Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, they’re so accommodating and sweet but clear cut & straight to the point. If I could give them a higher rating I would, seriously a blessing that I found this place of a recommendation, trust me they’re the best

Had a filling on the front of my tooth done here. It just fell out so I called to set up the repair....they want to charge me for the same service. They dont stand behind their work. Find some place with better ethics.

I am amazed with the doctor’s professionalism . I have an infection in my pre molar upper right quadrant and needs to be removed. The doctor he took the time to explain my problem and the choices that I could have as a part of the Treatment Plan. Also, the person who made the x rays was so nice and compassionate. Buyer Beware! I had a simple problem of having too much space between 2 molars that we’re getting food stuck in them. They took ex rays and the dentist flat out LIED and said I needed 2 root canals and crowns. I refused and got 2 more dentists to check my teeth and look at the same ex rays. They both said there was no evidence that I needed a root canal in either tooth.

Had 5 temporary crowns put in and had an overall great experience. Dentist and the assistants were amazing.

We have only been going to this office since March 2021. Dr Ma & his staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They are a welcome relief to the dentist we were going to previously.

Always a wonderful experience considering I am not a fan of dental treatments. Michael is by far the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. He lets you know exactly what to expect. No surprises!! I get all worked up for a simple cleaning and I leave fully satisfied with clean mouth and NO pain. I would highly recommend Sage dental if you are in need of a dentist in the Jupiter area ;)

I will keep this short and sweet. Front of the house has no customer service skills let alone scheduling ones. Thank goodness for the people in the back with brains. Yet- I had to tell the Dr my diagnosis! This is after he examined x-rays and took a close look a couple times! Aye!!! Don’t go!!!!!!

Hadnt been to the dentist in years because of bad experiences. This place has restored my faith. Michael the hygienist was the best Ive ever had and very professional. Judith at the front desk was very helpful and the dentist was also pleasant. If youre worried about going for dental care, you wont be after you go to Sage.

At the office for a cleaning. Afterward, the hygienist gave me a detailed evaluation of several issues I pointed out to him before he started work. Overall it was an excellent and informative visit that provided me with valuable information regarding my oral health going forward.

Dr Ma and Michael are always friendly and straightforward about your dental health. They have worked with me to help financially to keep up with my dental maintenance. The staff is always courteous and professional.

My brother has autism and he went here today they saw him. The dental assistant was nice but then the doctor saw him... my brother asks a lot of questions and he comes to my dad and goes, we can’t help you, you need to find a sedated dentist, we can’t help you due to his behavior! I am very disappointed in this dentist do not go here!

Ive had great experiences at this office. Everyone is very friendly. My apprehension for not going to the dentist was from embarrassment and fear. My dentists were straightforward very smooth in procedure. I look forward to going.

Michael was awesome. He was sensitive to my anxieties and made sure I was comfortable. My cleaning was quick and easy, felt safe with their CoViD precautions, as well. Be back in 6mos!!

My teeth were a mess! Dr. Ma and his team at Sage Dental in Jupiter are incredible! From all the work I had to have done to be able to get porcelain crowns and an amazing new smile was easy and painless! I was disappointed by the hygienist suggesting expensive deep-scale cleaning and gingivitis irrigation treatment on each of my two visits.Agreed to the treatments on my first visit, but was not going to do so again.

Dr. Ma and his team are great! They came up with a treatment plan based on my needs and backed it up by showing and explaining my x-rays thoroughly. Michael is the best hygienist ever in my experience! He is kind, gentle and takes time with his patients explaining everything he does and answers all your questions.

Terrible place, the dentist only sees dollar signs when you open your mouth, the wait times are extremely long, they make you fill out endless paperwork every visit, the customer is always wrong and there were multiple large bugs in the room i was placed in.

Dr. Ma surgically extracted five broken teeth as I steeled myself for what I thought might be an ordeal of pain and discomfort. However, I did not feel any pain or discomfort thanks to the care and skill of Dr. Ma. Before I knew it, the teeth were out and my gums sutured and I was on my wayhome..

