Pleasant experience. Office clerk was efficient and courteous. Paperwork was a little long.Perhaps just basic information on first visit then if new client decides to become a patient the complete package would be filled out at that time. My opinion only. Doctor was excellent. Very thorough explanation on procedure indicated. His smile was warm and kind. Made me feel secure about his knowledge about my personal dental needs.On the overall It was a nice experience.

Best cleaning in years! ! 2 different gals at this office have cleaned my teeth now and their advice and skill have been STELLAR. I find it a bit odd that they don’t accept checks though. RiverWalk Dental is by far the BEST choice I’ve ever made. Christina in the front desk is amazing, don’t worry about going back and forth with any insurance, Christina will handle it. My experience was painless and rewarding because of previous experience at other dentist. RiverWalk dental feels like home.

Have been calling for 2 months trying to get an explanation of a bill that they sent to me. The bill had the ledger included and clearly shows that they made an error and overbilled me. They said it would have to be escalated to Lynn the Regional Manager. Instead of a call back, I just keep getting billed and the ledger keeps changing. When I call they tell me they havent called me back because they are very busy. For 2 months? Watch what you are billed for!

Kudos to Christine who runs the show at the office. She is extremely efficient and was able to get my temporary just in time for w a VERY important meeting. The techs are solid and compassionate as well.

Riverwalk Dental and specifically Dr Scott Duff provides excellent service and are very professional. They do not overbook and during this cvd19 pandemic, I’m grateful. Everyone is masked up and the place is clean. They are wonderful at helping you budget for the care of your teeth. Dr Duff is the best!

Although most of the staff were friendly, I did not have a great experience here. Let me start off by saying I have a severe phobia of the dentist, so I made sure to look up extensive reviews before going anywhere. I came here with tooth pain, knowing I would likely need a root canal. I was told I would need a root canal, crown, as well as a filling in another tooth. I paid for my services ahead of time (which now seems strange) and sat in the chair for my root canal. Although my experience wasnt awful, I didnt feel super comforted by any of the staff which is something I look for as a patient with this fear. But this wasnt even where the true problem was. I was ALREADY charged for my root canal, as well as the filling from another tooth. When I left the dentist I didnt feel like my tooth had been filled, so I called the office to confirm. They told me yes, that tooth had been filled. However, when I returned to receive my permanent crown and the dental assistant was looking around he told me I had a cavity in that tooth. To which I was shocked, upset and frustrated because I tried to confirm that this had been done already. Instead of apologies, or understanding I got a Well you couldnt handle anymore work so we didnt do it which seems unfair. If that was the case, I should have been refunded my money as I shouldnt be leaving an office paying for services I am not receiving. As well, had I not CAUGHT what exact tooth the dental assistant was talking about, I couldve been double charged for a filling I already paid for. As a person with dental anxiety I really just want to get in and out as quickly as possible so I didnt even put up a fight with them. However, I will NOT be returning to this office as I feel I got scammed.

I went here for an urgent wisdom tooth removal and they took me with no issues and were very accommodating. From the front office to the dentist and dentist, I was treated super nice and even though I was in a lot of pain they helped me get out of it effortlessly. I appreciate it.

Most thorough teeth cleaning I ever had.

I had a dental emergency with a broken crown and did not have a local dentist for treatment, not to mention that I was leaving for a trip two days after this all took place. Riverwalk staff were quick to schedule me in. I was very impressed with Kayla who completed the provisional crown. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and explained every step she was taking. The staff are all very friendly and I look forward future services.

My wife’s veneer came off prior to New Year’s Eve and panic ensued. Somehow Riverwalk dental squeezed us in and got it done within the hour. The staff was friendly and super helpful and the doctor was terrific. we are definitely relocating to this dentist permanently. dr. Duff was excellent. The office was very clean and very well decorated and the bathroom was spotless. Ample parking and in a terrific location. I am a very happy customer and I got some brownie points with my wife. Not very organized in the office. Lost records of my VIP membership. Canceled appointments without notice after having over $10,000 worth of dental work done in the calendar year. Said they have been training new staff members... or at least trying! After having all my work done, I paid for the VIP membership in full in order to keep my regular maintenance every three months. Again, records were lost and show wrong inputs on computer. Last TWO appointments were canceled due to Covid (understandable), however was informed price for VIP membership has now virtually doubled after Covid - great place if you would like to spend almost $300 on a cleaning and re-sign back up for a membership you signed up for already. Very frustrating when you take multiple days off from work thinking you have an appt... everybody is very apologetic but there was no solution or remedy offered. Bad business! Ultimate question is why has the VIP membership doubled for an established patient. You think you’d be notified? Also always got text alerts for appointment dates, but maybe that was discontinued As well. I have not got one for last three appointments that were canceled without my knowledge.

