I am 51 years old and this is the first time Ive had a dentist I like and who explains everything to me so I understand it. He takes every precaution to make sure its not painful. He is kind and makes me laugh. I am thankful to have him as my dentist.

I have been going to Shannon dental now for about 2 years. They have been very caring and too be honest with you have gone above and beyond what’s the norm and very tolerant of me. I had a surgery about 10 years ago that’s made it very difficult for me to have any objects in my mouth or I start gagging and get major anxiety from it. They have always been willing to deal with my issues and never once complained and continue to be courteous. I just wanna tell the DR. And his staff Thank You!

Dr. Shannon, Dr. Perry, and every staff member, whom me and my family interacted with, were professional, helpful, and kind. They provided care to me, my husband, and my three children. The check-ups and subsequent visits went smoothly. The follow-up visits, and aftercare appointments were excellent. My family and I will continue to visit Shannon Dental for our dental needs, and I recommend their services because of the compassionate and professional care we experienced.

Id just switched from my other dentist due to insurance and had been fine. At Shannon for a routine cleaning I was told I had multiple cavities and other pressing problems. Taking care of one problem (which I now believe was a false problem) the anesthesia wore off and it was brutal.When my husband who is the Mary Poppins of teeth-practically perfect- went in, he was told hed have to have two appointments of some super duper cleaning process. He too had just been to our previous dentist with a bill of stellar tooth health.Every time we went to Shannon dental, there was a magically new awful problem that needed addressed.We both floss daily, brush multiple times a day and use a waterpik daily.The dentist and office help are real kind people but I think they are smiling shysters.If youve got good teeth hygiene and suddenly wind up with Shannon Dental telling you the sky is falling, beware its probably a concocted issue.

Friendly staff but when it comes to the doctor and wait time its nuts. I had two appointments the first one I waited in the chair after a cleaning an hour for him to examine me. The second appointment after a cleaning I had to wait 45 minutes for him. Wont be going back!

HORRIBLE. They will charge you a $53 fee for cancelling an appointment even if you call and tell them ahead of time. Sometimes youll have to wait 45+ minutes for the doctor, even after they gave you anesthetics. Will bill you $250+ for products without asking or consulting you. OVERCHARGES for ALL services. Will not see you for immediate issues. ATROCIOUS!! Go elsewhere!

Dr. Shannon of Shannon Dental Center is one of the best dentists that I have ever experienced. Today, I went in for a routine root canal and it turned out not so routine as one of the canals was proving to have difficultly with the root. Not only did Dr. Shannon explain to me the entire time what was going on he spent a great amount of time ensuring that he did a great and thoughough job. He even said Well you do it right or not at all right? This level of patient care is fantastic and I am a very satisfied patient. I would recommend Dr. Shannon and Shannon Dental Center to anyone looking for a dentist who is kind, compassionate, caring, and does an excellent job!!!

I will never step foot at this dental office again. I went in to have a cavity filled and the anesthesiologist numbed my mouth and informed me that the doctor would be right in. I waited for a little over one hour, with no contact from the dr himself or any of the assistants. Finally after waiting, the assistant walked in and asked me if I was in a hurry to leave. And let me know that they would be able to still work on my mouth, but I’d have to be numbed again. After letting him work on my mouth despite what had just happened, the problem is still there.

With my companys budget dental plan, Shannon Dental was one of only two I could choose from. They are the worst dentist I have ever been to, and all of my friends who were in the same situation of having to go there have similar or worse stories. I was told on my initial visit that I had four cavities that needed immediate attention, after a lifetime of no cavities. When I went back a few weeks later to have them filled, another dentist who had not done the original exam couldnt find them--they werent noted in my chart, they didnt show on the x-rays, and werent apparent from the second exam. Only after clarifying with the original dentist did they come back to say that I actually did have two cavities. I shouldnt have let them fill them and instead sought a second opinion!

This place is unethical and sells you on treatment rather then try to actually treat whats wrong, this office also has been charging for me for years for services that I could get for free if only they would of accepted my insurance, but instead of telling me where I could go they took my money time and time again and continually delivered horrible service, this office is overpacked and theres only one Dr that literlly cant handle all of his patients but also refuses to hire more help or another dr to come in, looks like hes about to retire so I doubt he cares anymore, lived here my whole life and Id never reccomened this place to anyone, STAY AWAY