If I could give zero stars I would, but fortunately, Dr. Mas staff was about his only redeeming quality and they earned him the one I am forced to give. Despite the fact that this office advertises themselves as a family practice, they were anything but. I brought my two children there for dental cleanings, hoping to make it a place we could all go to as opposed to taking us each somewhere separately. From the very first moment we were brought back it was quite obvious that nobody was comfortable working on children (mine are 10 and 8). The hygienists were kind enough, but again, clearly uncomfortable (but at least they gave an effort). Enter Dr. Ma. First off, he did not look at me ONE TIME. He was so obviously aggravated to be working on a child it was almost insulting. He told me right off the bat that, were there to be a single tear, he would have to refer me to somebody else. This was without even first introducing himself. From here, it only got worse. My daughters teeth were cleaned and looked worse when we left than they did when we went it. When I asked about it I was given a vague response and brushed off. My son ended up having a cavity and Dr. Ma quickly let me know that he had very little interest in doing the filling. He told me we would schedule the appointment and again, reminded me that any expression of emotion would quickly lead him to refer us elsewhere. We went in for the follow-up a couple of days later. My son was all amped up and ready to have his filling done, but a little nervous...its his first. He asked Dr. Ma if my husband could stay just to hold his hand and Dr. Ma told him no. When my husband left the room, my son sniffled and got a little teary...specifically because his Dad wasnt there with him...and Dr. Ma got up, marched out to the waiting room and told my husband, Hes crying. Well have to refer you to somebody else and that was that. My son came out dry-eyed and told my husband he wasnt sure what hed done wrong. Needless to say, we will not be returning AND I will be calling my insurance company to ensure that Dr. Ma does not bill for the services NOT provided. I will say again, however, that his staff was very kind and could see our frustration both times and did the best they could to alleviate the situation. I have a history working in the dental field and know how many phenomenal practices there are in this area. Unfortunately, from my experience, this wasnt one of them.

This dentist office is always efficient and makes sure to go above and beyond. From my first experience with Michael and Maggie it’s been amazing! Unfortunately Maggie left to NYC but Katrina stepped right in and made sure to take care of all my dental needs! I would truly recommend Dr.Ma and Katrina to everyone! Plus my smile looks great!

Dr. Elizabeth Fare’ and her team performed brilliantly in an Emergency Situation. She was very thorough in my treatment along with her attentive staff. If you are like me, and can barely sit still when instruments are in your mouth, much less hearing those instruments in use, rest assured Dr. Fare’ will keep you at ease. I was so impressed by their care, I am going to transfer my dental care to her. Well Done!

Awful worst dentist I ever been too and the front office is awful and they don’t even know how to work with military insurance. They charged me 350 and didn’t even get an approval from my insurance company before they did the procedure(which is needed). So now I have to complete a grievance form with my insurance company for their mistakes. I also tried to get an implant with them and they constantly messed up the paperwork.I live 10 minutes away and instead I drive 40 minutes to lakeworth because of how bad they are.

Sage dentistry to me and my wife were excellent. The crew that works for them were perfect in every way. They knew their business. We enjoyed the entire staff. Unfortunately we had to relocate and now I’ve in New Jersey.

The dentist was great, I believe his name was Dr. Ma. My daughter is terrified of needles so when she had to be numbed for a tooth extraction, she was freaking out. He was extremely gentle and made sure she wasn’t in any pain, checking in with her periodically. She didn’t even notice when he got the tooth out! I did like the Dentist himself, Dr. Ma, he seemed very kind and gentle. The rest was awful! A mountain of paperwork to fill out. The front desk staff was rude and talking about how they didn’t want to be there because they were sick (it’s healthcare! Do everyone a favor and stay home when you are sick!)My husband scheduled a check up and cleaning. Instead of calling him before hand to reschedule because they were short staffed, they saw him for the exam and told him to schedule a separate cleaning! People don’t have time to take two afternoons off of work for this! We will be finding another dental provider.

I had to visit Dr. Mas office again as soon as I came back from my vacation. I didnt mind at all. In fact it was like going to visit friends.Everyone is so nice making sure you are comfortable and answering any question you might have.Gone are the days when I would dread so much any visit to the dentist I would cancel until I had to finally go and face the unfriendly and uncaring staff.At doctor Mas office everyone remembers your name and the reason for your visit.It is always a wonderful experience.

I have always received prompt, caring, and skillful treatment from the entire staff. Dr. Ma explains every process and gives gentle care.

