see us because they didnt have the paperwork from our pediatrician in Idaho (we had just moved) We were not told that they needed anything else, it was the first time we had heard about it. We rescheduled the appt and were unable to make it, so we called to reschedule. We were told that we didnt have an appt, and then received a letter stating that because we no called, no showed 3 times we were unable to be seen. Feeling frustrated that these were untrue statements I called and was told there was nothing that could be done because that was what was in the file. I think it was a blessing in disguise because we found a wonderful ped after that.

Office sucks

Excellent doctor for my 2 children, he is very patient, he checks the child from head to toe, takes control of development, speaks Spanish which we understand each other perfectly and in any question he always has a detailed answer. All your staff are very friendly and if I need something they always help me quickly.

Excellent doctor, very good care, explains very well the patients conditions, talks to children about the cause, effect and consequence of bad habits that affect their health.
