I was fortunate to be referred to Vibrant Health. You see... I am uninsured, on a fixed income & have NOT seen a doctor for years due to ability to pay. Payment is based on income so for me, office visits are $20.00. Everyone here is super nice, have an excellent bedside manners & are professional. They take the time to listen & ask the important questions. I especially adore Ms. Natalie. I HIGHLY recommend this health center!

The service received at the Argentine location was very good as always and my provider was excellent and knowledgeable. The only thing that can be improved is their phone delivery system. Would like to be able to call them directly instead of the syt that they have in place. The phone is rarely answered or able to leave message. Would like for my provider to be able to answer my phone or or get my message in a timely manner.

I like Vibrant Health, the staff us friendly they are good about answering your questions and making sure you understand the care recieved etc. If you dont have insurance they still exceot you for certain services such as well woman exams and laboratory work. Natalie, which is my primary care docter there is great, shes sweet, caring and knows her stuff. They also offer tranportation to get to and from your appointments. I recommend this clinic to amyone seeking quality care...

Ms. Christine Lightfoot was AMAZING during my years seeing her. The only reason I stopped going to her was due to my insurance changing. She is very respectful, listened to and answered all my questions/concerns and ALWAYS made sure I was able to get my medications. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the community that is needing a primary care provider! Thank you Ms. Lightfoot!!!

This place is truly AWFUL! I made this appointment 2 weeks ago, i asked if i needed to have anything faxed over from my previous doctors office they said no, if we need anything we can just request it. Perfect! I get to the office the ladies up front were friendly, i head to the back and get my vitals done, explain to the nurse why I am there she took notes and was helpful. I waited for 45 minutes in this room very patiently. The NP comes in and introduces herself starts going over some of the notes. She can tell I was confused on some of the dates of past medical procedures and blood work. She didnt ask me what she could do for me while I was there. I tried to explain to her the past few weeks my blood pressure has been weird and very elevated, that I would like to get checked for diabetes and that I would like to get put on some depression medication. She didnt care, it was 1230 by this point I was the last patient before lunch and she just wanted to be done. She said ok great well Ill request thesneeds medical notes from your previous provider and I will call you with the results. WHAT?!?! My blood work from 2014 does not play a part in why I am here today. My past PAP does not play a part in why I am here. She told me that she could tell I was upset and that I needed to go see my shrink. And this is no joke people I had my phone on record the entire time! (Only because you never know what they will say and I like to remember everything) He name is Christina Lightfoot. I will be reporting her to whoever I need to. Dont go here go anywhere but here people seriously!!!

They spam text you reminding you of an appt that I never made. I have never been here nor will I ever.

Cannot get through to talk to someone about lab results. Whenever I call I get the same message about your call will be answered in the order it was received. Then it sends me to voicemail.
