I love this practice! The physicians and the staff are extremely friendly, and I was able to get seen quickly! I highly recommend Dr. Pzinger for shoulder surgery. He is very thorough about everything he does & tries his best to minimize your pain.

Now I personally cant speak for all of the staff at this location only my experience with the receptionist Shannon and a nurse practitioner Jackie who are both very ignorant and rude. When checking-in I explained to the receptionist that I was just taking my grandparents to and from their doctors appointments and she had the audacity to tell me that somebody with the complete medical history should be attending all of his doctors appointments. I mean its not her place to be saying things like that to new patients. Now after waiting God knows how long, finally see the nurse practitioner and shes just as ignorant and tells me if you dont know when he broke his bone then I cant tell you how long its been fixed. Again the arrogance of these people. The whole reason of going to this doctors appointment was to find out if his bone was healed or not thats it they couldnt even do that. I would not recommend this place.

Both my mother and I went to this location for minor work on our feet. Mother just needed her nails trimmed. We were told that this was totally covered by her insurance. Thirty days later we received a bill for $165.32 for a nail trim. Really? I was just getting a callus filed down and was told that it would be $40. Again I received a bill for $297.00 and they did not even file the callus completely down. On the insurance paper, it stated that they submitted it as a surgery. I can get the same thing done at the nail salon for less money and a better job. Surgery, really? This is crazy. We will NEVER return. For $40 we could have gotten a better job done for both of us at a nail salon.

Great orthopedic Dr Komundari is I was his first patient of age 27 yrs old whom he did knee cartilage implants on both of my knees and I am happy to say he is great he did an awesome job

Dr. Komanduri and his staff were incredible! My son had successful knee surgery and recovery and is able to look forward to continuing his football career in college. We highly recommend MK!

Wait times are horrible. You can be waiting an hour and they see other patients that came in after you. Honestly, waiting a few minutes is understandable, but an hour or more is just unacceptable.They need to schedule patients in a more realistic fashion. No one should have to wait that long.

My 4 yr old daughter went here for issues with her feet turning inward. They told us 3 weeks ago that we would have a referral for insoles for her that following day. Weve attempted to call twice the 1st week. After 2 attempts, we spoke with the nurse and she assured us that she tried to call but our numbers were saying disconnected which it wasnt. We then gave her our numbers again and she stated she would call later that day with the referral which she didnt. So 4 days go by and my husband and myself continously leave messages and they never return our call. The front desk isnt personable and never attempted to help they just send us to a line that goes to vmail. This place is horrible. How long does it take to get a damn referral? Im gonna make it my business to never go here again.UPDATE:Its been 3 weeks since last post and we still have no returned called from the numerous messages that we left concerning our daughter referral. This place is a big unprofessional joke.

Dr. Pizinger did a great job with my husband and my knee surgeries. Mk has great doctors BUT...needs to consider patients time as valuable and get them seen in a more timely fashion and not make them wait hour or longer from their appt. time. and office people to do their jobs properly and not cause patients frustration over certifications, etc being or getting done properly! This does not make for good business. Until the later changes our rating will not. :{

Surgery happy! Would NEVER recommend this place. I have lived with excruciating pain after surgery. You put your trust in a doctor and they make your life a living hell. Ive had two additional surgeries to fix what Komanduri damaged. I still live with constant pain. My quality of life was destroyed by Komanduri.

Dr Khumandari is A Very Wonderful Doctor ! Always Explains The treatments Hes giving You. After Surgery Care is Awesome ! Did 4 Surgeries on Me Love Him ! Therapy Team is Awesome Too !

Poor patient care. I felt like patients were moved in and out as quickly as possible with no time taken to fully understand patient concerns and questions. Furthermore, I never left feeling like I had a full understanding of my injury. My X-Ray and MRIs were not explained to me. MK Orthopedics is not ACR accredited and uses a 0.3t MRI machine which is extremely low quality. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating but not friendly.

Stay away from this place. They do not explain any procedure and continue without consent and even when you are in extreme pain and discomfort, order random tests that they will not explain and are unnecessary if you go for second opinions, and lie when you file grievance complaints, stating facts that are completely irrelevant to the actual reasons you were there in the first place. They only buried the legitimate reasons we went there with selective information that did not have relevance and ignored all the relevant information. I have all my paperwork and will be following up on all the issues raised in my grievance complaint that was filed. Jacqueline Cotton was NOT the doctor we saw in the office, and they are covering their mess up. They were nasty after THREE attempts over the phone to find out the reasons for ordered injections, then they sent ARMED police to my house because we called them out on their lies and because they were LYING after telling us Jessica was not available, but now they say she never existed. I would give them negative stars if possible. They swore oaths to do medicine, this is malpractice.