It was my first time at this office and I can absolutely say it was the best experience I have had in a very long time . Everyone had great attitudes, the young lady up front Christina was so helpful and kind. The Doctors mad me feel so comfortable from the second I sat in the chair until I left. Great job!

Riverwalk Dental Group is a nice and clean place for teeth-related things, I am very impressed at their professionalism the entire visit I was there. Theyll give you answers to all your dental questions, even answering a few you may not think of to ask while youre there! It was a welcoming atmosphere where they seem to want you comfortable and knowledgeable about your teeth.I personally left knowing about some issues with my gums, they gave me recommended options and ideal habits as they saw the problems (and again afterwards if I asked to repeat). They gave me a small goody bag at the end with all gum-care related items and I am super appreciative of that!!

A simple teeth cleaning started 15 minutes late and then was a quick hit in miss of my teeth. The hygienist used a metal scraper (no ultrasonic instruments) and literally did not touch about 25% of my teeth. When she said, “okay, you are all done” I asked to see the dentist and explained that she missed many of my teeth. The hygienist left the room, came back and said, “okay, the dentist said I can do it again if you would like.”

I went in for a cleaning yesterday and the hygienist, Ricardo was amazing! He took his time explaining everything and provided great tips to keep my mouth healthy. I really enjoyed how welcomed I felt by him and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. After the cleaning, I was able to see the dentist, Dr. Bidkar, which I thought was a really nice extra step. He was very nice as well and provided great suggestions without pressuring me to pay for anything extra. I don’t love going to the dentist, but I will certainly be going back every six months thanks to the great care that I was given. P.s. I do not have dental insurance and they were able to give me a great package price without having to worry about extra fees.

I desperately needed a root canal on an upper molar. I called them and was pleased to get in quickly. The staff was very welcoming and ready to get me out of pain. Dr. Duff has a great bedside manner! I didnt feel the injection and the root canal was painless!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Duff for all of your dental needs.

I was suffering from pain due to a wisdom tooth in need of extraction. Due to my work schedule (7-5) it’s usually difficult to schedule appointments. Having been released from work early I called to find out when I could be seen. The wonderful staff managed to fit me in that afternoon. The were able to extract the necessary teeth and get me on the road to a pain free existence! Love the doctor and staff. Would recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a good dental practice.

So far it’s been a very good experience. I had a very minimal wait. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The technician that did my xrays and my imprint was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Dr Chokshi was very knowledgeable and kind. The lady whom helped me with the finances was very kind and helpful too. I’m only on my first appt of several but so far it’s been a very good experience.

Great Dentist. Dr. Chokshi was very knowledgeable. I have been to other dentist and they just want to sell you crowns. Dr. Chokshi took her time to explain the pros and cons of the dental work that I needed. Her staff was amazing and I did not wait very long to be seen. I finally found a dentist that I like.

I have to admit that I was a little nervous about getting my first dental implant. From the first shot of novocain (which I must say, was pretty painless) to the broken tooth extraction, bone graph and screw placement, it honestly was not that bad! When they sent me home with an ice pack and the pain meds, I thought I was in for a long night. Instead, the ibuprofen took away any and all discomfort and today I feel like Im on my way to having the smile back that I have desperately wanted for quite some time now. I love everything about this place! The staff is friendly and professional (especially Margarita at the front desk) and Dr. Bidkar is beyond just being an amazing dentist. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist!!!

I am scared of dentist. point, blank, period. I been waiting to get a tooth pulled. Put it off for months and months. Finally the pain became to much and had no choice but to go. I researched dentists close in proximity to my home through google. Riverwalk was my choice because of how they talked to me, pricing because I didnt have insurance, and actually called me back. I decided to schedule my appointment. I came in and filled paperwork out and was in a chair within 10 minutes. My first contact was the Office Assistant Janet, she was very friendly and even set up my room and did my x-rays. I met with Margarita and Dr. Bidkar; they were both very welcoming, listened intently and were very professional. My hygienist was awesome because she gave off the best energy which really helped with my anxiety and fear. I was so scared to the point I wanted to back out because my tooth wasnt hurting at the moment. Margarita literally let me squeeze her hand while they were numbing my mouth. Funny thing is it didnt even hurt. Like at all lol. I didnt even feel the tooth being pulled out. WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THIS A LONG TIME AGO. When I left the office, I felt as if I had been a patient for years. I would highly recommend the office to anyone. In fact my mom is there right now having a implant put in. They also beat everyones price by hundredsssss of dollars. They have 3 locations

Although I did need some Dental work done, the staff worked diligently with me to come up with a plan that would work with my budget and my schedule.
