Seemed ideal at first, made an appointment, two weeks from the call date, and they decide to call me barely 24 hours before my appointment to tell me that the Doctor wouldnt even BE THERE. With the next available appointment two plus more weeks away. What kind of clinic doesnt even know when their own doctors are even there or not. Definitely NOT trusting these people with my health when they arent capable of properly handling appointment bookings within an entire month.

This is a Good Clinic,..and I liked Dr.Q up until the last time he saw my 2Kids,He didn’t seem the same in my Eyes anymore,after leaving my kids feeling bad about their Weight/Themselves Period ,they are not even Obese Kids,but he talked so down to them,and I said NEVER Again Will I take them back to this Clinic,and I’m GLAD he’s Gone...DisrespectfulBullie

I reported them to the state!!! They are so unprofessional. Why is it that every single time I call I can’t get an appointment until 3+ weeks later . Why is it that when I call I barley can get ahold of someone!!! Every since Dr. kieu left Jessica has made this facility go down hill.

I absolutely love Mercy and Truth- I delivered my first baby with a doctor in a hospital and my second here- it was a night and day difference! I got to have everything I wanted in my birth, it was fantastic. I admit though the administration is not great, but definitely Christian atmosphere! I know they are working to make their admin better. Debbie and Cathy are WONDERFUL! I would (and do) recommend them to everyone! :)

Love coming here. My sons and I all have the same doctor and the nurses are always nice and wonderful. Ive really enjoyed the bond I have created with the staff and my family. Really, if I have anymore children they will be coming straight here for care and if I ever move farther from this location I would still make the drive. The renovations they have done to the building are so wonderful as well. :-)

I recently moved to KS from out of state and needed to get medication refilled that previous doctor couldnt refill and new insurance isnt active yet. The guy was helpful until he found out I was low on medication and said I shouldnt have waited so long. If he wouldnt have been so condescending I would have told him Ive been working for over a week to get the medication refilled. I would have still scheduled the appointment if he wasnt so rude.

Dr. kieu is awesome! Best doctor I have ever had. I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! Recommend this clinic! So nice and compassionate.

One of the most unpleasant experiences Ive ever had.This Kathy lady is the queen of rudeness. If youre Hispanic like I am, I can guarantee, you will go through hell with this lady since its pretty obvious shes racist. Ive noticed how bad she treated me in comparison with other Caucasian ladies. She was not happy at all with my presence and Im pretty sure Ive done nothing to her, if youre going there to save a couple of bucks, and youre a Latin descendent , please dont, save yourself from humiliation and run to any other clinic but this one.Christians? Yeah right, maybe for white people with green eyes. Open your mind and change that stupid racist way of thinking, We Latins have same flesh, blood and issues other people around the world do, and were staying here whether you like it or not. Im sure an atheist, or even a satanist wouldve treated me way better than these reception ladies. Theyre making their church look really bad.Nurses are super kind on the other hand, at least. Im sorry I had to write such a crappy review from this place when nurses were so nice, but its just the truth. Im sad you have to be linked to this kind of people.

The care that was demonstrated with the right kind of privacy for my African sisters birthing was amazing along with the hot tub option for labor. The comfort of the brick and calmness of the staff I found far and beyond a tent in the wilderness. Thank you!

The staff is incredibly helpful and Dr. Kieu is absolutly wonderful. He is very kind. He takes so much time getting to know you. I highly recommend Mercy and Truth KC. I cant say enough wonderful things about this organization.

(2 yrs ago) I love Dr Kieu. So professional, compassionate, and understanding. Hands down the best doctor Ive ever gone to. Sweet staff and no issues.Edit: Dr. Kieu no longer works here. I can tell the staff no longer care. I have to wait 30+ minutes before I am even called. Jessica Croft did not even give me a physical exam during my appointment. She does not seem concerned for my wellbeing and I will be seeing a new doctor from now on.

Since Dr.Keiu left this place has gone down hill. Waiting since 10:30 and it is now 11:02.The quality is no longer here.

After months of searching for a doctor for my husband after his stokes, we found Dr. Kieu. He took the time to listen to my husband and Dr. Kieu explained to him his health needs in a way he understood as a stroke victim. Dr. Kieu also helped my husband with regaining his faith in Christ. With all of the stresses given us after my husbands strokes, Mercy and Truth has taken away so many stressors and has improved my husbands quality of life.

I love dr.kieu. him and his staff are wonderful.

Its the worst care center in Kc. They lie and dont keep there words. Especially doctor alex. I wouldnt send my dogs here
