Bonaventure is right by my house in Keizer but after seeing the grounds and hearing that they are actively recruiting unvaccinated staff, I will no longer be considering this as an option for my mother. Almostall of their 5 star reviews are from STAFF as a ploy to raise their terrible rating. Extremely disappointed

Had to take my mother out of this house since this facility is allowing their employees to post on social media about hiring UNVACCINATED nurses to a senior facility the elderly are at greater risk of dying from COVID. If you have parents here take them out ASAP and stay away from all Bonaventure locations unless you want to your parents taken away via a coffin

I wouldnt recommend this place. My parents moved into the memory care and I had to clean filthy bathroom drawers that had hair still in the drawers from the last resident. The sink didnt drain well and it smelled moldy. I had to ask to have their carpet vacuumed after a few weeks of coming in and seeing the same stuff still on the floor. Not impressed.

We just visited Bonaventure in search of a new home for our folks!! It is absolutely beautiful and welcoming! The staff was super helpful and other residents seemed excited to welcome new people into their community!! Great experience definitely our top choice out of the multiple places we have visited!! Thank you Bonaventure!

I take much pride in my position with Bonaventure at Keizer Station. The staff and residents here are my second family and I am so very proud of the amazing community we have here at Bonaventure of Keizer. I look forward to coming to work every day, and am so thankful for the many, many, MANY great people I have met along the way. This facility is amazing. I was a vendor at their holiday bazaar. The staff was very helpful, getting us anything we needed. McKenzie Owens, the executive director, was so nice. She obviously loves her job and the residents. I witnessed her engaging on a personal level with every resident she passed. Looking forward to next year!

I have been working here for over a month now! Its honestly the best place to work! I enjoy my job very much! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I am a Receptionist and love interacting with the residents and my co-workers! If I had a choice I would most definitely move a family member here! Bonaventure is an amazing place to be!

We have been looking for my folks for the past year, I thought at one point that they would never move. Thankfully my parents have whole heartedly loved this community, made friends and are enjoying being retired. Chloe and the “team” have made is easy for all of us to enjoy these years with my Mom & Dad while being transparent before and after they moved in. While we’ve had only a few hick ups, overall the entire team and residents are simply happy and that’s what I see with my folks too. I know that there are always complainers and those that will never be happy anywhere, I am hopeful that my post will encourage other to make the move and realize that there are great communities out there that do care and Bonaventure is one of them. Cheers to another wonderful year together!

I had the pleasure of working with the staff and residents at Bonaventure Keizer Station on a Video Project that was put together for their community. It was fantastic to see how the staff and residents interact with one another. I heard so many times during interviews that it truly does feel like a family. I would highly recommend Bonaventure Senior Living

My grandmother has been living here for a couple of years since they first opened. The staff, quality, and especially food has gone downhill ever since. She has been given the same breakfast every day since the virus shutdown. The staff is not well trained and there is a very high rate of turnover. It really makes me sad. They are all flash and no substance as far as I am concerned.

As a current employee of Bonaventure at Keizer Station, I can confidently say what a fabulous company Bonaventure is. I have first handily seen the lives of families change from the support Bonaventure is able to provide. I have been an employee for a little over a year now, and have been here at our Keizer location before we even opened. It has been such an honor to see our wonderful residents come together and make this community what it is today. We are truly a family over here, and are growing our family daily! The opportunities Bonaventure has given me to grow, and the love they have for older adults, clearly shows that Bonaventure Senior Living is the best in the Valley!

We have recently just moved my father in! He loves it here! Everyone is so helpful and nice! The food is very good! The care staff is amazing!!! I am so glad we had chosen this place for my dad!

As a long term employee of this amazing company I can say that it has taught me more about leadership and business than anything else in my life. The opportunities afforded me by Bonaventure are things that I cannot ever say thank you enough for. They took a caregiver 9 years ago and turned me into a business woman and gave me goals and a future to aspire to. We visited our mother for the Mothers Day event that they put on and it was GREAT! The servers were so pleasant and kind. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure that my mother had the best day possible. Such a special day!

