Great bedside manner, knowledgeable and detailed - we are highly pleased with Dr Gartlan and his team who discovered an issue with our son and guided us through the process to find a solution.I appreciate the time they took to explain everything in great detail!I am leaving a warning to all about wait times - those are hit or miss, but so far with 4 visits - wait times have been quite long!

I have been seeing Dr. Gartlan for many years now. He has helped me with various sinus problems. Recently, I have started allergy treatment with him, and I am already starting to see improvement in my symptoms. This turned out to be the underlying problem of my sinus issues. He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. Highly recommend to anyone with ENT or environmental allergy issues.

Great place for getting allergies under control. My allergy symptoms are minimal when seasons change. I no longer react to pets when I visit family. No symptoms at all when grass freshly mowed or when cottonwood tree sheds seeds. Over the years, I have a 90% improvement. Thanks Dr. Gartlan and ENT allergy team!

Growing up locally in the Chiacgoland area I was treated by Dr. Gartlan as a young child along with my mother and siblings. Constant doctor appointments plagued my family with no clear diagnosis, this was the “me” 20 years ago. Today I am healthy thanks to the changes Dr. Gartlan help my mom to make back then for my siblings and I.Today, I am a mom with a premature baby that struggled with his first few weeks of life in the NICU, and stills works hard to do the simplest thing:breathe. After exhausting my resources locally it was still unknown what was wrong with my two month old baby. Aggressive scopes and treatments were the only thing offered. Struggling with the reality I called Dr Gartlan’s office hoping. My prayers were answered: 2:45 pm the very next day. I drove the 5 hours from Louisville, KY to get to his office without thinking once was it the right thing to do. It was the right thing to do because Dr Gartlan gave a complete answer and plan over what would happen over the next few months. He explained that this could have been life threatening due to having blockages to his passages, and to think I was going to wait another month for the previous ENT to scope him which could have ended very badly.I was asked to write a review for this office and based upon 20 years of care I would come back again and again. I would wait hours in the waiting room if I had to, and I will be driving that 5 hours as many times as I need to because he does provide OUTSTANDING patient care, then and now. Same wonderful, caring, and informative bedside manner that is hard to beat. Dr Gartlan is truly gifted in the art of diagnostics.

Made me wait a month and a half to go see the doctor then ask me to make sure I was there by 10:00am sat in the waiting room for over an hour they just keep telling to wait that I was next until I just had to leave to make it it to work on time just a waste of time not only the day of the visit but also the over a month waiting to see the doctor

I had some serious sinus issues that unfortunately made my quality of life very poor (and my issues started at 20!) I couldnt smell, tatse or breathe right. I was using my inhaler almost daily. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns, and after a few years with treatment, allergy drops and some medicine changes I feel like Ive never felt before. I can smell, tatse and I breathe just fine! I havent used an inhaler in over 6 months! Ive never had a doctor change my life so much for the better. If youre having sinus issues more than just your average sniffles from a cold go see Dr. Patel. He will make sure you are on your way to breathing right and having less allergies! I cant recommend a doctor enough.

I had horrible trouble with my sinuses after pneumonia and no sense of smell. Dr Patel took his time at each visit. Sinus surgery and then allergy drops. I had no idea I was in such bad shape and that so much could be done . Got some of my smell back surprisingly and go every three months for allergy drop testing. Its better than going the allergy shot route... fewer visits and even though it is more out of pocket its working extremely well.

I will never go to them again. Their billing department is a joke. They tried charging me 1400 and telling me my balance is going to collections if I don’t pay in 10 days. They sent my claim to the wrong insurance company and told me my insurance company denied the claim which wasn’t true at all since they never sent it to my insurance company. When I first went to them they told me it would be a simple procedure to fix my issue. I went to get a cat scan and an allergy test and then all the sudden it turned out their solution was going to go into see them every week for a shot for next 3 years. What an absolute joke of a place this is. I highly recommend going somewhere else if I were you.

At my recent appointment, Dr. Gartlan was kind, a good listener, addressed each of my recent health concerns in detail and provided me with information regarding his exam findings. I did not feel rushed and had a clear understanding of his diagnosis. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Gartlan. Bring a book, snack or water as you may expect a mild wait time due to him not rushing his exams or explanations with his patients. I felt his staff was equally kind and attentive.

