I always have a good experience with these providers. You can make an appointment online, over the phone, or just walk in, and theyre always efficient, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

This the only place I go for an annual mammogram. Appointments are easy to schedule. Its convenient to get to with parking and best of all is the staff...front office and technicians. They know what they ate doing and seem to genuinely care about clients.

This was our first visit to this diagnostic imaging location and we were very pleased at the experience. Parking was convenient. The staff was extremely personable and helpful. They explained everything perfectly from the initial paperwork to the imaging process, and the expectations of getting results. My daughter was getting an MRI to due to an ankle injury and the staff were very compassionate and considerate to her while she was alone and in an MRI for the first time. I sat in the small dressing room and could hear them talking to her and ensuring she was ok, and telling her what was happening, and even played music. My daughter came out as if she had taken a nap!Only think I could suggest is to offer some feedback to building custodial services. Unsure how often they come in, but the large window sill looking out over plaza had lots of tiny dead bugs and the little dressing room had lots of tiny shards of paper on the carpet. Nothing gross, just notable for us likely being one of first appointments of the day. It did nothing to distract from the amazing service.

It is SUCH a wonderful facility! Very easy to find, lovely personable staff. Quite & has private changing rooms. I was very comfortable, nice and cool perfect temperature while you wait ( as my appointment was in the middle of Summer.) Was so glad I found this place. Highly highly recommended.

I’ve had many MRI s, xrays and bone density done here for 25 years, and they have always made the experience as comfortable as possible. My only complaint is they, and many providers, have such heavy doors to enter the faculty that I can’t open them due to my disability. You would think a medical facility dealing with physically limited patients would be accessible to seniors and disabled. The office staff saw me struggling and failing to get through the door but no one offered to help.

Went for an annual mammogram. Parking is easy, and they have reserved parking for customers, all though those were full when I was there.It was a bit confusing as to where the office was located in reference to the parking structure. They are in the same building as the library, but to the east of the library itself. There are two elevator banks, you want the ones behind the security desk, NOT the ones to your left. Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor to the right. Staff was polite, friendly, and professional. As I was simply there for a mammogram, the turn around time was very quick - about 20 minutes.

A necessary exam for wellness. Always a great experiences with the team at this location. Clear communications from the technologist while you wait for your most important results. Thorough check-in instructions from the Intake specialist.

Ive never had any problems with DIC it is always my first choice for all my x- rays.

A mammogram is not the most comfortable experience, but the people at this testing site made it as quick and comfortable as possible. Less than 10 minutes later I had my results and I was on my way.

It would have been easier to find you if you guys had told me your office was in the plaza libary building,other that, everything else was good..!💃🏾

Jennifer Tech on the MRI Big Bad Machine has the Open-MRI In the corner of her HUGE ROOM overlooking the PLAAAAAZA (as we here call it so fondly). This was my 1st time in an MRI being able to actually see outside while in it. No Phobia left for me as long as I have 2 Important things. 1.. The PLAZA OPEN-MRI MACHINE & 2... the MOST IMPORTANT... JENNIFER!! Propping my head UP & Running the Controls!! If you have to have a MRI SCAN only ONLY GO HERE THE PLAZA LOCA! If you must have ANY X-Rays?!? ONLY go here THE PLAZA LOCA my Gal on X-Rays here is kind & got all of mine done 1st ATTEMPT! No do overs!!

Jared went above board to verify my order with his administrator and scheduling and everybody else helped me very much did not make fun of the fact that I had to reschedule my appointment and take a sedative I felt completely normal being claustrophobic

I had a MRI of my knee yesterday at the Plaza office of Diagnostic Imaging Centers (DIC). The registration person, Lisa, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The waiting room was large, had chairs that were arranged in pairs that were socially distanced. Hand sanitizer was provided. The dressing room was large with a bench for sitting, a large, locked drawer for one’s belongings and a supply of clean, newly purchased gowns and those hospital slipper-socks with traction material on the bottom. The restroom was large and clean. That’s where all the positives end. The two MRI techs were reasonably nice, but too matter-of-fact for my taste. I get an annual surveillance MRI for MS at St. Luke’s on the Plaza, and the techs there go out of their way to be friendly and kind. I asked the DIC techs to please tell me when the next “sequence” was going to begin and how long it would last. This is what the techs do at St. Luke’s, and it makes MRI a less anxiety-provoking experience. The DIC techs did it for the first sequence, and that was it. I had to ask if they had music for MRI patients. At St. Luke’s, one tech asks when s/he calls you back from the waiting room. I went to DIC, because it was on my orthopedist’s preferred list. Next time I need an orthopedic MRI, I will tell the doc it will have to be done at St. Luke’s.

I was scheduled for an open MRI due to my claustrophobia, unfortunately my doctor does not except open MRIs. The young lady that does your paper work was so kind and helpful she rescheduled me for the closed MRI and I returned two days later. My appointment went smooth I had to be there an hour before to take a pill to help me through this process that pill calmed me and made me sleepy when I got home I was out until the next morning. I have never experienced such a smooth process at any appointment I have been to I would definitely return to them and I will definitely refer Diagnostic Imaging to friends and family.

The best experience I have had at any scheduled appointment. Check-in was friendly, efficient and quick without feeling rushed. The technician who performed my CT was friendly; sat down with me and listened to my symptoms and concerns; made me comfortable during the procedure; and provided all information needed for my physician to evaluate. Both professional and kind when leaving their facility.

HORRIBLE experience. The person who did our ultrasound (Sandra, I think) was extremely rude, unkind and in a hurry to get us out of there. Apparently doing this job for 42 years hasn’t helped her learn to do this job correctly either. After expressing numerous times that we did not want to know the gender, one of only four pictures that she printed off for us clearly showed the genitalia which I pointed out to her and without apology all she had to say was that it’s not exactly clear what the baby is to her from that image.. we will never give our business to this company again. Hire people who can do their job with politeness and professionalism. What a terrible way to experience our one and only ultrasound this pregnancy.

I was very pleased with the entire staff at the Plaza Clinic. From everyone on the phone with scheduling and rescheduling my appointment to the actual procedure being carried out, they were wonderful.

The one on the Plaza was awsome from check in to the ladys that did my MRI. Cant express enough. If you need a MRI this is the place to go.

Everyone was courtesy & professional. Workers & patients were required to wear masks & patients had their temperatures taken due to the COVID19, I appreciated the precautions. My MRI technician was very sensitive to the pain & discomfort of my injury during my test. I highly recommend their services.

Extremely friendly from upon entering until I left. They were able to see me as a walk in patient. The lady at the front desk is very thorough and will answer all of your questions. I highly recommend this location. I wish more medical offices were as great as this office. Thank you.

Inaccurate reports. I went for a simple abdomin and back xray here and they said in the report that everything was normal. But luckily I had taken a copy of the images and the doctor looked at them and found something major going on. How could someone miss something that obvious!