Bonaventure at Keizer Station is by far the best employer I have ever worked for. Not only do I love all of our residents, but I get to work with fellow employees that only want the best for our residents as well. It is a positive, caring environment that all employees get the opportunity to thrive!

Bonaventure at kaiser station is a great community. It’s full of loving residents and loving staff. Our bosses are great, and very helpful. I’ve been here for a little over 90 days and it’s an excellent place to work.

Working for Bonaventure of Keizer has been a great experience! It is so wonderful to be apart of a brand new community and watch it be built and begin to fill up! Our team here is eager to help our seniors and show them what retirement perfected looks like!

Sadly it has gone from a high notch community, to high staff turnover and poor lack of communication. The community is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, but had I known 2 years ago what I know now about this place, I never would have put my mom there. It’s really sad, and too expensive for what’s provided.

Recently had a great visit at this location, beautifully furnished and had some wonderful interactions with the fellow residents! It’s easy to see why you would want to live there, we left very impressed.

I’m a former employee at Bonaventure, and never received my last check, months later I got a letter from them saying they have my check, the letter is from March 4th and I called March 17th and the staff accounted Amy Nelson talked to me and was very rude and short with me and then said she never sent out a letter saying my check was there. Now I’m uncertain if I’ll ever get my check.

My parents lived in Memory Care for only five months (father died from poor health) and they received great and kind care at Bonaventure Keizer. After our father died, we moved our mom to south Salem to be closer to family. We are grateful for the care Bonaventure Keizer extended to them and to us, even though it was a short stay.

Staff are always very polite, residents that I often visit with are always pleased and happy to be there! Over all the community is clean and very home like!!!!

We recently toured the facility in hopes of finding a nice place for my Mother in Law, and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful surroundings and great info provided to us! We are seriously considering the facility.

My mother was in distress and pulled into this community and flagged down help, she was having a heart attack last week only being in her 50’s. Several of the team there rushed to her aid while they called 911. I’m only sharing what she experienced in this short instance as my Mom was frightened and fearful in the moment. She recalls that not only did they stay by her side, one of them even held her hand but that they assisted with her two children that were in the car. I can only say that it was a blessing, my Mother has recovered and she asked me to share our many thank yous for Bonaventure as we are forever great full for there act of kindness. I will be recommending Bonaventure to all, THANK YOU!

I had the best experience when I toured Bonaventure Of Keizer. I’m looking for a place for my parents to go next month and Chloe Gray was exceptional in her knowledge & professional demeanor.

This is a sad excuse for a retirement center please take this advise do not come here or bring your mom/dad here. This center has a super high turnover rate they treat their employees very poorly, ask them to work hours that they shouldn’t be working,paying them below what they should be paying. This is a greedy shady company looking to steal your hard earned money Trista and Chloe are a horrible management staff running this facility. They are allowed to do whatever they want because their family is upper management if you want to be taken advantage of this where you would do that.

I work in the senior living community and working with Boventure of Keizer has been an awesome experience. They are always wanting to know how their residents are doing in our facility & dont hesitate to help or do anything that they can to make the transition easier for the resident and even our facility! Bonaventure of Keizer is a great addition to the community!

This is such a warm and inviting environment with such amazing staff and such happy residents!

I have the pleasure of going to work everyday and putting a smile on my seniors faces and meeting their needs and their families. These seniors might not be my immediate family but they have become my family non the less. Work should not be dreadful and I’m thankful to say my job is absolutely not but rewarding everyday.

I just wanted to thank staff for the care and support that they give. Their attention and love is noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Bonaventure, for all that you do for your residents!