Recieved a call to come in early because of cancellations. I rushed to leave work early to accommodate their schedule but ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. They spent 95% of my office visit (which was 5 minutes) justifying my wait. Took a quick look at me to say nothing is wrong. Then I get a $156 bill for the visit.

Staff is very polite and friendly. Always have a great experience. Allergy department works very quickly to get you in and out. Dr. Gartland was great and very helpful.

Went in for hearing loss and was treated for a nose bleeding issue which I believe at the time was pretty much irrelevant. The staff is nice but they need to be more transparent in my opinion. Now Im having issues with billing. Will update once I can since its becoming a legal matter.

My father went to them for treatment numerous times and was told it was a viral infection and would resolve. After going to another specialist we found out he had cancer. Go anywhere for comprehensive evaluation but here. If you have allergies I highly recommend Dr. Maz Mohiuddim on Weber road and he has other locations.

My 6 year old son had to get a surgery after the surgery nobody took care of him as far as his pain goes or when he started showing signs of an infection. I called the office multiple times. He was totally disregarded. I didnt feel like their level of care was appropriate at all! My son ended up being hospitalized theyre not a very good place.

Dr. Mehta and the staff at ENT Surgical have been taking care of my son and I for 20 years or more. They are an excellent staff, and Dr. Mehta is very thorough and caring. He does not forget his patients even if they have not been there in 10 years! I would highly recommend Dr. Mehta! And as a Medical Assistant the doctors that i have worked for also highly recommend Dr. Mehta!

Staff is rude and the doctors need clocks. More than 30 minutes past my appointment time and Im told that there are still patients to be seen before we will be seen. Whats the point of appointments if you disregard them completely yet you wont see a patient if they are more than 10 minutes late.

My family has seen Dr. Gartlan, Dr Mehta and Dr. Kron for various allergy issues. I cant say enough of their excellent skills and services they have provided throughout the years. Recently I had Dr. Kron correct a huge problem a local Oral Surgeon created for me that required removal of a salivary gland. Dr. Kron not only corrected the problem that someone else created but did such a wonderful job with the incision that its practically invisible. He was compassionate and listened to my concerns without hesitation, something you dont receive often with busy doctors. I highly recommend these doctors for the excellent work they provide!

Went in to get info on what could be done about my issue with my nose and not being able to breath right from it, they told me what I already knew and did nothing but put a little camera up one nostril since the other was too shut . Took 5sec and it was done . After insurance, I got a bill for almost $800 . Just to find out what I already knew and for them to check something stupid that took 5sec in my nose with a little camera . ONE SIDE only . All they care for here it seems is money.

We were referred to Dr. Gartlan by our pediatrician after my 3 year old had a terrible ear infection. The worse case scenario to me at the time was tubes in her ears and after a thorough examination and the wonderful staff squeezing us in for an audio test, there was a bigger culprit causing the ear infections... oversized tonsils and adenoids. Dr Gartlan also noticed limited tongue motion and an indent in her gums from her top lip being attached too tight. We had her surgery done at Amsurg, where the nursing staff are incredible and especially considerate, the whole sugery process from start to finish was 2 & 1/2 hours. Not only did the nursing staff at ENT Surgical Associates go over the after care with us, but Dr Gartlan took the time after surgery to explain every detail of the surgery and answered all of our questions and also went over the most important part which is after care. My daughter was eating soft noodles the same day we came home from surgery! Being a little bit overprotective, I called the ENT nursing line for every little thing and they were always happy to reassure me and remind me of what infection warning signs are and to call immediately if she ever spit up blood/ or was bleeding. Shelly, an ENT nurse Im particularly fond of, was extremely helpful in stressful times, but she also has an amazingly kind understanding nature about her that gave me more confidence in myself in the uncharted waters of how to best care for my child after multiple surgeries. Hats off to you Shelly!!! We couldnt be more grateful for the outcome, she made a speedy, safe, and happy recovery and we have Dr Gartlan, Shelly and the rest of ENT staff to thank for that.
