I like Dr. Gemmel for my doctor. However the front desk staff is horrible. They can not keep the scheduling together. I have on more than one occasion been given the wrong appointment.One staff persons blurted out my personal business over the microphone to the entire waiting room. The front desk staff can be rude also. Therefore I am leaving and seeking another office and doctor

I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Gemmell. She has listened to me and provided treatment and referrals I believe were appropriate and necessary. I have always felt she has in mind the best interest for my health.

Dr. Gemmell and staff were very unresponsive and poor at communicating. I did not feel listened to and will be seeking a different PCP. Dont waste your time with this apathetic team.

Dr. Ashley Gemmell is a great doctor but her front office personnel is rude and not caring at all they place you on long holds and transfer you to any line not the doctor you requested also the nurses fail to call back with results from testing so you have to call the office deal with the rude front office staff.

Front desk scheduled an appointment and the “lost” my appointment in their system.
