Elite Dental is the first dental office in two and one half years that has been able to process my Medicare Advantage insurance correctly in the Jupiter, Florida area.I was treated with respect, the staff was courteous and they listened to my concerns.I am looking forward to my upcoming appointments and I would recommend any Medicare Advantage insurance holder in the Jupiter, Florida area to use Elite Dental.

I’ve found my new dentist. The office was friendly & efficient. I had a deep cleaning and the hygienist was quick, thorough, and gentle. I came back the next day to have a chipped front tooth repaired. The dentist did a great job matching my natural tooth color. Very pleased with my experience and will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Highly recommend!

My first visit here was positive from the start, the front desk gals were pleasant and efficient, the gal that took my order X-rays was super nice, the doctor was professional and kind, and they gave me a print out of my upcoming appointments with prices. I have another appointment in June for a cleaning and a filling.

Front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Michelle is very nice and thorough, she explains everything in a simple manner and makes sure you’re happy with the results. I had a small cavity and she filled it without numbing the area per my request, she was very gentle and did a great job!

My daughter came for her teeth check up and Dr. Michelle is the best dentist that we ever met. She listens and give us a great time. All the staffs in the office are very nice and friendly. I highly recommended this dental office to everyone.

Made an appointment for 9am when they open for a routine cleaning. Very rude from the beginning. No good morning or anything. No smiling faces. They all looked miserable to be there. It’s like a “hood dentist” Wait an hour before I get brought in. Then then another 35 minutes to be seen. Then they come back with a $700 quote for a deep cleaning and for repair of a cavity I don’t have. Then they tell my they don’t have a dental hygienists to give me a standard cleaning. Which is the main reason for my appointment. Stay far away from this place!!!!

Refuses to answer any questions over the phone. Answering service does not have a clue about how the business is operated. The only thing they can tell you is that you have to come in for an appointment to get any answers regarding how they accept your insurance. Absolutely annoying and ridiculous! Refuses to give a starting price of the basic work the patient wishes to have to be done even without insurance! So their name of the game is give us your money first by having you make an appointment before we give you any price or anything for that matter. It’s like talking to a brick wall! This is especially ridiculous due to Covid-19 where people shouldn’t be forced to come to an office to receive answers about the cost of services!

Girls at the front very rude and not helpful at all when asking questions. Waiting time is 30 minutes and don’t even acknowledge you when you first walk in.

Terrible customer service rude to me upon arrival and uninforming of No visitors with you during your appointment. Canceled my appointment twice when it was an emergency 3 weeks ago and come to find out today that will not see me with my child with me. When they called me 3 times to confirm my appointment they should have let me know no one is allowed at my appointment. Instead I waited 3 weeks in pain, pregnant and a waste of a 30 minute drive to be treated rudely.

We had an awesome experience and can’t wait to return
