First visit and she had made up her mind I was a junkie right off the bat. An hour to drive to the clinic, nearly an hour to get to the exam room, less than 5 minutes talking to the doctor, 90% of which was talking about a stroke I’d had years ago which had nothing to do with what I was there for. She had made up her mind about me before she even walked into the room and the only question she asked was “Where does it hurt?” Over 5 years of pain, treatments and trying to get a diagnosis, but shooed away right out of the gate because she read a form. Dr. You does not care about her patients in the slightest, unless they’re on crutches.
Based on the number of patients she sees daily, I think they do a great job.. Staff has always been kind to me.
Incredibly uncaring and insulting. When difficulties with a new medication she suddenly prescribed arose, she refused to hear anything. She accused me of abusing medication and told me it was all in my head and treated me like a child. She refused to change the medication despite the many issues I was experiencing with it and argued that I was junkie. Incredibly unprofessional.