Soo...This is my second shoulder surgery.Ive had two separate surgeons, at this facility(MK Ortho) my surgeon is Dr. Pizinger.Hes respectable, informative, and surgery went smoothly.Work Comp coordinator Debbie S. has been nothing but fantastic, staff as equally angelic, helpful, and respectable!My only complaint is the wait time, and the receptionists.I have to be honest.The receptionists are not rude, but there not friendly eather! They act like they dont acknowledge you..Heck..Maybe they dont, to me thats rude and bad mannered(disrespectful)!My second complaint is the wait.My 1st ever visit i waited almost 2.5 hr before seeing the doctor! That rubbed me wrong, gave me a bad impression of my soon to be surgeon.. Not that i hate waiting, i understand to a point, of a waiting time for a doctor to be thorough, but when he saw me for maybe a min he didnt even say, hey, sorry for the wait, i know youve been waiting awhile, and im sorry, were alil behind!Thats all a patient really wants!Treat us with some dignity!But..!I have seen the other nurses, for after care of my surgery, and im In&Out!If waiting is a problem, id advise a different facility.The doctors seem to know what there doing, and if waiting to see a good surgeon to get me fixed right ill wait all day!(wont be happy,lol. But ill wait!)Zach.

I was not pleased with my visit to this office the doctor did not listen to me about my condition he assume That my condition was caused by a surgery I had 3 years ago, in which was not true if he would had listened to me he would have had a better understanding.

I took my mom for a 4:15 appointment, took the staff over an hour for xrays,then put us in a patient room for another half hour. A nurse practicer came in, thinking it was a knee replacement, totally off base. Never did see the doctor. It was another half hour for a corticosteroid shot. It is pushing 6:30, and we are still here.

1 star since I cant leave 0. Wait times are ridiculous. No personal care or interest. Felt like another $.

The entire staff at MK Orthopaedics is first class!!!! From Doctor Komanduri to the Workers Comp coordinator Debbie Sopher!!! Everyone welcomed me and were very courteous at every visit. If my wait was gonna be longer they always informed me. Even had an appointment rescheduled because doctor had an emergency surgery to perform. They gave me plenty of notice. My experience was awesome! I was seeing a Doctor close to my area in Bourbonnais, IL who treated me disrespectfully and with no compassion and never listened to me whatsoever when I would tell him what was wrong. Doctor Komanduri listened to my symptoms and just told me he would find the problem and get me taken care of. (Very comforting and caring environment)I will gladly drive the 35-40 miles to Joliet for this type of care!!! Thanks MK staff!!!! Especially Doctor Komanduri and Debbie Sopher!!!!! Two surgeries by Dr. Pizenger, excellent surgeon.

I had an appointment which I left work early for just to find out they canceled my appointment without notifying me . I lost time and money . They are over booked treat their clients like a heard of animals without any personable touches . They rebooked my appointment and I waited a good hour before they finally saw me even though I prefilled my paperwork .

Doctor Komanduri and his office staff is wonderful!! I saw him for a knee injury (that had happen when a friend tripped me and then ran into my knee) doctor Komanduri was great he did the mri and saw that my meniscus was gone and my knee moved 40% i was in so much pain and we did talk about my options that i had. i choose the knee sugery since i am always on my feet for 10+ hours a day.. His office could of gotten me into surgery the next week and i waited a few weeks so i could let work know.. the day of surgery he comes into the room and talks to you and asks if you have any questions.. i saw him the same week i had surgery and he said the knee looks good and that i could start physical therapy in a few weeks.. I love the fact that for physical therapy i was right in his office and if i had any kind of issues they would go get him!! his physical therapy stuff is wonderful.. Well i ended up falling 2 1/2 months out of surgery (dont wear flip flops when it rains!) at my parents house and i knocked out the screws and the graft also tore the ligament! :( i saw him the very next day and again he did the mri and took a look at it and gave me my options again and once again i went with the surgery... You cant even tell i had knee surgery twice!!! He is such a great and caring doctor!! I love the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me...

Good experience with Dr. George. It was a bit of a wait once in office to be seen .

I waited over hour twenty minutes on both appointments I complained to the doctor on the first appointment and I was giving a poor explanation as of why I waited so long. Second time I need a release for my son so I had waited a hour in the waiting room finally got call back to the doctor room and still waited another twenty minutes. This ridiculous we didnt even see the doctor!!!! Stay away if you dont have time

Add two hours for your appointment time or you go get lunch and come back and still wait another hour before they call you last appt ever with this practice
