I was visiting Kansas City and needed a haircut. Very glad this was the closest place to my hotel! I walked in without an appointment and was blown away. Sam was working that night, and she did a great job. There are drinks while you wait and the service is so much more than just an ordinary haircut. There were lots of options for various services they provide (shaving, eyebrow waxing, etc.). Wish there was one of these in my city!

First time visit. They fit me in last minute, and I ended up with one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. Shout out to Brooke for taking the time to explain some options and deliver a top notch cut. If only I lived in KC, I’d be going here all the time.

I visit this chain in Dallas where I live as I always have great hair days afterwards. The KC location was much quieter but the staff just as friendly and I left looking great... kudos to Knockouts!

They provide a premium experience. Straight razor on the neck was cool plus the massaging shampooing. Hair cut and styling was exactly what I was looking for.

Ive tried many places in kansas city and this place takes the cake! Britany, the manager, has done a great job running the place for the last few years. Today, Brooke was my stylist. She does a thorough job and takes pride in her work. This is the place to go if your for quality across the board!

Was a fantastic experience overall. Brooke was a really good stylist.

I have a medium hair length and the first thing I was asked is if I want to keep the length and I said yes. She proceed take off about 90%. I could tell she was taking off a lot, but I have thick hair and she left the bangs long so it looked like the right length which is why I didn’t stop her. It’s super ridiculous looking.

What a JOKE!!!!! This place is awful, the service is terrible, the quality of the hair cut you receive is TERRIBLE. Any Entrepreneurs who want to establish and cultivate a million dollar business, lease the storefront next door to this place and start selling ball caps, ski caps, fedoras, pretty much any thing that covers the head. You will be a multi-millionaire in less than two years. Courtney, whichever cosmetology school had to tolerate your presence owes you a refund. Call them immediately and request it.

Loved Knockouts in Dallas...glad to see they had a couple in Kansas City. This location near the Plaza beats out the one in North KC. Be sure to ask for Kate...Shes freaking AWESOME. Call ahead to make sure shes working that day. Treat her right...she deserves it.

So....Ashley was very nice. However my history did not show I always recieved razor cut with an actual razor blade. How does that get lost. She mentioned only 1 staff member can shave with razor and thats neck only. 30 dollars for a basic haircut and I skipped the shampoo out of pure disappointment. I wont come back.
