Dr Molly and her staff are absolutely amazing! Her bedside manner is unlike any other doctor, she listens and doesn’t rush you for anything.

Dr. Molly is truly a family doc. She listens, she cares and she takes time to understand. My children are fully comfortable with her. We have been patients of hers for many years. Now that the word is out about how outstanding she is, we have to wait a bit longer in reception (precocious), could not always get same day appointments...but she’s worth it. & kudos to her and her excellent bedside manner.

I highly recommend Dr. DCosta. She has a great bedside manner, very friendly, easy to talk to and has that small town doc personality.Most doctor offices today have that corporate and assembly line vibe. Cram in as many patients as possible, only give them ten minutes of time and then get to the next patient. You will not experience that with Molly. She takes the time to talk and more importantly listen.Another plus is that she is in our community and a small business owner like myself.

Dr. DCosta is a wonderful doctor! So very nice to have a doctor actually talk and listen to me, not just tell everything to a nurse and the doctor in and out of the exam room like most doctors. Her staff was also very nice and friendly. I have finally found a primary doctor that I feel so comfortable with. I would highly recommend her!!

Dr DCosta listens to you and does not bury her face in a RX pad writing prescriptions you dont want or need. She is super kind and warm and understanding. The Best Dr I have been to and I never want to go to another Dr again.

Dr. Molly is wonderful! I began seeding her when she was at Physicians Immediate Care and said if she ever went into private practice I would become her patient. Well, she did and I did! She is so warm and caring and listens to what I have to say. She takes the required time and is practical in her approach. Recently, I had an emergency type issue and Dr. Molly found the time in her busy schedule to fit me in, identify the problem, and provide the correct treatment. She is the best!!

Wonderful, wonderful person and doctor! The nurses were also very kind and helpful.I cant recommend Dr. DCosta highly enough. We just had our first appointment and she was attentive, smart and very friendly.I dont think my wife would want to go anywhere else. Definitely check her out if youre looking for a new/better doctor.

She is a wonderful doctor, but it is near impossible to get an appointment if you are sick with an acute illness. I always have to go to urgent care because I can never get a same day or even a next day appointment here.

This Doctor Molly DCosta has been wonderful i was recommended to go there after a physical from a job due to high blood pressure.. she has been overly accommodating to everything sits listens and is in no way attempting to rush you out of the office. she made sure i passed my physical and is still one of the best doctors ive ever had hands down and am actually happy to go there for something she isnt pushy on anything either and shows genuine concern about issues. HIGHLY recommend this doctor over any other in joliet or surrounding area

Had an unpleasant experience here. Made the appt a month in advance. I had a 9:30 appt so I arrived at 9:05am (plenty of time) to fill out the required paperwork, and there wasnt anyone else there in the waiting area. At 9:30am 2 older women come in together, followed by a single individual. At 9:40am the two older women were taken back and at 9:50am the single individual is taken back. I went in for routine bloodwork and of course had to fast since the day before so since nobody else was there I wouldve thought I would be brought in a somewhat timely manner. At 10am I got up and explained to the girl behind the counter that I had to go. I questioned the appt time of the others who came in after me but taken before me considering I was fasting, but didnt get any solid answers. Remember there had been nobody else in the waiting room prior to me. I left the office and called the person who referred me to this doctor and they couldnt believe it. I called the doctor to try to reschedule and still havent heard anything in two days. Very unprofessional experience.