BECAUSE YOU REMOVED MY REVIEW!!! At the end of July this facility put their greed and false advertising far ahead of the well-being of their residents. The car show! The one that CLOSED THE ENTIRE PARKING FACILITY and RESIDENT DROP-OFF! I was told I couldnt park to drop my disabled mother off. We had to cross a street AND THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT WITH MY MOTHER PUSHING A MOCROWAVE IN HER WALKER! By the way, she had to buy her OWN microwave because they refused to lower the one in her room. The food is insuffereable. The newest kitchen manager is more of a PR Person. Shes the idiot who thought drumming up business with a pathetic car show would be a better idea then PROVIDING DECENT FOOD FOR THE PRICE THE INDEPENDENT RESIDENTS PAY TO LIVE HERE, THEY JUST RAISED THE PRICE MORE THAN 5%! Now they wont event take residents to do their banking. They have broken amenities, the bowling alley has been broke and corded off for a YEAR now! But they can afford a car show, at the great expense of the safety of residents. THIS PLACE IS A FACADE. FAKE IS AS FAKE DOES. DOWN TO THE FLOWERS.

The relationships I have built with my new friends at Bonaventure will surely last a lifetime. Not only is the location of my new home wonderful, but my suite is so bright and airy!

Such a large family presence. I would recommend Bonaventure at Keizer Station to all of my friends and family members.

Horrible Management! My parents live at Bonaventure Keizer and say it continues to go downhill. The elevator is constantly out of service, the food is either cold or the kitchen runs out, and management doesnt address residents concerns. They cant wait to leave and move elsewhere. This place was a big disappointment.

Nice facility, but they are ridiculously understaffed. Some caregivers are very good, but others are not very thoughtful nor sensitive to residents needs. If a resident needs physical therapy, forget about it, theyll be lucky to get any PT so expect to see a decline in progress. Youll pay a hefty price to see your loved family member ignored.

I have become very attached to staff, they are so kind to me. I love them all and truly feel like we are a family.

I recently had to leave this horrible place of employment because of the lack of concern they have for there residents. You speak about concerns to the management and they look at you and say things will get fixed and NOTHING does. The management also declares they work as a caregiver or whatever when necessary to help out and what do you know they DONT.. I feel so sorry for anyone who puts there family in that facility. They are promised care and staff doesnt do it NOR does the management do anything to correct the problems... WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED!

Thanks to the folks at Bonaventure that gave a warm welcome to my 94 year-old Aunt - from the front desk, care givers, administrators, medication administrators, residents to the folks in the kitchen.

Best place to work!! We have the most awesome residents and they make coming to work a great experience for all of the staff here.

What a great time my mom had at the Bonaventure charity golf advent last Friday at McNary golf course. It has been a while since I had seen her laughing and encaging with others so effortlessly. The Bonaventure staff was so friendly and kind. She also met some old friends that are current residing at the Keizer Bonaventure location. Afterwards she mentioned that we should visit the Keizer location to take a closer look. Well done on the golf charity advent!

The maintenance man is a very talented individual! He knows exactly what he is doing and is very skillful in his work.

The beautiful view I have from my suite is one of my very favorite things about my home at Bonaventure!

Very very unprofessional i had scheduled an interview which was at 1:30pm i was trying to be a good candidate by showing up 20minutes early which was at 1:10pm and this other female walked in 10 minutes late she had the same interview time as me but showed up at 1:40pm and they gave her the interview before me, i found that very rude and unprofessional i heared bad reviews about the management of this place but didnt think ut was true until today i dont recommend anyone work here management seems very rude.

The experience was a nightmare. A lot of show and promises with and no follow through.Just simply No!

Would not recommmend. I visited my grandparents and witnessed managments contempt and derision regarding my grandmas needs/requests. I could hardly believe a paying customer was treated with such little respect. Moreover, the food was poor.

This company, like most others, is money driven. They don’t care about the residents or their employees. The owner, a woman named Mckenzie Owens, works her employees to death and refuses to pay overtime and promises raises she does not give. I read her review below....do not believe her...of course she is going to rate herself 5 stars. And other 5 star reviews were written by her minions that work there...what do you expect. Residents’ needs are not attended to in a timely manner, they get poor care and emergency alerts are not responded to. Beware if you Are thinking about putting your family member there...

I started with Bonaventure years ago when we moved my grandpa into memory care. I have fallen in love when working with seniors and Bonaventure truly inspires for retirement perfected.

The soup and salad bar is my favorite part of every meal. Clam chowder Fridays are always a hit with my visitors!