After a few visits I have been able to get a good grasp on this office and the way it is run. First before you can have a cleaning they will do a comprehensive exam and explain anything that may see (or not see) in your mouth. They will then present you with a plan that will almost always be extremely cost ineffective.The physician, Dr. Ma, will speak to you as if you have an education that is no greater than kindergarten. This conversation will be followed with Michael, the hygienist also shaming you and speaking to you as if English is your second language. Which is strange because English is, in fact, his second language.Everyone I know that has gone in there has been told that they need a deep cleaning on their teeth and that a normal cleaning will not suffice. Strange that in such an affluent town that so many people have such poor dental hygiene.Let’s get back to me....so, after I was told that all of the cavities that I have recently had filled by a very well known dentist in town need to be replaced, I had to ask myself if these people are in it for th health or for finding money wherever they can. (waiting to go see someone else for a second opinion on that).One thing I knew I had to have done was a crown replacement. I was having discomfort so this came as no surprise to me. While I was being prepped for the crown removal they began to work on me before i was numb and then had to call Michael, the hygienist, into the room to do the Novocain properly. Apparently Dr. Ma is not well versed at injected the proper doses of Novocain. (RED FLAG!!!). Please keep in mind that my gums were in pain, swollen and badly bruised for DAYS to come post the crown removal and creating of the temporary crown.While removing the crown and creating a temporary crown, the dental assistant couldn’t get a floss size piece of string between my teeth for the procedure. She brought another assistant and the dentist in before they were able to accomplish the task at hand. She swears this is the first time this has ever happened. Stay tuned for further detail from my next visit to learn more about this assistant.Let’s fast forward to 2 1/2 weeks later when I returned to have my permanent crown placed. As I am laid down in the chair for the work to begin. The same assistant is the one working on me. The assistant wiggles out the temporary and starts to poke around on my exposed tooth to remove excess cement. As I express that there is discomfort she was Leary to numb the area because “it will only hurt for a few minutes.” Is a few minutes of exposed nerve and discomfort even ok?? I think not. So, she calls in Michael, the hygienist back into the room to numb around my tooth. As Michael begins to inject the Novocain, he says the pain is over. Literally before he even put the needle in. Creating me to jump in discomfort when I felt the needle enter the gum. There will be bruises and days of discomfort to follow due to this. Anyhow, the assistant then starts digging around inside the filling before the numbing took effect. Honestly, never in my life did I want to get up and run out of there. I felt like I was in the Little Shop of Horrors and there was some type of pleasure that the team takes out of the discomfort that they create for patients. Let’s get back on track, the assistant and working with the placing the permanent crown into the tooth. After the doctor shows his face for less than 2 minutes to place the crown, the assistant begins to remove the excess cement. Again, referring to the first time, she can’t seem to get the excess cement out from between the teeth and said “this is the first time this has happened to me.” Hmmmmmm.....didn’t she say the same thing when they drilled and put the temporary crown in place???? Looks like there is a pattern here.

Worst experience ever @ a dental.office. Had an abscess. I was in a lot of pain. Dentist never looked @ my mouth. Technician took x-rays & 7 days later was sending me to an endodontist. They were in my dental insurance plan. Went to a dentist out of network. Paid $110 to get a prescription for an antibiotic to ease the pain.

Last minute emergency and they fit me right in. Amazing service, pleasant staff and a clean facility. I think I will be switching dentists.

This dentist office was a shame. The dentist here did a procedure that wasn’t even needed!! They then quoted us a price and later on damanded we pay double what was quoted! And now a year later they’re still trying to get money out of us. Such a disgrace. Would never recommend this place.

My wife went to this dentist office in Jupiter, and was told she had early periodontal disease. Required a very detailed cleaning that would cost over $300. She asked if she can pay in payments, and was advised no. But, they would clean half her teeth nowz and clean other half when payment was made. Im sorry but thats like taking a half shower .I suggested she go to a dentist I currently used, and was told she had no such issues with her gums or teeth. She was very happy, and now has a happy mouth.I actually recommend dentist in Jupiter FarmsSage dental is crap. I have actually witnessed them treat other patients poorly

I had a cracked tooth. When the first time I was there the doctor looked at it and confirmed that he sees a crack, and will continue to monitor and proceed with crowning an other tooth that was scheduled. 1 month later I was there for cleaning, I complaint to the dental hygienist and requested that I am in pain and to take a look at. He went and talk to the doctor and did not take any X-ray, said that I missed the last cleaning date and that is why I was having the pain. What a Bull S...... They didnt care whether you are in pain or having any problem. They wanted to proceed with their plan for the day and just get your money as planed previously. Extremely disappointing that these people do not care about their patients.

Dont ever go here!! They told me I needed scaling and planning that would cost hundreds of dollars and all I needed (and was scheduled for) was a regular cleaning. They also wanted to unnecessarily extract one of my teeth!! Its true what they say - you get what you pay for. I would never recommend this place.

Find another practice,Initially practice told us, my insurance plan would not cover the general treatment, So after my wifes treatment visit, we paid from our pocket. But when I checked with my insurance to find out about why treatment not covered. so when insurance company called the practice, they said to insurance, they will submit my claim and didnt mention my wife has been to practice on that day. The reality was I already paid the total from my pocket, which neither they mentioned to insurance nor they said that I have been to practice on that day.Bottom line is there is no transparency with Patient.
