Called to make an appointment and after giving them all of my personal information, the receptionist just says, sorry we cant help you, and hangs up.

I like PA Beth McGinnis. Her office is simply incompetent. Multiple times they have told me my refill is at my pharmacy or my lab orders are at Quest AND LabCorp. Fact: They are not able to successfully send refill or lab orders to their destinations. I’m DONE getting up early and fasting for labs or making trips to pharmacies or labs only to go home and have to call this office AGAIN. DO NOT SEE THESE DOCTORS.

Consistent incompetence from front office and support staff. Takes weeks to get an answer or assistance unless you constantly call and pester them.

KC family medical care is hands down the most genuine and respected clinics in Kansas City! I love this clinic and the staff are amazing...they really care about their patients and make an effort for you to feel comfortable. Dr. Neal Erikson is the greatest dr ever! He really puts his patients first and with everything he does he is just the kindest and most informative doctor!! I’m very grateful to him and KC family medical care clinic!!!

Dr Deangelo is attentive and caring. The entire office staff is wonderful.

Dr Mary Ryan is the best. Have been seeing her for the last 20 years. Hope she never retires.

KCFMC and my doctor James DAngelo are the best ever!!! I am so blessed to have found Dr. DAngelo. I travel often and Im currently I Hazelwood, MO....I travel over 250 miles once a month to see him for my checkup. I dont mind the distance because I doubt that I will ever find a more loving, caring and understanding Primary Care Physician!!

Andrea Rose is a horrible nurse practitioner. The worst experience I have ever had. She doesnt understand patients needs. Totally no empathy at all.

Dr. Ryan is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but friendly and personable.

Customer service is horrible. What do you need an appointment for question is rude. Billing is terrible. They never call you back.

I have been going here for 18+ years. Its been great, now all 3 of my kids go here as well. Recently I made an appointment due to pain from an accident. At the door I was told by the office manager that due to charting (aka:paperwork) I could not be seen. So if you are needing a doctor due to an accident, find someone else, because the paperwork is to much of an inconvenience for them.
