I came in without an appointment on a Sunday to get my hair done and I had an excellent experience. Shop was clean, no waiting, very professional. I loved my hair and will definitely go back!

The owner raises prices instantly. I wish the owner would not have done my childs crocheting it was a mess as she charge $100 from what supposed to be $80they really done my granddaugther wrong taking her hair down was real hardstill jumping price just because is foul

First of all, let me say that I am extremely happy with my style. I booked an appointment somewhere and was stood up. Frantically I was looking for a braiding shop because I am going out of town soon and today was my only day off. My mom called this shop and the woman was extremely humble and said she’d be at the shop waiting for me whenever I made it. I got lemonade braids at a very good price WITH hair included. She braided pretty fast and the quality is amazing. This is my first time with this style and I am well pleased. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH, I was really bummed thinking I wouldn’t be able to get a style. However, I did and it is amazing! The shop was welcoming, and clean!

About two months ago I was frantically looking for a place to get my hair done after sitting and waiting outside another place for 45 minutes after scheduling an appointment the day before. I go on google and came across this one and let me tell you she did not disappoint. I now have a braider less than 15 minutes away. The shop is extremely clean and in a great location. Yesterday was my second time there and once again she did a great job.! I highly recommend this shop. My edges are thin and I wasn’t sure she was gonna be able to do the style I wanted. Well let me just say I was wrong. I will definitely be going back trying more styles

Im very disappointed. This was my first experience and I will never ever go to this place.First of all , I asked if I need to get hair for the particular style I wanted to get done and the owner said I dont need to and acted as if she knows what shes doing. Then they started on my hair , and oh , nobody asked if I like what they were doing after a 2 or 3 braids I just assumed they knew what they were doing then one lady that were doing my hair asked me the name for the type of the style ( she doesnt know what bohemian hair style is. Whats that tell you ??). After almost 10 hrs , I saw what they did and I was livid. The owner starts to complain about her own hair that she used. I spent $170 and my precious time just to come home and take it down. She didnt even offer to fix it. They are not professional and like I said, Ill never go there and I suggest you do the same.

Everyone in the shop was nice and helpful. I had an appointment at another shop but when I got there all of the chairs were full and no one was near being close to done. I called this shop and asked if they were available to do two heads they said yes. As soon as we got to the shop we were seated and our heads were being worked on. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. When it’s time for my hair to be done again I will be back.

It was a good peaceful place. Great ladies, they worked together like a well oiled machine.Friendly and VERY BLESSED ☺️

I drove 30 minutes from Kansas to get my hair braided based off of google reviews. Let’s say I was not disappointed at all. I booked online for the appointment and showed up. Easy! The prices are good and they are not so rough on the head. The lady allowed me to come my hair out before she stared. She even asked if it was okay that a blow dryer so my hair could stretch some more. I had two people on my head as we laughed and watched tv. I got small sized boxes braids and it only took them 3 and half hours! Impressive. Great work ladies! I’ll be back.

The owner was pleasant and kind, she wanted to make sure I was a very satisfied customer leaving her shop. Her hairstylists are quick and kind also. Very happy customer with my fresh knotless box braids.. Thanks ladies!!!

They we’re very nice, clean, on time, and braids are neat! this is our second time coming here and we love it! definitely recommend. just treat them with respect and be patient with them and they will get you right!!

I got my hair done today. She is very quick with communication and she makes booking very easy! The set up is similar to kadeem hair braiding.

I was charged more for a style I didnt even ask for,my braids were way too tight and not neat. So disappointed😒

I absolutely love getting my hair braided here. The atmosphere is always good. I’ve been living in MO for 5 years now and was never happy with other shops so I was always trying a new salon. This one was by far the best. My hair is always neat and done properly. Very friendly staff!

Very professional and patient ! Also, my 7 year olds knotless box braids were very neat, not too long, and not too tight. She delivered far beyond my expectations and we will definitely be back! Best pricing for braids in Kansas City as well!

Poor quality hair came down in a week called & asked if they could do something to fix & was told no $120 down the drain

Very good customer service. Love my hair did not take long to do my micro. They speak English around u and everyone is funny good since of humor. I will drive 3 hours to go back

I went to get faux locs done and it was literally rubber banded together and it all came apart the day after i got it done. Waiste of $220! They didnt bother to tell me they didnt know how to do the style and one side of my hair was a whole 3 inches shorter than the other. I wont spend my money here again and i dont recommend this place unless u want some VERY basic

I needed my braids taken down the day I called and they got me in right away!! The young lady that took my hair down was friendly and fast!! The owner was great as well. Plus the shop was very clean!

It was a last minute decision for me to try out African hair braiding styles. I was looking for a new and fresh hairstyle to match my outfit during a company event. I was and still am thankful for the professional services of this salon. The stylist is kind and really listened to my instructions.

Got my daughters hair done here today and she loves it. Very friendly owner who took time and care with my daughters hair. Also excited that she’s in the Northland which we haven’t been able to find! We will be back.

I must say i have been to a few hair shops in kcmo but never experienced a great atmosphere & clean. The best part was my hair experience. The owner has a light touch i went in at 2:30 got out by 5:30 with a head full of long box breads. I couldnt believe it .and ladys am not feeling know pain !!!I found my shop😍
